Absentia Presentia
What a psychic effervescent satisfying experience that my Being is aware of my origin, "incipit-vacum Quod" (i.e., "the Being begins in absence").
In other words, my Being begins as the "Absentia Presentia" (i.e., the "Absence Presence"). Absence in the sense that my beginning as a presence was amorphous in absence (vacant): Even way before John Locke's epistemological theory of the Latin phrase, "tabula rasa" (e.g., a "clean slate",) which is a condition of the human mind before ideas and information have been imprinted on it, by external facilitating factors: Which is an indication of an "outset" (a start for the human mind,) something that my Being is absent of, in terms of my aware existence, sentience and experience.
Truly, my beginning (before any outset and any offset,) is "Absentia Presentia": even before the start of any "tabula rasa"!
Indeed, it is great to understand my 'nonhumanity'!
Truly, it is satisfying to be aware that my origin is without the start of any start at all (even without the start of any "psychologization", and "mentalization/memorization"!)

Lotus Goddess 💗 Everything around us is connected, all part of something beautiful. The quiet moments bring peace and harmony. Take a deep breath and notice the small details. Appreciate the beauty that’s always there, just waiting for us to notice.
Lean Back 😊 I take a moment to lean back, allowing myself to flow naturally with the rhythms of life, and open my heart to receive the abundant blessings from the earth. As I ground myself in stillness, I feel the nurturing energy rise from beneath my feet.
Presence
My roommate (housemate? roomhouse? something???) was absent for much of last month due to family/work related reasons. It was nothing serious as far as I know, but it was long enough for me to notice something strange about my own demeanor in that time.
I don’t really do anything different whether he’s here or not. Most of the time I just sit in my bedroom and poke at the computer. Sometimes I emerge from the depths and poke at the television. He does the same, except in reverse (most of the time he’s in the living room). In other words, it really doesn’t matter if he’s here, I’m doing exactly the same things.
But when he’s not, I get lonely. Somehow.
We don’t interact much - I mean, we talk sometimes, but that’s not really what I miss when he’s gone. It’s the sound coming from another room, the sight of him walking by every so often... the knowledge that he’s there. His presence.
To be clear, this isn’t anything really special with him, this last month is just how I’ve become acutely aware of the fact. This has happened all my life - when my parents left the house, when I was the first one in the classroom, when my friends headed home after a day of hanging out.
Somehow, the presence of others is... Comforting? Energizing? Warm? I’m really not sure. But something’s there that can affect my whole state of being. In fact, presence is so strong to me that a lack of it is cold, lonely, and even disspiriting.
I dragged myself out of the house to go to a rather large Halloween party last year. There were at least a couple hundred people there, to give an idea of the scale. People were dancing and snacking and playing air hockey or ping pong and generally having a good time.
I sat on a couch for most of it. People would walk by and talk to me out of pity I suppose, but I wasn’t bored or anything of the sort. In fact, I was having a good time! The pleasant buzz of people talking, the the flurry of activity, the warmth... the presence. It was invigorating just being there.
I may be an introvert, but I definitely enjoy people - in my own way.

An exquisite concept with beautiful poise, emotion, and soft execution. This picture is candorous and commemorative, attractive and inspiring. Every KoMe fan needs to witness and appreciate this. I adore it!
Hi, I am back on posting old art (from June) because I started posting my HxH art pretty late.
As much as I love the Yorknew arc for introducing the Phantom Troupe, I love Chimera Ant Arc for introducing the Chimera Ants. (Totally not bias on that one Feitan scene in Chimer Ant Arc)
I adore Komugi and Meruem's relationship, but I also cannot deny the role that the Royal Guards play. Is it bad that I love Shaiapouf? People seem to either despise him or feel indifferent towards him. But of course my other favorite ants would be either Colt or Meruem because of Colt's loyalty and Meruem's redemption.
When we are peaceful, we can be ourselves in a very honest way.
This is possible regardless of how we are feeling because peace is itself not an emotion.
Peace is an intrinsic quality of awareness, which is why peacefulness feels so grounding.
That groundedness is the most reliable support we have when encountering all of ourselves.
It is the antidote to our uptightness, to our inward cringing, and to our compulsion to accept or reject what we find inside.
We touch the ground, we are the ground, and we find that we have the space to meet whatever is there.
As awareness, we can be present with ourselves in complete honesty.
Then we will finally feel natural.

Embracing the Power of Presence: A Guide to Living in the Moment
Shaina Tranquilino
September 21, 2023
It's easy to get caught up in a whirlwind of thoughts and distractions that prevent us from truly experiencing life. Our minds often wander between regrets about the past or anxieties about the future, causing us to miss out on the beauty and joy of the present moment. However, by cultivating the art of presence, we can learn to fully immerse ourselves in each passing second, leading to a more fulfilling and authentic existence.
What is Presence?
Presence refers to a state of complete attentiveness and awareness in which we engage with our surroundings without judgment or preoccupation. It involves consciously directing our attention towards what is happening right now, allowing us to savor every experience, no matter how mundane or extraordinary.
Tips for Being Present:
1. Practice Mindfulness Meditation:
Mindfulness meditation is an effective way to train your mind and increase your ability to be present. By focusing on your breath or bodily sensations during meditation sessions, you learn how to observe your thoughts without getting entangled in them. This practice gradually extends into your daily life, enhancing your capacity for being present.
2. Engage Your Senses:
Take time each day to engage with your senses fully. Whether it's pausing to appreciate the aroma of freshly brewed coffee or feeling the warmth of sunlight on your skin; these small moments heighten your awareness and bring you closer to the present.
3. Let Go of Multitasking:
Contrary to popular belief, multitasking does not make us more efficient; it fragments our attention and prevents us from fully engaging in any given task or interaction. Instead, focus on one activity at a time and give it your undivided attention. You'll notice increased productivity and a deeper connection with what you're doing.
4. Cultivate Gratitude:
Practicing gratitude helps shift our attention to the positive aspects of life, allowing us to appreciate the present moment. Take a few moments each day to reflect on what you are grateful for, whether it's a supportive friend or a beautiful sunset. This simple exercise trains your mind to be more present and mindful throughout the day.
5. Embrace Imperfection:
Often, our desire for perfection prevents us from fully engaging in the present moment. Accept that life is imperfect, and rather than striving for an ideal outcome, focus on making the most of whatever circumstances arise. By doing so, you'll find greater fulfillment in every experience.
Being present is not something that can be achieved overnight; it requires consistent practice and dedication. However, by incorporating mindfulness into our daily lives and consciously redirecting our attention to the here and now, we can tap into the immense power of presence. As we learn to savor every moment without judgment or distraction, we embark on a journey towards living a truly fulfilling and authentic life – one where joy, gratitude, and meaning flourish abundantly. So why wait? Start embracing the power of presence today!
Embracing the Art of Slowing Down: Rediscovering Life's Simple Beauty Shaina Tranquilino June 7, 2024
It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life. We rush from one task to another, constantly checking off items on our to-do lists without pausing to appreciate the beauty that surrounds us. In our quest for productivity and success, we often overlook the simple joys of living.
Learning to slow down is not only essential for our mental and physical well-being but also for reconnecting with the world around us. When we rush through our days, we fail to notice the small moments of beauty that make life truly meaningful.
Imagine walking through a park on a sunny afternoon, feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin and listening to the gentle rustle of leaves in the breeze. In our busy lives, we might pass through the park without giving it a second thought, too preoccupied with our own thoughts and worries to appreciate the natural beauty around us.
But when we slow down and take the time to be present in the moment, we open ourselves up to a world of wonder and possibility. We notice the intricate patterns of a flower petal, the playful chirping of birds in the trees, and the laughter of children playing nearby. These simple moments become precious treasures that enrich our lives and remind us of the beauty of the world.
Slowing down doesn't mean abandoning our responsibilities or goals; rather, it's about finding balance and prioritizing what truly matters. It's about learning to savor each moment and cultivate a sense of gratitude for the blessings in our lives.
One way to embrace the art of slowing down is through mindfulness practices such as meditation and deep breathing exercises. By quieting the mind and focusing on the present moment, we can let go of stress and anxiety and cultivate a deeper sense of peace and contentment.
Another way to slow down is by disconnecting from technology and spending more time in nature. Whether it's taking a leisurely stroll in the woods or simply sitting outside and watching the sunset, immersing ourselves in the natural world can be incredibly grounding and rejuvenating.
Slowing down also means being more intentional about how we spend our time. Instead of filling our schedules with endless activities and commitments, we can prioritize activities that bring us joy and fulfillment. Whether it's spending quality time with loved ones, pursuing a hobby we're passionate about, or simply enjoying a quiet evening at home, carving out time for the things that nourish our souls is essential for our overall well-being.
In a culture that values productivity and efficiency above all else, learning to slow down can feel like a radical act of self-care. But in reality, it's one of the most important things we can do for ourselves. By embracing the art of slowing down, we can reconnect with the simple beauty of living and find greater meaning and fulfillment in our lives. So let's take a deep breath, pause, and savour the sweetness of this moment.
