Marjorie decided to take a vacation in Sulani to solely focus on the 7 Wild Dates Challenge. 🌅💕
Who to choose? Marjorie has always had a secret crush on her best friend Shawn (1st pic) and lately, she got the impression that Shawn might me interested too. But Trent (2nd pic) and her had an instant connection when they met for their first date. Ultimately, lovebug Marjorie just wants to find her true love. Who will it be? 💕

PS: I find the „Daydreaming of true love“ so freaking adorable. Yes, the patch came with lots of bugs, but not gonna lie I‘m having a lot of fun with #the sims 4 lovestruck 💘
Date night with Trent was a blast! They barely ate anything they were just flirting non stop 💕

A bit of lore on Trent: He’s an orphan, his parents came from Sulani but died in a tragic accident on the open sea. Trent had to learn to look after himself very early and gained the cleptomaniac trait. In this save, he is a thief and part of the mob club of San Myshuno. However, since meeting Marjorie, he constantly kept calling to ask if he should change his career. And that night, he proudly told her that he started work as a painter! He told her he was ready to start a new life. And all of this for her! Marjorie was over the moon, could he be the one? 👀
Marjorie went on a blind date for the first time! As she was feeling anxious, she took her best friend Kristi with her. Surprise Surprise: Marjorie matched on Cupids Corner with Samuel Nielsen - yes, her best friend Shawn‘s dad! 😱 And as the cherry on top, he‘s also the chief detective, thus Kristi‘s boss. After getting over the first awkward moments, Marjorie had a really good time with him. Samuel is highly skilled, ambitious and family oriented. Kristi went swimming after finishing her meal, it was just too much for her 🤣
Currently we‘ve had 3 gold dates. Only 4 more to go💕

PS: Something about my style of gameplay, I let the game create its own story and just run along with it. So, Marjorie matching with Shawn‘s dad is the game. Trent was already a criminal in this save and switched his career on his own. I also pay attention to my sims’ wants. love playing like this, makes the game feel truly alive ❤️
Soo unfortunately The 7 Wild Dates Challenge had to be cancelled. The show was postponed because apparently, the cameraman passed away because of a broken heart. 😭 The entire cast was devastated, naturally. Anyways, to get away from all this drama, Marjorie decided to go on a vacation (again) with her best friend (and crush since forever), Shawn. These two started flirting and showering each other with romantic gifts and kisses right away. Marjorie’s one wish was to find true love. Could it be that her forever person had been right there, all along? It seemed like it was fate telling her to stop messing around and just seeing what happens. So Marjorie, our brave lovebug, asked Shawn to be her romantic partner and he said YES, of course 💘 #lovestruck
No words needed, this happened autonomously. 😆
Fun fact: Marjorie and Shawn are sims existing in my TJoL Legacy Challenge save file and there they got married and had kids - on their own. My plan was to play out their love story with the Lovestruck EP but tbh they played out their story themselves. And I’m so here for it 😭💕

Welcome home newlyweds 💕 as a wedding gift, they took a detour at the local shelter and got a dog (which was Shawn’s wish) and a cat (Marjorie). Welcome to the family Max 🐶 and Jasper🐱 They are both very affectionate and playful 💘
The couch was an immediate favorite for Max, Jasper is still investigating but seems to either hang out on the counters or their bed 🤣 Marjorie and Shawn still have a couple of days left until summer vacation is over and plan to spend some time with friends and their fur babies 💕

Also Marjorie changed her hair color again, this time a light blonde. She just likes to experiment I guess (also all hair colors suit her so why not 😆)

Marjorie and Shawn had a lot of fun being outside with Max and Jasper. On Remembrance day they went to the graveyard to visit Marjorie‘s grandmother. The last day of summer was spent with friends 💖

That’s it for the first chapter. I think I‘m going to continue with my legacy challenges now. I will definitely come back to this save (was meant for testing new mods and the new EP, but I got attached as always 😁)
