I agree that the way they would redo the cutscene would be better in the story. But I completely understand why they had to cut down because of length of the fight.

But hey. That doesn't mean we has a fadom can't use this idea for our fanworks. I think this idea will spice up some works.

Someone on Tumblr said that the UTY wiki says that Star is fireproof. While I haven't been able to find that quote myself, I can kinda believe it. It explains Star's excitement over his belief that humans are fireproof, as well as why he never considered the fact that most monsters aren't.

But even more convincing is this notification on the bulletin board in the UG Apartments restaurant:

The list includes Pyrope, Grillby, Cinderhead (I honestly don't recognize this name from either UT OG or UTY- perhaps the torch from Honeydew Resort?), Heats Flamesman (they forgot his last name, but I didn't :D ), Fuku Fire, and Know Cone. All of them are fire monsters except for Know Cone, who had to be transported to a hospital. And one other name is on this list:

No mention of injuries for Star. Clearly he is capable of drinking pure magma.
