Beautiful NYC at night - Taken from the Hamilton Dueling Grounds
You're a man with excuses
Cause we've had something real
But it was only what I feel,
Oh you're man with your muses
Always wanting something new
And I was just someone that you could use...
Why you gotta be my unrequited love
This year has been the year of transition… I’m flourishing from everything and everyone I’ve lost. My heart is full and I’m ready to receive
Some of Janet Delaney’s splendid photography of NYC in the 1980’s 📸
From Blind Magazine:
“Through Delaney’s lens, we get a feeling of small-town life set amid a soaring backdrop in the new book, Red Eye to New York (MACK). Although the architecture is grand, Delaney finds the human moments that we all share: breakfast in a sunny restaurant; kids gathered after school; a moment of respite at the butcher shop; a summer afternoon grilling in the park. Using a Rolleiflex camera, Delaney documented the intimacy of New York while also preserving its grandeur at a time when the city was still struggling to survive.”

Mini-zine in the making! I am currently working on a small, passion-project photography and literary zine titled "Noontime Passenger." The first volume will encompass poetry in varying forms, short prose, words that weave profound emotions to the daily mundane, and so forth!
It'll be free to read through my linktree as it is meant to inspire and ponder. In the meantime– however– before it comes down to publishing, below is the cover to this beautiful, train-ride relaxing zine:
Keep your eyes peeled for the link, as well as updates on my debut poetry chapbook, "Where Oceans Meet."
