Be mindful of your inner dialogue
Being aware of narcissism is important.
There’s tons of videos and articles about it online, but watching too much of it can lower our vibration.
Dwelling on it can lead to negative thought forms and as a result negative emotions.
Change the story to how you learned something from the negative experience.

One way to know if you’re in a high vibration/zero point field?
Contentment. You’re good either way. Whether something you want happens or it doesn’t happen. You are fine with the way things are. You accept the present moment just as it is without really needing anything external or any person from the outside to make you happy. Your inner state is relaxed/at peace. The emotion is the key.
Keep your thought forms positive.
Be mindful of the environments you’re in.
Trust your heart.
