you ever do a thing (meet a person, speak to a person, join something) and then you get the *feeling* where you know you've just made a bad decision for future you but you're far too deep in now...?
This may sound embarrasing, but has anyone had a dream where they were being eaten out by their turtle lover, and accidently well, "let er' ripped" in their face without a warning. not only making the whole thing super awkward, but fucken hilarious at the same time! I had mine with Mikey, and the last thing I heard from him was: "AUUUGH!!" The poor baby. I had apologize repeatedly! I felt really bad for not letting him know! Dammit! 🤣🤣😅

My first and only experience with love was abusive.
You were hurting me, abusing me... and I didn't even notice. Because I had no experience and so I thought that that was normal. It wasn't until you did something so bad it left me a complete wreck that I realized this thing between us was wrong. Only then I realized how many times you've scared me, intimidated me, made me feel numb, hurt, used. And just how wrong that was.
And I mean, sure, you were all nice and sweet in the meantime. But that made it only harder to see the wrongness.
And now, when I think about love... all I associate it with is pain and hurt, fear even. And I hate that.
I fear love, because in my experience it equals pain. And I don't want to get hurt. Who does?
I don't want to be hurt, so I don't want to be loved. And that is just so messed up.... I hate you for this. I hate you to the very core of my bones. I've never hated anybody this much. You damaged me on a level you'll never understand.

Why why WHY do people who have no experience working in a popular sit-down restaurant feel the need to comment on EVERY. LITTLE. THING. when it comes to a restaurant?
Like I get it if you ordered 30 minutes ago and it hasn't come out yet or if the food was crappy or the waiter/waitress was rude right? But being all
"Why is there a 15-30 minute wait? I can see tables just over there that are free. This is terrible service and I'm leaving and never coming back"
like d u d e you don't know the situation. Those tables might be reserved for the group of 20 coming in later. Or a bunch of smaller groups. Or they're short staffed and can't seat people at all the spots because the person who is supposed to wait that table is a no call no show or no one picked up the shift????? You don't know??? So just shut up???? It's not like it's in the control of the 17 year old hostess that you're ranting loudly in front of, making her tear up and embarrassing your kids and your wife who has been a waITRESS FOR 10 + YEARS.
I admit, I've never worked in a restaurant. BUT that man is my stepdad and goddammit he just needs to shut up. I may not have officially worked at a restaurant but I've helped my mom around enough to know the inner workings of what goes on like jeez man be more considerate.
He also decides to criticize my mom's decisions when it comes to work. But that's another conversation
