Hoje eu optei por tomar café da manhã, já que é minha refeição favorita do dia, foi a seguinte:
Cuscuz (112kcal) + Ovo mexido (98kcal) + Café com açúcar (16kcal)

5 day fast -
The longest time i've fasted was 2 days. Felt extremely light-headed, dizzy, lethargic and had insomnia even though I took electrolytes, multivitamins, drank lots of water and took melatonin. Also did no rigorous workouts even though I usually go 3/4 times a week to the gym and usually burn 1000+ calories there. Only walked 5k/10k steps.
I will be trying to fast once again. I need to see the numbers on the scale go down again since I felt i've hit a plateau even with "maintenance" days.
Will try until June 5th, so around 5 days (i've been fasting for 10 hours alr). Will be doing everything I did last time with the addition of a spoon of salt (or a cup of fruit juice) if feeling very faint. My goal is to reach 105lbs, bmi 17, by Wednesday.

going on a diet
I am going on a diet and I won't give up this time. School starts in a week and I need to at least have a flat stomach by then - at least flat enough to not show through my shirts lmao.
My plan is to drastically restrict my calories (under 500 cals, under 1000 if I REALLY have to) as well as work out daily (burning about 300 calories).

UPDATE
I reached a few goals!
I saw my grandma for the first time in a few months and she kept mentioning that I was getting too skinny and how much weight I had lost.
School started 3 days ago, and I didn't loose as much weight as I had wanted, but it's definitely noticeable.
We get free school lunches, so my parents haven't been packing me lunch this year so I just don't eat. I pretty much only eat dinner and maybe a few snacks. The only exercise I really get though is walking to class and walking home.
Even though I have a lot of schoolwork already, I'm locked in and gonna continue with ana <3

I feel bad eating this much so early in the day, especially cause I know im gonna have a big dinner tonight with my family, but also I have so much homework and I lowkey need energy for that.

I feel so so gross
Every time I eat it hurts.
Like it hurts way more than a period cramp.
It hurts way way wayyy more than beaing hungry.
Like I'm not just talking mental pain this shi is physical I know I should see a specialist because this is not normal but it's motivating.
Guys I need help idk what’s happening I’m on a super strict omad and every time I eat I gain but I can’t fast bc of my mom and idk what’s happening I’m to do bc I’m gaining so much and I can’t handle this I need tips asap I might just start a egg diet and have 2eggs a day and a kiwi and do that with my fasting schedule aka omad plssss send tips
