My Dearest, Schatz.

No words could ever describe the pounds of emotion I feel whenever I see you. The moment I saw you, my eyes lit up in pure admiration. You looked so perfect just sitting there, mein liebling. Everyday I thank everything for allowing you into my life. I have not once regretted loving and caring for you as I have.

You have been nothing but a blessing and a pure starlight in even the darkest of times for me. Even though my anxiety you make me feel loved and safe. I stare into your beautiful orbs and wonder how I got lucky enough to wake up and see them first thing in the morning. I can't help but wonder exactly why it is that you have stayed with me, even through the times when i am away for months. But I appreciate it. I appreciate it more than you could ever understand. I am so lucky to have you.

I promise to show you just how much I love you once I get home. I have never been more proud to call you mine. I can't help but show you off to anyone who will listen, you fill my mind constantly. My thoughts consist of nothing else but you, every waking thought is spent on you. I can't wait to come back home to you and to have you in my arms once again. I've been following kingcottage for a short time, but in that time I've started a bit of a tradition. Everytime a new knitted frog adventure springs up I rush to my mom and together we watch it or look at it in her kitchen. If I can't be with my mom right away I save it and I wait to experience it for the first time with her.

Thank you for this little joy, kingcottage. Thank you for the reminder that adventures can be gentle.
