Mlb Season 4 Spoilers - Tumblr Posts
So I’ve Got a Theory…
Or call it a hunch, but I think I know the basic summary of how the new episode “Crocoduel” is going to go. Well, I at least know like the first part.
Warning: Spoilers from the new trailer so umm… you have been warned… I guess :)
So, from what I got from the trailer I can only guess that the main reason why the class is having a get together at the liberty is because of a Kitty Section concert (evidence with juleka wearing her kitty section costume) and it all starts all nice and fun with kitty section having their mini concert. Then, of course when everything is done with the concert and everyone is just hanging out and talking amongst each other everyone notices that Luka is like in the background just fiddling with his guitar. Then, we get a little lukanette scene where Marinette asks Juleka if Luka’s alright (because yk after everything that happened with “Truth” and all) and Marinette gets all flustered when Juleka asks why she’s asking and all. Then, que everyone noticing Luka is all alone and everyone comforting him ( I also forgot to mention that with everyone comforting Luka or everyone giving attention to Luka that Juleka is feeling a little left out and all) ((I would also believe that everyone hugging Luka is just the last straw for her because yk Thomas Astruc apparently made up his mind to just make them twins all of a sudden (((i’m not being salty, i’m just saying( ̄3 ̄)))) (i’m totally being salty ( ̄ω ̄ )) and with everyone like caring for Luka because he just found out Jagged is his dad and feeling bad for him, not knowing (or maybe knowing idk) that their twins she just feels invisible or lonely. Which makes Juleka flee the scene (which Luka notices, of course) and Marinette following after her. Juleka and Marinette have a heartfelt talk about how Juleka feels left out and invisible, which almost results in her akumatization. Then, que Luka going to Juleka and comforting her (because he is the best brother anyone can ask for (╥﹏╥) <3), which idk how but I guess somehow Anarka finds out about this and blames Jagged for not paying enough attention to Juleka. Then here comes the Couffaine Family Drama, which cause both Jagged and Anarka to get akumatized. And I believe at first they’re battling each other in their akuma forms. Que, Ladybug interfering then the two akuma’s ganging up on her. I would also like to assume that Chat Noir shows up late to this battle because he’s been doing that a lot lately (• 3 •) ((not being salty, just saying ( ̄3 ̄))) (i’m totally being salty ( ̄ω ̄ )) Then, Ladybug gives Juleka the Tiger miraculous, which debuts Tigress Pourpre. Then they save paris as usual with the help of the new superhero. After, everything is done with everyone apologizes for not noticing Juleka’s feeling and maybe we get a Juleka and Jagged moment but idk. Then the episode is done.
So my thoughts on this whole theory…
Are pretty iffy if I’m being honest. Don’t get me wrong I believe the whole Luka getting attention from everyone, Juleka feeling either guilty or left out, and the whole Couffaine Family Drama is pretty spot on ((hehe “spot on”)) but I at least think there would be more to it like maybe a bit of adrinette shit I mean mentions here and there ((not being salty, promise)) (((i’m totally being salty ;))) And I would also like to believe that everyone is just rubbing salt into the wounds when they mention to Juleka about how they feel bad for Luka and all, but that’s mainly it. Maybe a little snarky remark from Ladybug asking why Chat noir was late and him backfiring with asking why Rena Rouge wasn’t with her (maybe asking in a sarcastic way why her new partner wasn’t with her) ((i’m not being salty, i’m just being honest)) (¬‿¬) but yeah that’s mostly it. I would also like to see a little appearance from Vipereon, but that’s unlikely to happen so I’m not betting on it. But yeah that’s it.
I hope you liked this little theory ((that turned out to be longer than I thought)) and I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of their day :)
and also remember …
But this is just my opinion (・ε・)
((Also like it’s 5:00 in the morning and I’m tired as heck but at the same time I’m wide awake so… halp ● ﹏ ●))

Guess who's the bish that just watched "Wishmaker"!...
I'm the bish that just watched "Wishmaker" if you didn't figure it out.
Anywho! Let's get on with it. Now, usually I would do a little (extremely detailed) summary of the episode, but I can guess that a lot, if not most of the fandom has seen the episode so I'm just going to skip that and dive straight into it!
Warning: Spoilers for "Wishmaker"
Anyway! Onto business, let's talk about my thoughts on the episode.
So, the beginning of the episode. I legit don't know why this triggered me (I absolutely know why this triggered me, but I don't want to admit it) but Marinette melting when she gave Adrien the flyer got me freaking laughing, probably because every time and I mean EVERY time the love square interacts (mainly adrinette) is so over used that I find it hilarious at this point (this is probably just me, but what the heck :p)((also this was kinda me salting on the LS, but remember this is just my opinion so please don't come at me :)). Continuing on to Alya's comment about if "being a superhero counts as a job" it sure as heck does, well mainly if your Marinette (also the reason why I'm talking about small details that happened in the episode is mainly because I'm re-watching the episode as I type this). Again I had a cackling moment when we had the Sadrien moment, which made me realize how mean and bad I am, but oh, well (i felt horrible when i cackled at this, but i felt really guilty afterwards) ((i might delete this part later, but idk)) Also, when Plagg presents the idea of them running a cheese shop together it made my heart melt because it shows how much Plagg cares about Adrien and how much he wants to stay with Adrien. Now, unto the part where Marinette explains to the kwamis what a career is and when I say I was laughing through this whole scene, I WAS laughing through this whole scene. Mainly because of all the comments that the kwamis gave to Marinette. Like, seriously many of the comments are very accurate and the one that broke me was when Xuppu said, "It's making presents for Adrien!", I was like "damn he legit just called you out Mari". Not to mention, when Ziggy drawled out AdRIen's name to showcase the amount of meaning Adrien has on her life. Also, Sass is legit the PERFECT kwami for Luka, and I am not exaggerating this. Sass literally was the only kwami that stood up and voiced out that they should listen to Marinette and that her opinion in this situation is the most important one, and I know for a fact that Luka would do the same if he was put into the same situation Sass was in. That small detail in the episode made my heart melt knowing how compatible Luka and Sass are.
Anyway! Moving on, Andre legit unintentionally (maybe?) roasted Alec on his show, I was like "damn he got you there" and he also roasted him with the sweet, delicious treat known as ice cream, damn that's got a hurt. Speaking of Andre, the story of how Andre found his career was really touching to me. The main reason of why he really pursued his ice cream business was because ice cream was what made him happy and he wanted to share that with the world. In summary, I find Andre's career story really touching and meaningful.
Continuing on, after Andre explained the ice cream flavors to Marinette, Luka "coincidentally" appeared right behind her right after Andre said "Pistachio and pecan for the clear-sighted young man". And, if you tell me that the pistachio is to represent Adrien, I would like to explain to you how that it is not accurate. I mean, legit this whole episode is to represent how both Adrien and Marinette are indecisive when it comes to their career choices, mainly because of all the things happening in their lives. Now, "clear-sighted" doesn't really suit Adrien in the context of the episode. In this episode, Adrien doesn't even have a clue on what he wants to do for the rest of his life, but Luka on the other hand is a representative at the fair for his school and is running a booth showing his career choice, that sounds like he fits the definition more accurately. Now, I know that the main reason of why people recognize that the pistachio is to represent Adrien is because it's the color green and Luka's color is not green, it's blue. But let me introduce Viperion. I mean, Viperion is literally just Luka, even if he has a mask on it's still Luka.
Anyway! Moving foward through the episode, when Luka said "buddies", I felt that. It legit broke my lukanette stan heart to hear him say that they were just "buddies", but I digress.
Ok, I know that the main reason why Alec is roasting everyone's career choice is for his show (and to hide his inner turmoil), but damn, tone it done a bit will ya. In the end, Luka showed him, even if his way of showing him was to hold up a violin to the sky and let the wind play the instrument was kinda weird, I support whatever this kind and understanding boy does.
I know it is justified that lukanette is strictly platonic because the LS is going to be endgame, but I can't help but fan girl when I see my ship holding hands. Not to mention, the look that Marinette gives Luka is a look of adoration and love(even if it's just platonic).
We would like to welcome Bipierion to the running again. Like, come on, you can't tell me that the scene with the three talking doesn't look just a tad romantic. This whole scene, made my Luka stan heart just palpitate wildly. I mean, this whole scene; no, this whole episode is a bunch of examples of how Luka is such a mature and understanding character. This scene alone made me love Luka's character even more! Also, we FINALLY get to see Luka play the violin (and not just with the wind this time hehehe ;)) and can I just say, I totally love this scene, not only because it's with Luka playing the violin (though that may be the main reason) it's because I also play the violin so I kinda relate to this scene.
Continuing on with the episode, when Alec went into his inner turmoil and main backstory of why he is the way that he is, I was like, now I feel bad about him being trashed on, but he kinda deserved it soooo...Moving along! So, Wishmakers design. I don't know why, but Wishmakers design reminds me of Venom, or more specifically a drag queen version of Venom. And I fully support that, I mean you go get it, slay girl! Even if you are a villian.
So, Jagged’s childhood dream was to be a crocodile. I mean, I get a lot of people's childhood dreams were a bit far-fetched, but okay, you do you. Also, Mr. Banana's childhood dream was to be a cucumber? Umm ok...Anyway! Luka prioritizing others above himself, is just the icing of the cake as a Luka stan. (Not to mention, Luka already fully excepting Jagged as a dad is sooo, I can't express it into words how much I love that.)((Also, Jagged can't swim. Noted.)) Also, Luka and Jagged having a conversation about how Jagged wanted to be a crocodile as a kid, but he can't swim is so funny to me. And it also portrays more of Luka and Jagged's relationship a bit more, so I appreciate that.
It's time for a small detail mention! Luka's head tilt when he saw the dino huggie just made my Luka stan heart melt! Moving along, we get Luka or Viperion saving everyone, which just gave me a sense of joy! Also, Marinette as the knitting-fairy was so adorable!
Anywho, continuing on with the episode, with Luka finding out Marinette is Ladybug, you can see the realization in Luka's face when he realizes that the secret that she kept from him was that she was Ladybug, and you can hear the shakiness in his voice when he uses Second Chance after that, which shows even more how shocked he is. But, he still keeps his focus on the battle because now he has to protect Marinette's identity, which is just another of the many reason of why I love Luka's character. Ok, I have a small nitpick at this scene, and even though it's just a small detail in the scene I can't help, but comment on it. I know that Chat Noir is not in the right state of mind during that moment, but did he seriously not hear Viperion when he warned him to duck? But then again, I digress.
Moving on, I felt that, when Adrien found out that his childhood dream was to be what his parents wanted to be, because I also want to do that to, or mainly to just make them proud. Anyway, enough about me, let's continue on with the episode! Luka's face when he saw that Adrien was Chat Noir, really made me sympathize him. Because in Luka's eyes he finds out that are truly good partners (and I refuse to say "meant to be" because just no) and it is pretty obvious that he still has feelings for Marinette and that finding out that both Ladybug and Chat Noir are Marinette and Adrien must've broke his heart. I mean, you would react the same way if you found out that your crushes crush is their partner in crime (as some people might say).
Moving on! Umm, Barney is that you? I'm sorry I just really wanted to comment on that, also Lukadrien moment? Not to mention, how the heck can that dino huggie jump so high but hit the ground with a rumble? Then again, I'm not good with physics.
Okay, so let's quickly talk about Luka lying to Ladybug about knowing both the superheros identities. So, we know for a fact that Luka hates or at least dislikes lying, but in this moment he chose to lie, because he knows that it was the best option in this situation. The reason behind this is because he wants to protect Marinette, and I know that might sound confusing, but let me explain. Luka knows Marinette fairly well, and he knows that she has a tendency to overthink and freak out, so if Luka did tell her that he found out Marinette would freak out and start to think it's all her fault and that she should've been more careful and so on and so forth. This would make her a perfect victim for a akuma and Luka knows better than to let that happen, so he does one thing he knows will protect her, he lies to her.
Contiuing on, when Marinette said, "I will be Luka's best friend and I will love Adrien", I literally face palmed. I mean, I get it that the LS is bound to be endgame, but come on! Do we really need another reminder that it will happen eventually? Also, drag queen Alec? YASS QUEEN! SLAY QUEEN, SLAY!
And with that, we come to the end of the episode! So, I enjoyed the episode fairly well, with the exception of all the moments I salted it. But there are still so many questions that I have that are yet to be answered. Like, now that Luka knows both Ladybug and Chat Noir's secret identities, how will that revelation affect Luka's character in the show? Will their be others who find out their identities, and if so, how? (aka Alix) Will Luka's revelation affect how much screen time he gets on the show? And if so, will it increase or decrease? Will Alya find out that Luka knows? And, so much more. Not to mention, my opinion on Luka's revelation.
So, as I scroll through my social media, mainly instagram, I see posts where people read Luka's revelation as a way for him to also realize that the LS or Marinette and Adrien are "meant to be together", and though I respect those people's opinion, I don't really agree with it. I believe that Luka's revelation is just that. It's him finding out the truth that Marinette kept from him, and whether he decides to act more or be there more because of this is up to the writers and creators of the show. But I don't truly believe that that was a way to show that he ships them. I think he mainly supports Marinette's decisions and will always be there for her. And the reason of why I say this is because it is clear that Luka still has feelings for Marinette. I mean, come on, as I said in one of my comments during the episode, the realization on his face when he found out Chat's identity was full of sadness, contemplation, and maybe a bit of hurt. Which tells me that Luka still has at least some romantic feelings for Marinette. Not only that, he did the thing that he hates or dislikes most, lying, to protect her. But all in all I still enjoyed the episode and I can't wait to see where this revelation takes us.
I hope everyone has a great rest of their day and as always remember...
But that's just my opinion (・ε・)
(This took me FOREVER to finish, but at least it states my opinion and my little thoughts throughout the episode, even if it is a bit jumbled up :))
So, at first I was excited that Luka knew both Ladybug and Chat Noir are Marinette and Adrien because him knowing would result in Luka getting more screen time, more Lukanette scenes, and maybe some Lukadrien scenes as well (because yk Biperieon ¬‿¬).
But now that I think about it ( and the amount of fan content I’ve seen) ((and with the knowledge of how this show sadly goes)) this is probably going to end up being a way to make help the LS “progress” with Luka’s help.
And seeing the tweets about what’s going to happen now that Luka knows, I’m very confident that this is going to happen. Which makes me pretty sad and not only because I’m a bit biased (being a Lukanette stan and all) but because of this it’s probably either going to two ways.
One way is that with Luka helping in the shadows it could backfire and Luka gets akumatized again. Another way is just him getting more screen time, but not actually helping them (or well it seems like he’s helping them) but in the end just pushing the LS together.
Which is kinda sad because I think they could use this revelation in so many ways. For example, they could dive in to Luka’s feelings and the inner turmoil he must be feeling after this revelation and how he tackles these feelings (without getting akumatized might I add :)). Which in my case I would really like to see.
But since the show is probably going to go in the lateral direction all we really can do is….
F*CK CANON AND EMBRACE THE FANON
On another note, I still have one more question ever since I watched “Wishmaker”. What would Luka’s childhood dream be?
Anyway! Thank you for coming to my tedtalk. I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of their day! And always remember…
But that’s just my opinion (・ε・)
So I just saw the trailer for the new episode “Hack san” and can I just say…
I FU*KING CALLED IT!
Now let’s be honest, we all knew this was going to happen because I mean with Marinette leaning/relying too much on the backstabbing b*tch you call a best friend Alya (or at least too much for my liking) it was going to happen sooner or later.
Can I also congratulate Gloob for doing a great job at spoiling almost or actually the entire plot for the new episode in a one minute and thirty second trailer. Well done!
I know this is pretty short, but I can’t really focus on the trailer because of my school work and all. But I will make a more thorough post about my thoughts on the trailer because I have some things to say about it over the weekend.
Anyway I hope everyone has a great week and always remember…
But that’s just my opinion (・ε・)
So, Here I am...
As promised, I am here to rant about the newest trailer for the episode "Hack San".
So, where should I even start. How about we start with how Marinette legit, without any hesitation gave Alya her miraculous. HER MIRACULOUS. The miraculous of creation. The miraculous that if in the wrong hands can result in the end of Paris! Okay, maybe the "end of Paris" part was kinda over exaggerated, but still, the point still stands. I mean, it is in Marinette's literal nature to be anxious and doubt many things, but she gives Alya the miraculous without even a second thought. Heck! Even Alya is a little doubtful. And at this point if Marinette is giving up her miraculous to Alya what's next? I wouldn't be surprised if she gave Alya guardianship of the miraculous. Also, can't Marinette just bring the horse miraculous with her if something were to happen and Ladybug was needed. I mean hasn't she already done that? Onto other things, why the heck does the virus akuma (?) USB thingy look like Nino's logo on his t-shirt? Are they, in some way connected to each other? Not to mention, the reason why Markov got akumatized or infected by a virus in the first place was because he clicked on a cat picture ad. I mean, this is one of the most intelligent mechanical beings in this series, who can link themselves to the world wide web with just one thought, who can feel human emotions, and comprehend human thoughts and feelings. And he gets fooled by a cute cat picture ad. I swear to everything, that is the dumbest way to get akumatized. Onto much more wholesome things, the Marcaniel is LOUD and CLEAR even in just the trailer. I mean, Marc is tasked to give Robustus his most prized possession and he straight up just turns his phone to Nathaniel. I mean, you can't tell me they're just friends at this point. Moving on, so Marinette gets captured. You know I'm not that surprised anymore because with Marinette captured and out of commission this gives Alya the opportunity to show everyone that she is very much capable of doing so much more. As if the show hasn't been shoving that idea down our throats since season 4 even started. And now with the power of the Ladybug miraculous, Alya is going to do just that. Not to mention, why the heck does Alya get a more detailed costume than Marinette? I mean, really. But I digress. And with that the trailer ends.
Now, this whole trailer already gave us a run down (and the whole plot) of what is going to happen in the episode. Though, I still have many questions that can only be answered when the episode comes out. Like, what did Tikki think of Marinette just trusting Alya and giving her the Ladybug miraculous? What will Chat Noir's reaction to Alya as Ladybug be? Will he be butt hurt that Ladybug didn't trust him enough to tell him that she would be leaving for a while? Or Did Ladybug tell him in advance and he's mad/sad that she didn't trust him enough to take care of Paris by himself? And With the appearance of Alyabug will Gaberial/ShadowMoth and Natalie put two and two together and find out Ladybug's identity? I have so many questions that will only be answered with the upcoming episode.
Anywho, this has been my rant about the recent trailer for the new episode "Hack San" and I can't wait for all my questions to be answered.
I hope every one has a great rest of their day and as always remember...
But that's just my opinion (・ε・)
(I both dread and look forward to the new episode. I guess I'll just have to wait and see :))
So "Simpleman" happened...
I'm not going to say it was "bad" per say, but it's not in my list of favorite episodes that's for sure. AnYwAy! As always, before I start on saying my opinions and thoughts of the episode I'm going to right a (hopefully) brief summary or synopsis of the episode. So let's get to it!
Warning: Spoilers from the episode "Simpleman"
Summary: The episode starts with Marinette in her room with Manon fiddiling with her "knitting box" that has the miracle box in it. Cue Alya and her twin sisters, Ella and Etta entering and start running around with Manon. We learn that Marinette has volunteered to babysit Manon, Ella, Etta, and Chris (Nino's little brother) while Alya and Nino go on a movie date. Sometime later, Nino enters with Chris and drops him off, while he joins Alya to the movies. The children start running around Marinette's room and Marinette is chasing them. They start fiddling with the knitting box, they find the kwamis and start to play with them as if their stuffed animals. Marinette is finally able to calm them down when she introduces the idea of watching a movie and of course the movie that they are watching is the "Ladybug and Chat Noir" movie. Marinette then gets a call from Adrien asking if she could help fix his costume for a photo shoot. Marinette says yes (of course), but then she realizes she doesn't have anyone to watch the kids. After some contemplation, Marinette decides to bring them to her grandpa's house. Marinette leaves her grandpa with the kids, that are watching a movie on her laptop. This is the part where Roland, Marinette's grandpa get's so confuesd with all the new tech and modern ways that the kids are so familiar with. This causes him to wish everything was simple and easy and then he get's akumatized and turns into Simpleman. Meanwhile, Marinette finishes helping Adrien and he asks what he could do to show his thanks. Marinette (of course) stumbles on her words and is not able to give him a straight answer and before she can he has to continue with the photo shoot. Marinette gets an "abstract" idea where in the end she's going to "break"(?) the costume again, she fixes it again, and she gets thanked again, in which she finally gives him a straight answer on what he could do to thank her. Simpleman the uses his power to simplify things and "simplifies" the whole of Paris. With Marinette, she abondoenes the plan, deeming it too complicated and is about to just straight out tell Adrien that she likes him, until she sees a helicopter falling, and then she transforms behind a pole (I think?) and saves the civilains. Adrien sees this and transforms into Chat Noir and joins Ladybug. It is there where they deem that fighting or finding the akuma is to much of a hassle and instead they should just confront ShadowMoth himself. As Simpleman and the kids are walking around Paris they see Ladybug and Chat Noir and Simpleman initiates a fight with them. Ladybug and Chat Noir try to fight Simpleman, but are failing miserably. Meanwhile, the kids are helping ladybug and Chat Noir by telling them what they should do and giving them advice on what to do to defeat them. Simpleman is then defeated and everything is back to normal. We go back to Marintte trying to go along with her plan, but she actually abandons the plan and instead tries to actually confess to Adrien. Marinette isn't able to confess to Adrien and instead leaves. Marinette goes back to her grandpa's house and she is met with the sight of her grandpa and the kids watching a movie, in which Roland volunteers to explain the story to her. And, the episode ends.
Wow! Another very long and unnecessarily detailed summary or synopsis of the episode. :|
Anyway! Let's get into my thoughts and opinions on the episode!
(Also, as always I am re watching the episode as I type this so I might have some unnecessary details. Anyway! Let's get into it!)
First things first, let's talk about all of the kwami's scared faces (mainly Sass' because he the best kwami) the kwamis look so terrified of children. I felt my heart legit break when I saw Sass' face, I was like "DONT BE SCARED SASS EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE ALL RIGHT!". Also, why do the kids in this series have to be such a hassle and not to mention their absolutely annoying (except sandboy, he's a good boy :)) like I feel so bad for Marinette in this situation. The kids don't even really get punished or disciplined if they do something wrong, if I were Manon and I did the things she's done in the show I would've gotten my ass whooped! Anyway continuing on, I feel so bad for Marinette because while Alya can tell her boyfriend her secrets, go out on dates with him, and all that jazz, Marinette can't even keep, or have a boyfriend because of the responsibilities she has as Ladybug and as guradian of the miracle box.
Okay, the sympathy I feel for the kwamis and Marinette in this situation is incalculable. I mean, Marinette has to take care of these mischievous and annoying brats kids and the kwamis have to also deal with the kids in a way because the kids can't control their energy or behave for just a minute (unless their distracted). Like first they steal the knitting box and shake it, then they find some kwamis and start playing with them as if their stuffed animals. And I'm not going to lie, during that part where they were playing with the kwamis, Kalki looked like she was so done with her life. Not to mention, the harassment Fluff had to deal with, with Manon and Chris playing tug of war with her ears. Finally when Marinette gets to relax, while the kids watch a movie she get's a call from Adrien and now she's back to panicking. I would like to call this part the calm before the storm :). So Adrien calls her because they need a seamstress to fix Adrien's costume, but let's be honest here, there are so many other options that they could've chosen in this situation instead of calling Marinette. First of all, why didn't the crew not already have a seamstress there at the photo shoot just in case? And why didn't they call like a professional, very known seamstress? I'm not saying that Marinette is a bad seamstress in any way, no, if I'm being honest she's probably as good as a professional, all I'm saying is that they could've chosen so many other options. Not to mention, if I was in Marinette's situation I would've milked the HECK out of that situation. I would've charged them for my time! But that's just me.
Moving along, so Marinette has a whole planning wall to get at least a date with Adrien, that's not really surprising if I'm being honest, but what really surprised me is that she legit willingly pull that whole board down in front of the kids. I'm surprised she didn't really acknowledge the fact or get embarrassed, but I digress. The fact that Marinette brings the kids to the one family member or person that has legit shown hatred to the modern age is very ironic, if I'm being honest, but that's to be expected from this show. Also, what's with the "save Adrien" part what is Marinette saving him from exactly, I mean the only thing that she's "saving" him from is his wardrobe incident, then again though she is a fashion designer so I guess that would seem like a "saving someone situation", so I guess that makes sense? (it really doesn't :0) Ok, I know that Roland is like very traditional and old fashioned, but he should at least have the common sense to SEE that there is no way to put a VHS tape in that laptop. WAIT A SECOND! Wasn't Roland saved by Ladybug and Chat Noir when he was akumatized as Bakerix I mean the whole movie is based legit just based on them, so shouldn't he know the role they play, unless he has short term memory loss or something. So, a literal movie based on real superheroes, that was mainly attract to CHILDREN is more complicated than a World Cup Football game, nice to know.
So, now we're at the scene where Marinette is helping Adrien. I'm going to be honest was that whole part with Marinette floating around in her mind really necessary because at this point of the show I believe that we're already aware that she feels this way ALL THE TIME when she's around AdRiEn, but I digress. Marinette, honey, I know that you're supposed to be the creative one, but doesn't that plan sound a bit complicated to you? I mean, a fishing rod, really?
Continuing on! So, I'm going to just assume or guess that the time he calls her is like right after he accidentally turns off the computer and all I'm asking is what are these kids on? Because it should at least taken them like 5 minutes to get running again (I think? I don't really know) and why the heck is the grown old man crying because he can't control children? May I also add you kinda, sorta agreed to taking care of these demons kids, so at least have some dignity.
Now! Let's talk about Simpleman. Roland, why the heck are you so picky on your akuma name all of a sudden. You weren't like this when you were Bakerix. Also, I love the fact that Shadowmoth was like so done with him at that point, like his face already says it all. Shadowmoth really said that Ladybug and Chat Noir complicate his life for no reason, dude you were the one that started it with Stone Heart. Now, let's talk about Simpleman's design! Why the heck is he legit a purple skinned, french flagged inspired, old man, that kinda looks like a pedophile. Not to mention, why does he still have the flexibility of an old man. I mean, compared to Bakerix this design is kinda iffy to me.
Ok, first of all why did Shadowmoth say "wait" when Simpleman used his power. Wasn't that his plan though for him to use his powers? Second of all, since he was "simplified" wouldn't he just think that it would be a lot easier if he got the miraculous himself? Also, I know that everyone is now supposed to be simple minded, but did that man really press the red button to stop the WHOLE helicopter.
Adrien, I think you can stop smiling now, the crew legit said that they will stop there, you can go take a break and transform into Chat Noir now. Also, if you have to keep smiling for the camera and not move an inch, why the heck did you let plagg fly out? WHAT IS WITH THIS LOGIC? Wait, since Ladybug and Chat Noir are now "Simplified" they can't fight anymore? Ok, carry on then while I watch the rest of this awful and unnecessary fight scene.
So the kids are helping Ladybug and Chat Noir continue this fight? I really can't tell whether or not the kids are doing this to help or they're doing this for entertainment purposes, in all honesty. (Also, I can't tell whether or not this is a metaphor to Gen Z or not, but whatever!) Did Ladybug just say this old man, purple looking ass, pedophile is scary and mean? I swear to everything that is good....
When Ladybug said "Now I just need to say...."
Me: What the heck!? Is this a kids show?!
Also me: Wait a second... :|
Mr. Astruc, I'm going to be honest here was it really necessary to have a scene where Marinette tries to do a simplier plan but fails miserably really necessary? I mean, we've already seen it hundreds of times by now. Another thing, was it really necessary for Adrien to be an angel for this shoot? Like, we get it he's innocent and pure (not really tbh)
And with that we're finally done with the episode! So, all in all the episode wasn't that bad? But it's not my favorite. Mainly because the logic of this episode was all over the place. Not to mention, the many, many scenes of Marinette fussing over Adrien. Just watching those scenes was kinda draining if I'm being honest.
Anyway! Those are my thoughts on the episode. It's like 3:00 in the morning and I am exhausted!
SO! I hope everyone has a great rest of their day. And always remember...
But that's just my opinion (・ε・)
(This has been (another) tiring week and I know for a fact, it's only going to get worse. *smiles through the pain :)*)
It's happening...
Okay, so recently the synopsis of "Glaciator 2" was released and I can say this with full confidence...
I am dreading this episode. The reason of why I am dreading this episode is because from what I can infer from the text, this episode could be the start of the reverse LS.
If you haven't seen the synopsis yet here it is:
"Ladybug and Chat Noir face Glaciator again, who is convinced that the superheroes are in love. When a facetious Chat Noir agrees with him, Ladybug reminds him that they cannot be together, and that his insistence is becoming a real nuisance. Once they've defeated the super villain, Chat Noir starts doing some soul-searching. As he looks for a way to stop annoying his Lady with his feelings, Chat Noir bumps into Marinette, who herself is looking for someone to help her rehearse telling how she feel to the boy she secretly loves..."
So as you can see this whole episode seems like a set up for the reverse LS or at least for a way to enforce the LS in some way. Anyway! Let's start from the beginning of the synopsis. So as always someone gets akumatized and this time it's Andre the ice cream man and the reason of his akumatization is because he believes that the superheroes are in love. I can bet that the main reason of his akumatization is because Ladybug kept denying that Chat Noir could be in love and he was getting pissed that Ladybug was not seeing the "underlying" and "pure" love between Chat Noir and her. And as always this wouldn't be an miraculous episode without some unnecessary flirty remarks and comments about how much Chat Noir loves her and how their "mEAnT tO bE". This then causes Ladybug to just tell Chat as it is and reminds him that they can't be together and she tells him that his persistence is becoming a nuisance, because it is, I mean they should be just focusing on the battle instead of trying to insist that one is made for the other. Anyway! This causes for Chat Noir to go all sad boy mode and after the battle and Glaciator is defeated, he decides do the some "soul-searching" to find away to stop annoying Ladybug with his feelings. First of all, Chat one thing you could do to stop annoying Ladybug with your "overwhelming" feelings for her is, I don't know, maybe try not reminding her of how much you love her and how you guys are meant to be, and the flirty, unnecessary comments and how everyone can see that their supposed to be together, but she's just in denial. Not to mention that Chat Noir does this before, during, and after, I don't know, EVERY battle. Okay, maybe I exaggerated a little bit when I said he does all of those things every battle. BUT! The point still stands. AND OF COURSE! This can't be an episode where Chat Noir is a sad boi because Ladybug won't reciprocate his feelings without an appearance from Marinette on her balcony and them talking about how "hard" it is to love. You know at this point I'm beginning to see the amount of repetition that the show uses for the episodes and let me tell you, it's starting to really annoy me at this point. And of course Marinette is probably going to accidentally to almost confess her feelings to Adrien not knowing she is talking to Adrien. Not to mention this whole episode is probably just going to make Ladybug have more sympathy to Chat because HE can't keep his feelings in check.
I know for a FACT this whole ass episode is going to trigger me so many times and this is probably going to go into one of my least favorite episodes even maybe my least favorite episode.
Anyway! That has been my whole rant about the new released synopsis and I still stand with my opinion. I hope everyone has a great rest of their day or morning(?) (Because I'm doing this at like 3:00 in the morning :0) and as always remember...
But that's just my opinion (・ε・)
I have been summoned...
So as you all know there have been two new trailers for the episode "Dearest Family" and we all know what that means...
TIME TO RANT ABOUT HOW MUCH MIRACULOUS PISSES ME OFF!
Ok, in all reality these trailers got me really interested and intrigued in what might happen in the episode.
So! Let's Dive In!
Firsts thing first, Shadowmoth is now able to make some type of corrupted charm like Ladybug's anti-charm. This really makes me wonder what that charm can actually do because if Ladybug can make a charm that can prevent people from being akumatized then what can Shadowmoth's charm do? We can already eliminate the chance of it being able to akumatize a group of people because Shadowmoth has already been able to do that in "Gang of Secrets" so this has got me really intrigued. Also did Marinette's WHOLE family just get akumatize because of a fucking cookie, I mean really. But, I guess that must be a really good cookie if Tikki got crazy because of it.
Now let's talk about the akumas designs! So both Tom's and Gina's akuma forms are the same as last time, so we're just going to ignore that. Now I question why they chose to use Bakerix for Roland's akuma form if they already have his other akuma form, Simpleman that they literally just used like last episode, but I digress. NOW! Let's talk about Sabine's akuma form! Her akuma's form is so detailed and is also bringing some of her culture into view and I really like that, I also wonder what her akuma's name is.
Moving On! Let's talk about Tikki going "mad" and using her power of Lucky Charm to make a BIG ASS COOKIE. That cookie or pastry must have been good if it made Tikki make that face. I mean I would be fucking terrified if I came face to face with that kwami because with that look I know that shit is about to go down. And go down it does indeed. As I said before Tikki makes a fucking large ass cookie that covers the whole of Paris maybe even the whole world. When Tikki uses her power in the beam of light see uses to summon the cookie you can see a faint figure of a fairy, which I know probably won't get touched on at all during the episode, so I'm just going to say that figure could have some deeper meaning that we don't know or it's just a random detail that the added for the hack of it, but this has got me curious on what it could symbolize. Continuing on! I'm just going to put this out here that when Tikki uses Lucky Charm she legit kinda looks like she's constipated. T3T And with that the trailers end there.
Just by looking at how this is already going and how this show sadly goes I can already tell that Marinette is probably going to get blamed for not being able to keep Tikkin in check and someone else is going to get the praise of saving the world cough* Chat Noir* cough cough while Marinette is just told to do "better" without getting help in the end. This really gets me sad because in the end it's not even Marinette's fault for not being able to control Tikki (like how everyone else is trying to control her) because in reality it's not entirely her fault it's mainly kinda Tikki's fault for not being able to control herself. Not to mention, this is probably going to result in Chat Noir getting all the praise while Ladybug get's all the criticism for not being "responsible".
So all in all I'm both really excited to see the episode so I can understand what the heck is actually going on and I'm also really dreading it knowing how this show usually goes.
AnYwAy! I hope everyone has a great rest of their day! And always remember...
But that's just my opinion (・ε・)
(I'm sorry if this is kinda late I was reeeeaally procrastinating on actually typing this up, and I also eventually finished this at like 5:00 in the morning sooooo heheheh :))
I just had a realization…
We all know the part in the trailer for the “Dearest Family” episode where Tikki uses her power of “Lucky Charm” right?
Yeah that one.
Doesn’t this kinda look like the hellfire Elmo meme?
I mean…
LOOK AT THEM THEY LOOK EXTREMELY SIMILAR!
And now that I have made this comparison, I can’t unsee it now :)
Thank you for listening to my Tedtalk, that is all and have a good night (or morning depending on what time zone you live in ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)
And it starts a new…
So I just saw the trailer for “Glaciator 2” and heheheh all I can say is this is getting really annoying at this point.
Ok, lets start from the beginning! So first of all I don’t know if I should be happy that Alya was being a “good” friend to Marinette by deleting those pictures of Ladybug and Chat Noir (Not to mention, the amount of pictures she has of them I mean those alone can fill a whole gallery :0) or if she just did it reluctantly and didn’t see the problem of having them in the first place, I think in the end it’s probably going to be the lateral with the addition of everyone seeing Marinette as a hypocrite because that’s how the show usually sadly goes.
AND OF COURSE we get a “sad boi Adrien” moment in an episode where the WHOLE EPISODE is supposed to put the reverse LS into the picture heheheh we all love that don't we :,) ( I just realized that Adrien is in the middle of the park, sitting on a bench, looking at a billboard of Ladybug and Chat Noir kissing, while crying... Now THAT'S a new level of sad boi dramatics.)
AnYWaY! Why was Chat Noir on the bus when he could literally, like, travel on foot with his superhero abilities, unless there's an actual reason other than it being for the convenience of the LS than I don't see why this scene is even necessary.
Now we all knew that Master Fu was watching Marinette and Adrien in the background in most of seasons 1-3, Andre the ice cream man is now doing it. And judging by his facial expression when he sees both Chat Noir and Marinette laughing together on the bus (which I still don't get.) that he probably believes that Chat Noir is cheating on Ladybug with Chat Noir (I lowkey thought he already knows there secret identities because of that one scene in "Miracle Queen" but I digress.)
Not to mention, the amount of MariChat scenes there are in this episode. Now to be honest MariChat is the one ship in the LS that I don't really care baout because it isn't shoved into our faces constantly, but don't get me wrong I still think that the LS is toxic as fuck (and if you think I should go deeper into my thoughts of why I think that the LS is toxic just comment on the post or reblog or whatever and I'll consider it.) I can also already tell that this episode is only going to thrive on the idea of Marinette and Chat Noir building "chemistry" and maybe Chat Noir having more "character development" (if that is even possible.) And with the addition of the time Marinette and Chat Noir spent together I know that this is probably going to make Ladybug's sympathy for Chat Noir grow which will cause the ripple that we call the LS to start once again.
Moving on! Ladybug literally just went ZOOOOOOOOMMMMM. You know all these Lucky Charm's are starting to get really ridiculous I mean first it was the vespa and now it's a literal race car. Not to mention, the giant ass cookie that Tikki conjures up in "Dearest Family". Man, I miss the old days when the Lucky Charm's were just house hold items like forks, spoons, and vacuums, now there just things that can murder you if they fall on top of you.
And with that it's the end of the trailer. Now, I will stand by my word---aka what I said in my post that I ranted about the synopsis of this episode in --- I am still dreading the release of this episode because not only will this probably serve as evidence that the reverse LS starting to come into view, and the inner conflict of Ladybug and Marinette with AdriChat (not to mention, the amount of repetition this episode probably will have.), but it's also just going to be a huge disappointment in the end.
Anyway! that is the end of this rant, I hope everyone has a great rest of their day or morning(?) (Because I'm doing this at like 3:00 in the morning :0((again))) and as always remember...
But that's just my opinion (・ε・)
As always, here we go again...
"Dearest Family" has been released recently and we all know what that means...
It's again another time to rant about how much Miraculous pisses me off!
So let's start off with what I always do, a long, unnecessary synopsis of the episode!
Warning: Spoilers for episode "Dearest Family"
Summary: The episode starts off with Gabriel Agreste in his "secret lair" experimenting with an anti-akuma charm, to see if there is way to still akumatize a victim with a anti-akuma charm. Gabriel's experiments are successful and he creates the mega akuma. Meanwhile, Tom and his father, Roland are at the bakery making a colette for kings day. This pastry is so delicious that it has caught the attention of Tikki just it's smell. Tikki tries to wake up Marinette to try some of the pastry, but Marinette refuses and tries to go back to sleep. This, in turn causes everyone (the other kwamis) to wake up. Marinette gives in and goes down to the bakery to get some pieces of the puff pastry. After Marinette get's some pieces of the puff pastry and puts the pieces in her purse, where is, she goes back to her room to give some of the puff pastry to the kwami's only to find out that Tikki has eaten all of the pieces. This causes Sass and the other kwami's to get extremely worried. Tikki goes into defense mode and get angry at the other kwami's for accusing her. Marinette then defends Tikki and says that she couldn't have eaten it all. Sass warns Marinette about the appetite of the kwami of creation. Marinette then defends herself and Tikki saying that she knows Tikki fairly well. Tikki and Marinette go back downstairs to get more of the pastry in the end. After Marinette and Tikki leave the room all the kwami's start to freak out and Sass takes precaution and tells some of the kwami's to watch over Tikki. Meanwhile, in the bakery Gina suddenly arrives in front of the building, with a pink motorcycle for her birthday (which was a few moths ago). The gift makes everyone start to disagree with the decision of letting Marinette ride a motorcycle. While everyone is distracted, Tikki tries to get some pieces of the colette in the bakery. Marinette sees Tikki and stops her before she could even touch the pastry. Marinette's family comes into the bakery, Tikki hides (of course) and Marinette suggests they all go up stairs and eat the colette. While they eat the colette the adults keep arguing on who knows what's best for Marinette, while Marinette tries to catch Tikki and stop her from being seen. Marinette goes upstairs with the realization that there is something wrong with Tikki. Marinette comes up with the solution to transform so Tikki won't be able to eat any of the pastry and not be seen. But after the process of transforming Tikki's hunger is still present in Ladybug. Meanwhile, Shadowmoth uses a mega akuma to akumatize all of the Dupain-Cheng's into Bakerix, Weredad, Qilin, and Befana. The now akumatized family all try to fight each other while also trying to get to Marinette, who is in her room. Ladybug here's the commotion and escapes the room through her balcony before anyone can see her. After Ladybug is able to escape her home she is still unable to function normally because of the unbearable hunger she feels because of Tikki. In cause of these cravings Ladybug steals some boxes of colette from people and eats them herself. Bakerix finds Ladybug and tries to fight her and is almost successful in doing so until Chat Noir intervenes. Ladybug leaves Chat Noir fighting Bakerix to de-transform and reason with Tikki. Tikki, instead is not able to hold the unbearable appetite she has for the colette and leaves Marinette to search for more. Before Marinette can transform Befana finds her in an alleyway. The fight goes on with each members of the family fighting Chat Noir. Though Chat Noir is able to use his cataclysm to escape. Meanwhile, Marinette finds Tikki devouring all the colette's in sight. Tikki then realizes that all of the colette is almost gone which causes her to use her power of Lucky Charm to summon a giant colette on top of the whole of Paris. Chat Noir sees this and uses cataclysm to destroy the giant pastry. Before Tikki can summon another Marinette stops her and Tikki feels a great amount of shame. Marinette forgives Tikki and encourages her to ignore the cravings. Marinette transforms into Ladybug and joins the
fight against the akumatized family. Ladybug eventually uses her Lucky Charm and finds out that the akuma is at the house of the Dupain-Cheng's. Chat Noir destroys the akumatized object. Ladybug captures the akuma and uses Miraculous Ladybug to restore everything back to normal. And with Tikki back to normal, the knowledge of her weakness, and with Marinette getting a vespa the episode ends (with a bonus scene of Gabriel talking to his wife who is in a coma).
Yay! Another detailed summary of the episode to add to the collectiom!
AnYwAy! Let's dive in to my inner thoughts about this episode.
(Also, as always I am re watching the episode as I type this so I might have some unnecessary details. Anyway! Let's get into it!)
First things first, I am really questioning how Gabriel Agreste was able to get a anti-charm because I mean he hasn't even been akumatized yet this season! I guess maybe it could be possible he get's an anti-charm in like the "Gabriel Agreste" episode but until then I will be very confused. I also just want to mention the fact that Natalie has not recovered one bit since this season has started and I'm getting worried(wait what if Natalie is the price to pay if Gabriel were to get the miraculous :0). Continuing on, so Shadowmoth is now able to create a akuma that is able to akumatize an victim with an anti-charm, and they name it the "Mega Akuma". Now I don't mean to make fun of the creators for using the most cliche way of naming something slightly powerful then the original (not the sarcasm) but really "Mega akuma"? What's next the "Ultra Akuma"?
Anyway! I know this is pretty random buuuutt Sass crawling out of that bookshelf is SOOOO ADORABLE! And as you can tell by now I obviously have a favorite kwami. I mean I know this whole episode is about Tikki's cravings and her inner weaknesses, but like she is really desperate to test that pastry and when she does finally get some pieces of that pastry she eats it all and doesn't even leave a single piece for the rest of the kwamis. Damn, just damn. Not to mention the way she easily get's defensive about it. I swear if looks could kill the rest of those kwamis would be dead.
Moving on, YES SASS YOU TELL HER. Okay in all seriousness though we all stan Sass for being the kwami to warn Marinette of what is to come. And Marinette I know you are a bit defensive about your relationship with Tikki, but you should listen to Sass. I also love the fact that Sass is seen as the true ruler of the kwamis. Not to mention, the fact that Sass is Luka's kwami and that there personalities are so similar to each other.
Moving on! I mean Marinette if you don't want that motorcycle you can give it to Luka T3T. No offense to Marinette's family but I don't think anyone really knows what's best for her, not even Marinette herself. I mean during this whole season it is clearly shown that Marinette is still trying to figure out what her role is whether it be her role as Ladybug or her role on the future. So in reality no one really knows what is best Marinette.
Continuing in with the episode! Jesus Christ! What the heck is that face that Ladybug made when she said she was "starving" I swear this gosh this episode cannot get any weirder.
AAAAAANNNDDD! I spoke to soon. What the heck is that face that Ladybug is making. I have come to the conclusion that throughout this episode Ladybug is going to make the weirdest faces. I mean look at the face she is making when she is stuffing her face with that pastry.
Okay now, WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK WAS THAT. I mean I know that Tikki was in need of that pastry to satisfy her hunger but like damn. I would legit be so fucking scared if I was in that situation.
Me:
Okay, first it was the talking to Simpleman shenanigans and now it's eating a piece of puff pastry. Great.
Okay not to be mean or anything, but like why the heck does it look like ChatAdrien is freaking injured right now. I mean he's holding his chest like he's holding a bleeding wound. Like what the heck. All he did was use cataclysm on the ground, dramatic much.
Marinette: Tikki, I need you...
Meanwhile, Tikki: Oh no there's only one piece of colette left! *has arguement with self on whether or not she should eat it.*
Damn bro, it be like that sometimes.
AnYwAy! Why does it look like Tikki is constipated when she uses Lucky Charm? ANd clearly she wants all of Paris to know that she is "THE KWAMI OF CREATION". That whole scene was lowkey really weird.
Now THAT is a giant ass cookie or puff pie or whatever.
DAMN! Is Tikki really the devil cause it sure sounds like she is.
Okay now that everything has been cleared up with Tikki time for another fight scene! yay. (note the sarcasm). And yes Chat Noir again.
Okay how the heck can they tell that, that akuma is more powerful I mean can they just sense it? Because by the look of it looks like a regular akuma to me.
Me when Chat Noir asked Ladybug to be his queen: HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! No. (dying/crying internally inside).
I just realized that the motorcycle that Gina bought Marinette is both teal and pink. MY LUKANETTE HEART!!!!
And this episode of miraculous ladybug has been brought to you by Marinette getting a vespa.
ANND with that the episode is over!
Now all in all the episode wasn't that bad, with the exceptions of all the weird faces that Ladybug/Marinette made and demonic Tikki of course. Mainly, all my thoughts on this episode are just the weird faces and scenes in this episode so I don't really have anything else to say.
Anyway! Those were my thoughts on the episode "Dearest Family". I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of there day or night and always remember. . .
But that's just my opinion (・ε・)
(I was procrastinating doing this ever since the episode came out, but I did it and now I'm done! Well almost. I know that the french dub of the episode "Glaciator 2" just came out so I'll be doing my rant on that episode later tonight ((or morining really)) because I know for sure I have some things to say about that episode. :)
So "Glaciator 2" was released...
I don't really have anything to say, wait, no that's a a lie I have A LOT of things to say about this episode, but to start off this post I don't really know what to say soooo...Let's just get started on the long ass, unnecessary summary or synopsis of the episode!
Warning: Spoilers from "Glaciator 2"
Summary:
The episode starts off with Ladybug and Chat Noir fighting an akumatized Andre or Glaciator. While fighting, as the two heroes save civilians from harm, the civilians keep congratulating them for being the "Couple of The Year". Ladybug, during all of this, reminds them that her and Chat Noir are not together and are just teammates/partners. Meanwhile, Chat Noir keeps supporting the idea that Ladybug and him are dating or atleast tries to enforce the idea of a relationship to Ladybug. But Ladybug, in the end gets fed up with his comments and throws him into a trash so he can't intervene in the battle. Ladybug eventually defeats Glaciator by herself and brings Chat Noir on the roof to talk to him about the situation. Chat Noir says another comment about celebrating them being the "Couple of The Year", which Ladybug of course declines. Chat Noir reassures Ladybug that he is trying to give up on her, but it's just to hard for him. Ladybug believes him and they go their separate ways. When Adrien arrives in his room and de-transforms he is determined to change for Ladybug and deletes all of the pictures that he has of Ladybug, both on his phone and computer. Meanwhile, Marinette is with Alya where she is telling Alya to delete all of the photos that she has of LadyNoir. Alya eventually deletes all the photos, though she is was reluctant to do so. This situation, and Adrien's dilemma with trying to give up on Ladybug affects his performance in fencing, Kagami takes notice of this. Kagami tries to comfort Adrien, but he just ignores her. Adrien eventually goes to the park, and while sitting on the bench he sees a billboard of LadyNoir being the "Couple of The Year" and starts to cry. This almost causes him to get akumatized until ShadowMoth/Gabriel realizes it's his son that is emitting these negative feelings and demands his bodyguard to bring him back home immediately. Meanwhile, Marinette is on the phone, trying to find a way to take down the billboards that are near her home. Until she spots a sad Adrien in the park. Marinette immediately goes into her room and tries to find a present that could cheer him up. When she eventually finds the gift she rushes down to the park and tries to act normal when she passes by Adrien. She approaches Adrien and gives him the present only to be hit with the realization that she gave him the wrong gift. She takes the gift back and Adrien walks back to the car to go back home. When Adrien arrives home he is greeted by his father calling to him and reassuring him that he is always their for him, Adrien goes back to his room after reassuring his father that he would. While in his room, Adrien's sadness turns into anger. He transforms into Chat Noir and starts to use cataclysm to destroy most of the billboards that show LadyNoir across Paris. Back at the park, Marinette is met with Kagami, in which Kagami tells Marinette that she should confess her feelings to Adrien so he could be happy again. Kagamia also gives her the idea of, if Marinette is not confident in her confession she could his a person to practice with, like some type of role play. Marinette returns to her balcony to brainstorm on who to ask to help her. She is stumped until she sees Chat Noir. Marinette calls him over and asks if he could help her. Chat Noir agrees and they start to role play. The attempts go like so; Marinette reads confession, Chat Noir interupts, Marinette gets mad, and restart. This pattern goes on for a while until Chat Noir suggest they hang out so Marinette can be calm and collected when they try again. Chat Noir and Marinette go on a bus and decide on what movie to watch. Coincidentally, Andre sees them together and thinks their together. Before the akuma battle, Marinette and Chat Noir go to the cinema and while they watch the movie they vent about their love lives and how hard it is to love. After they finish the movie and they are leaving the theater, they go outside only to find out it is raining. This causes them to share an umbrella. Andre also sees this scene and starts to believe that his ice
cream is wrong in his predictions of LadyNoir and gets akumatized. Meanwhile, after Chat Noir drops off Marinette on her balcony and they are about to attempt Marinette's practice confession again, they are interrupted by Glaciator. Chat Noir brings Marinette to safer place and leaves to fight Glaciator, in which Marinette takes this as an opportunity to transform. Ladybug and Chat Noir start to fight Glaciator and Ladybug eventually uses Lucky Charm. A race car is summoned and they use the idea of using it to lead him to a fan where hot air is emitted to melt the ice cream off of him and defeat Glaciator. And during the battle Chat Noir keeps enforcing the idea that he doesn't have feelings for Ladybug and they are just friends. Glaciator is eventually defeated, the akuma is de-evilized, and Ladybug uses "Miraculous Ladybug" to return everything back to normal. Ladybug and Chat Noir go their seperat ways, with Chat Noir claiming he has something to do. The scene is changed to where they were before Glaciator interrupted and Marinette continues to rehearse he confession to Chat Noir one more time. Chat Noir says that Marinette's confession is perfect, Marinette thanks him for the compliments him and wishes him good luck with his love life. Marinette's father calls her down and Chat Noir leaves her balcony. We are brought to the scene of a fencing tournament that Adrien wins. Kagami pulls Marinette aside and apologizes for the bad advice she gave her, in which we also find out that the advice she gave Marinette is from a manga that Kagami is reading. Marinette laughs it off and forgives her. The scene changes and we are brought to the scene where Adrien is on his computer and makes the decision to not give up on Ladybug, while also restoring all of the photos he deleted, because Marinette opened his eyes and he believes that Ladybug might fall in love with him he shows her the real him. And the episode ends!
yAY! Another detailed summary of the episode that was totally unnecessary!
AnYwHo! Let's dive into my inner thoughts and opinions on this episode!
(Also, as always I am re-watching the episode as I type this so I might have some unnecessary details. Anyway! Let's get into it!)
First things first, I know Glaciator getting akumatized another time in the episode should be some type of plot twist or something I don't really know, but why the heck is the episode titled "Glaciator 2" if it's really the 3rd time. I get the title is supposed to be catchy and all, but like, please be accurate.
AnYwaY! Moving on, I'm going to be honest here, I would totally be so annoyed if people kept congratulating me for something that isn't even true so I can relate to Ladybug here. But, like also shouldn't all of Paris be aware that Ladybug and Chat Noir aren't together because of the amount of times Ladybug has enforced the ides that they aren't. Not to mention, these are legit CHILDREN that a magazine is publishing on a front cover, billboards, blimps, and many more, KISSING. AND Ladybug is TOTALLY pissed you can tell by the sudden determination she has to de-akumatize Glaciator on her own, which she does in the end. Now, THAT'S what I call independence. Also the fact that Chat Noir was thrown into the trash bin :0 (ima just leave that trash comment there).
You know at this point I am so sick and tired of hearing people say that Ladybug and Chat Noir are "mEanT tO bE". Like, first of all where did the "meant to be" part come in, I know that Chat Noir only knows the destiny thing because of the kwami's and all, but like where did the whole pf Paris learn this shit, I mean Ladybug has also been enforcing the idea that they aren't together, shouldn't the Parisians catch on that most of the destiny and fate things are bullshit by now? OOOH! Now it makes sense! So it's CHAT NOIR'S fault that all the Parisians take this "meant to be" bullshit seriously, noted.
I SWEAR if I hear another thing about how "sad" Chat Noir is because his "lady" won't accept his affections and he has to give up on his "one true love" I'm going to jump off a cliff. I mean this whole freaking season, wait, not EVEN just this whole season, more like this whole ass series Chat Noir has reminded us time and time again that he is SOOOO FUCKING SAD and not to be mean and all, but Ladybug has been through a WHOLE lot worse than just someone not accepting her feelings. (also not the music analogy for me. "broken record" pfft.).
Lowkey, how many freaking pictures does this boy have of Ladybug, I mean damn his storage must have been full, then again he's rich so he might have unlimited storage or something. Also, I FUCKING CALLED IT! I fucking KNEW that Alya deleting those pictures of LadyNoir were not voluntary. This dude, only deleted the pictures when Marinette says "I really need you right now" and even then she still had the AUDACITY to sigh out of reluctance, now that's a good friend (note the sarcasm).
I'm going to be honest, why the heck does Adrien have to be so fucking sad when Ladybug has rejected him that it affects his overall performance in other activities. I get that being rejected can be very heartbreaking, but that shouldn't affect your daily activities cause your going to have to move on eventually. I mean, look at Marinette, most of her plans to get with Adrien have failed, but that still doesn't affect her overall performance as a superhero. Not to mention, if Ladybug or Marinette were to show any emotion that could affect her performance in either her civilian life or her superhero role people would call her "over dramatic" while people say that Adrien's behavior is totally valid like what the heck!
Also, freaking Kagami noticing that Adrien is sad and still helping him out, or trying to cheer him up, AFTER he lied to her, ignored her, never really appreciated her, and broke her heart. And I know that her noticing that Adrien is sad is probably going to be used to somehow shove the LS into our faces, but like I just wanted to point out how much Kagami has grown as character even if it;s because of the LS.
HAHAAHAHAHA! We get ANOTHER sad boi moment with Adrien crying in the park. CRYING. IN. THE. PARK. Not to mention, he's crying while looking at a billboard of LadyNoir kissing. This is totally a WHOLE different level of dramatic, like at this point I don't even feel sympathy for him anymore. Also, not to mention, the fact that Shadowmoth didn't akumatize Adrien just because he found out it was his son. Like how much pity is this boi going to receive.
Okay. The fact that Marinette is ecstatic that Adrien is sad is just so freaking hilarious. I mean, I know this scene is supposed to promote the LS, but I can't help but laugh at that. And also, how the heck is a hamster supposed to be in that box, there's no holes in their. It's either that's just a cage or that hamsters dead. The fact that Adrien is still saying that he likes the pottery wheel and all Marinette is saying is that it's not the "idea" gift. Marinette, girl, just take the win, for your and our sake.
Also, Gabriel, my guy, your kinda late to trying to the whole "being a good dad" thing. Also, not to mention, Adrien legit ignored the fact that his father was trying to be there for him. Wait, actually, now that I think about it Adrien has ignored mostly everyone's attempts to try and make him feel better. Now that's whole other type of pitying ones self.
You know it is so clear that Kagami is really just another side character that is being used to push the LS together. I mean, Kagami could have so much potential if they actually used her for things not related to the LS, but I digress.
I feel so bad for Plagg in this situation because right now, what Chat Noir is doing is using his miraculous for selfish use and tiring out Plagg at the same time and I feel so bad that Plagg has to go through this.
Marinette, you have SO many other people to ask for help in your situation. I mean, there's Alya, who you said you needed, and there's Luka who you are "buddies" with (tbh I only put Luka because I really want to see him another episode :p) Also, Marinette what do you mean Chat Noir won't fall in love with you this Miraculous Ladybug were talking about anything is freaking possible. And the reverse LS is not an exception.
Okay, not to diss this whole speech you have for your confession, but isn't that a little much. Also the fact that Chat Noir kept interrupting every she did the speech (mainly by laughing, I mean I would do the same tbh). Also, I kinda think this whole scene was kinda unnecessary at this point (not to mention repetitive af).
I feel bad for the people watching the movie because they have to hear these two teenagers vent about their love lives. Also, the fact that Marinette says that being superhero is easy makes me want to fucking cry laughing. Also, the fact that Marinette says she has terrible luck with boys. Girl, that is mainly because you prioritize Adrien a lot and don't really see any other guy.
How many times has a person been akumatized for the most stupidest thing or the most stupidest way again? Like I get that Andre is having an internal crisis ob whether or not his ice cream is accurate or not. But didn't Andre choose to be the ice cream man to spread happiness all over Paris?
Chat Noir, I'm going to be honest your trying a bit to hard in trying to convince Ladybug that your just friends now, even though it is very obvious that you still have feelings for her.
First it was a vespa, now it's a freaking car, what's next a freaking helicopter? Also the fact that this kids can drive even though it hasn't been established in the show whether or not they have their driver license or not. Also why is the anti-charm just mainly pink when glaciator was mainly Neapolitan, but then again I digress.
Also, the fact that Kagami got all the advice she gave Marinette from a manga that she was reading, I love that because that just shows how quirky and unique Kagami is turning out to be. Not to mention, Marinette saying that Kagami should hang out more with her friends, Marinette I'm pretty sure your her only sincere friend in this series.
AND all that work in trying to give up on Ladybug and NOTHING. Adrien just goes back to pursuing her again with the mental state that if I show her the real me more maybe she'll fall in love with me. Like what the actually HECK DUDE I had to sit through a whole ass episode revolving around the reverse LS and we just end up back at square one! UGHHHHHH
And with that the episode is finished. Now, obviously this episode was not my favorite episode of the series and there are so many reasons on why that is, but we're not going to get into that. I'm going to be honest the reason why I really didn't like this episode is the fact that we had to many scenes of Sadrien and the many things that I'm not going to get into right now because I am so tired right now. But yeah this episode is absolutely not my favorite, probably my least favorite to be honest.
AnYwAy! Those were my thoughts on the episode "Glaciator 2". I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of there day or night and always remember. . .
But that's just my opinion (・ε・)
(I was procrastinating doing this ever since the episode came out, but I did it and now I'm done! Well almost. I know that that the trailer for "Ephemeral" just came out so I'll be doing my rant on that episode later tonight ((or morining really)) because I know for sure I have some things ((and a lot of theories)) to say about that trailer. :)
It's time...
So as you probably already know the trailer for the 100th episode of MLB, "Ephemeral" has been released recently. And I would like to first say, I can't believe it's already the 100th episode of this series that has made me feel a lot of emotions (whether or not those emotions are mainly negative is for you to figure out).
AnYwAy! Let's actually dive into what we all know this post is going to be about. Time to rant about the trailer!!
Warning: Spoilers from “Ephemeral” trailer
So right off the bat, we're given a scene that seems both familiar and unfamiliar at the same time. That scene being one with a horrible father figure Gabriel and a fucking sad boi Adrien Agreste. Then a full on scene change from Adrien being at a public interview thingy to Ladybug talking to Su-han, which I believe could be about taking Chat Noir's miraculous or it's just a daily check up, I don't know. We then see Adrien going down into the infamous butterfly room where his mother, Emilie lays. And I don't know whether or not these scenes are supposed to be in order or not because Gloob likes to mix all the scenes up in the trailer sometimes, but I wonder whether or not Chat Noir tells Ladybug about this revelation, let alone if he tells anyone at all. And the scene where Chat Noir gives Ladybug his umbrella and she has a typr of deja vu moment where, when the lightning strikes she sees Adrien, which I don't whether or not the lighting is supposed to be a warning or foreshadowing of what is going to happen (it probably is). Also, I'm not trying to salt on the LS (I totally am) but we all somehow knew this ship was going to somehow turn on the show, whether or not this is going to be fixed in the episode or the future seasons, we'll have to just wait and see. Then we're shown, I think almost all of the temporary miraculous holders, including my boi Viperion (He's finally in another episode!!). Now first of all, the akuma or sentimonster they're fighting right now is a freaking safe, a golden safe. But wait, that's not all the Lucky Charm that Ladybug receives is a fire truck. Well I can already tell by that this is going to be an eventful episode. (Also, what if the akuma or sentimonster is Adrien because I don't see Chat Noir anywhere during this fight :0). We finally get to see the transformation sequences of the cosmic suits and by the looks of it it's going to be a heavily detailed scene and I can't wait. Now it is time to talk about the scene that has gotten everyone so hyped up on this episode, the scene where it is revealed that Shadowmoth has the cat miraculous and it is also revealed that Marinette's identity is discovered by Shadowmoth. First of all, I wonder whether Shadowmoth forcefully took the cat miraculous OR Adrien willingly gave his miraculous to him because with him finding the butterfly room it is a huge possibility. And I can only guess that the person Ladybug is trying to contact is Chat Noir himself, but of course she can't get a hold of him because he doesn't have his miraculous anymore. WAiT A SeCoNd (chance hehehe :)) is Adrien the traitor that Thomas Astruc told us about, because he said they're someone that has been in (probably) all the seasons of MLB, which of course Adrien has. Wow, that would be a plot twister. Well, now that I think about it it's not really surprising. I mean, at this point with Adrien feeling like Ladybug doesn't appreciate him enough and him starting to really grieve his moms absence with his father also not being there to support him, he's probably feeling really vulnerable right now which could cause him to give up his miraculous. AND The trailer ends there!
So all in all I know for a fact that this episode is going to be the bane of my existence (btw I saw the new trailer ((yes new trailer)) for this episode and now I know for absolutely fucking sure that this episode IS the bane of my existence) and I know that everything in this episode alone is going to give me a HUGE migraine. BUT I am excited to see all the theories for this episode because for once Gloob hasn't really given away the entire plot of the episode yet (again as I said I just saw the new trailer and I regret saying this buuuut wth :p) Now, I'm going to be honest I really can't tell if during this whole episode I'm either going to be laughing at the episode's stupidity or cry at its stupidity. Well at least Viperion makes a appearance (yes i'm a luka simp) so I'll be okay for at least some of the episode.
Anyway! That's the end of my rant, I hope everyone has a wonderful morning or night, whichever and always remember...
But that’s just my opinion (・ε・).
(Btw I did see the new trailer when I finally finished this first rant so I'll probably type up a new rant because I KNOW for sure that I have a LOT of shit to say about that episode ((spoiler alert there's going to be a LOT of Adrien and LS salt)). So make sure to look out for that tomorrow. :)) ((Also I typed this up at like 3 a.m. so I'm like really sleep deprived rn and with the new trailer that just came out I'm like so done with life :,) AnYwaY! That's all I wanted to say. Pigeon Out! ))
So, "Ephemeral"...
We have gotten a total of 2 trailers already for this episode (I have already done a rant about the first trailer, so you can check that out if you want.) and already having seen both of these trailers, I would just like to say. . . WHAT THE FUCK IS THOMAS ASTRUC DOING WITH THIS FUCKING SHOW!?! As I would believe that almost everyone has already seen this trailer I think almost everyone can understand where I'm coming from. Now, before I dive into a full on rant about how this trailer has got me very pissed off right now I would just like to mention that I am incredibly sleep deprived so I apologies for any grammatical errors (and the amount of swearing that there will be :0)
AnYwaY! Let's dive into my inner (salty) thoughts about this trailer!
Warning: Spoilers from “Ephemeral” trailer…
SO! First things, first, what the actual FUCK does AdRien think he's doing!?! WHo told this dumbass it would be a great FUCKING idea to reveal his identity to Ladybug!? And I SWEAR TO EVERYTHING I BELIEVE IN, If Ladybug allowed this to happen and actually in turn reveal HER identity as well (which I HOPE isn't the case because I KNOW that she is more responsible than that) I WILL FUCKING FLIP! Because WHY? I get it AdRiEn your sad that Ladybug won't reciprocate your feelings and you think that if you show her your "real" self she might accept your feelings, but that doesn't mean you should reveal your IDENTITY TO HER!(wait now that I think about...what is this boi's real self at this point is his civilian form or Chat Noir? Cause I remember in "Lies" when Kagami was sketching him he did a Chat Noir pose and said something about it might be the real, but is also saying this shit about being more open to Ladybug. WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THIS DUDE'S BRAIN!?) Not to mention, the look of "awe" that Ladybug has when she sees that Adrien is Chat Noir, I hope immediately after the "awe in shock" moment that her more logical, responsible side takes over and tells Chat Noir or Adrien that what he just did was INCREDIBLY irresponsible, and if, IF she just let's this happen without Adrien getting any punishment AND they get together in the end I will FUCKING DIE BECAUSE IT'S SO STUPID (not to mention superficial). ALsO, what does plagg think of all this? Not to mention, Tikki's reaction to this.
The one time, THE ONE TIME that AdRien decides to not be oblivious for once and follows his father to the butterfly basement he gets frickin caught (also does Adrien figure out that his dad is Shadowmoth or does he just "Oh! My dads been hiding Shadowmoth in our basement that has my mom in a glass capsule."?) Also, I'm surprised that one: Shadowmoth figured out that Adrien is Chat Noir, and two: that he would willingly akumatize his son because in the latest episode he seems pretty against the idea.
SO! One of theories in my last post was correct, technically Shadowmoth did force Adrien to give him his miraculous, but Adrien did give his miraculous willingly because of the akuma. AND I don't know to take the revelation of Adrien giving Shadowmoth his miraculous because in a way it does kinda look like he's the traitor, but we don't know whether or not that there might another character that we should be suspicious of. So, I don't really know what to say to that. And that was the end of the trailer!
So, all in all this trailer just pissed me off because of the pure STUPIDITY of some of the characters in the video *cough cough* Adrien *cough*. Not to mention, the possibility (or fact) that this is probably (or will) end as another "Oblivio". In which, when everything is fixed and done with everyone, and I mean EVERYONE forgets everything that happened on the video, which WILL trigger me if it does happen. And not to mention I have an abundance of questions about what is going to happen IF they don't pull a "Oblivio" on us, like if they get the cat miraculous back, will they be able to also get the butterfly or the peacock miraculous back also? Will Adrien be punished and not be able to be Chat Noir? and Will Ladybug be mad at Adrien for revealing himself or will she be delighted and reveal herself also? But, again we won't know the answer of this question until the episode is released.
Anyway! That's the end of my (salty) rant, I hope everyone has a wonderful morning or night, whichever and always remember...
But that's just my opinion (・ε・)
(I'm sorry if this is kinda late I was reeeeaally procrastinating on actually typing this up, and I also eventually finished this at like 7:00 in the morning sooooo heheheh :))
((Also sorry for using the word “trigged” without really knowing the meaning, but don’t worry I have replaced the word with “pissed” :) )
((Also, Thank you!! to the people who mentioned my mistake. I appreciate you! *⁂((✪⥎✪))⁂*))
The 100th episode came out...
So, the episode "Ephemeral" came out (and when I just thought this would be a normal, relaxing weekend). Now, before I really dive into this whole chaos that is the episode, I want to clear up some stuff for some people that saw my latest post **cough cough**mainly the one that commented on me not understanding the episode**cough cough**. The latest post that I did about the second trailer of "Ephemeral" was solely based on my thoughts on the trailer, and I repeat the TRAILER of the episode, not the episode itself. Now, THIS post is about the episode and my opinions on the EPISODE not the trailers or anything, if anything I will infer some stuff that I said in my others post to show that some of my theories were wrong or that some stuff that wasn't shown in the trailers has been cleared up in the episode. NOW, that has been cleared up, let's actually dive into the episode, shall we? :).
Okay, so I was contemplating on whether or not I should do the usual "unnecessarily detailed summary or synopsis of the episode" that I usually do, but I decided to just skip it today because one: I’m really sleep deprived, and two: I can probably guess that most of the fandom has already seen the episode.
So! (after a 2 hour nap...)Let's just dive in! (because I can't express how much this episode pissed me off.)
Warning: Spoiler to the episode "Ephemeral"
(Also, as always I am re watching the episode as I type this so I might have some unnecessary details. Anyway! Let's get into it!)
First things, first, how many scenes or reminders have we gotten since this whole thing started? I mean, even in the first season we got a frickin picture of Emilie, which was already hint that whatever Gabriel is doing it's for her, or, as he says, his "family". At this point of the show, I believe this is just to give him a sense of calm mind or at the least a reminder of why he is even doing this in the first place (because I believe he's starting to go a 'little' insane using those two miraculous over and over again.)
Okay, so is Bob Roth broke now? I mean, we knew he had obsession with money, but shouldn't he have at least 'enough' money to keep him satisfied and not crying about the coin that just fell into the sewers? (Btw I know this just a scene to fill in the empty void of this episode, but I just wanted to point it out :p).
Ummm, does anyone see that 'subtle' hit that Gabriel is controlling Adrien with his ring? Legit, when Adrien is starting to disagree with him because he wants to leave and have Adrien take over instead he touches his ring, as if he's a sentimonster that he can control to do as he says. We'll just have to wait until it's actually established, I guess.
Let's talk about Bob Roth's akuma form! Is his whole body the safe or is the safe just the outer shell and he's the coins? Whatever it is, this akuma form is still very confusing, and what is the akumatized object in the first place anyway? (I have so many questions already :0)
Okay, let's talk about the fight scene. First of all, why the heck does ladybug need every temporary hero to help her defeat this one akuma. I mean, I get the need of Viperion, Pegasus, maybe Vespera, maybe Polymouse, and maybe Carapace. But the others I don't really see a need for them in this specific battle. Maybe they had a bigger role in the battle before the exact scene we see, but I don't really know. I'm also bring up a fact that some other people have also brought up. The fact that they don't need Chat Noir's cataclysm. If they played their cards right they would have been able to defeat the akuma a much more easier and much more faster than they actually did. Because as we see, Purple Tigress is present during the battle so with her power of Collision and Pegasus power of Voyage they could easily defeat the akuma. (though I'm not going to complain with the use of Viperion tbh (¬3¬)). But all in all, I do think that they totally could've use the temporary heroes differently in this one. (Also, not to mention the amount of combination that Viperion had to do though. :0)
Wait a second his akumatized object was a giant ass coin. Convenient, I guess. Also, I'm just going to infer that his body is the coins now.
We love that we get to see Luka play a much bigger role in this episode then any other episode in the series already, just by seeing him witness the amount of stress and pressure that is put on Ladybug/Marinette (since he knows now).
Okay, I know Su-han is putting a lot of stress on Ladybug right now, but he do got a point though. Ladybug used 9 miraculous to defeat one akuma, NINE miraculous. And I know a lot of people would say, "Adrien had no choice he was just trying to obey his father!", and "He wouldn't be able to escape that big audience anyway!", but look at it this way through Su-han's eyes it looks as if that Chat Noir is neglecting his duties and Ladybug has to deal with the consequences of his mistake. And I also can already see that a lot of people saying, "Yeah, but this wouldn't have happened if they knew each other's identities," but, again here's the thing them knowing each other's identities can lead to life threatening situations, as seen later on in the episode so you can also understand where Ladybug is coming from. Anyway, all I'm saying that is no one, in my opinion, is in the wrong here in this situation and as I have said earlier Ladybug could have done this battle differently without using the nine miraculous that she did.
AnYwAy! Back to the episode! I love how Luka is also so done with this conversation or more so lecture between Su-han and Ladybug. Like, you can see it in his face, he's so done with it already XD. Also, the way that Su-han skips/hops out of the scene is so freaking hilarious! Is it just me, or are the creators just getting lazy at doing the transformations at this point?
MY LUKANETTE HEAAAAARTTT!! I know that this whole scene is supposed to be professional and all, but like you can't tell me that this scene doesn't perfectly demonstrate how good they understand and work with each other. I mean, COME ON IT'S TOO CUTE! (Also is sass eating tofu?) Not to mention, HOW CUTE LUKA IS THIS ENTIRE EPISODEEEEEEEE!!!!!
To be honest, I legit almost forgot that Luka already knows Chat Noir identity because of "Wishmaker". This just tells us how good Luka is at keeping a secret (¬‿¬). Not to mention, how in sync they are though and how easy they understand each other unlike some people, I'm saying names...
Anywho! Continuing on, looking at Viperion's face listening to this conversation shows how very worried he says, and I love that small detail about him. Also the fact that Ladybug can't take seriously the fact that Chat Noir is Adrien and when she does see for herself that he is Adrien she can't comprehend the fact, that she frozen is shock and forgets the mission is just a "wow, didn't see that coming" moment for me tbh. Not to mention, that Adrien is rubbing in the fact that he has been waiting for this moment his whole time he has had the miraculous and has met her, he's kinda going overboard in my opinion.
Look at that! Marinette is asking the same question I had! On whether or Chat Noir is the real Adrien or is Adrien someone different entierly? (also, Tikki not helping by rubbing in the fact that she has a crush on AdRiEn and now that we know that he's Chat Noir, we know that he's in love with Ladybug, and that kinda means that Adrien is in love with Marinette, who is Ladybug) ((damn this just keeps getting more complicated by the day)) Yes, Marinette has learned her lesson from telling Alya she is Ladybug.
Noting the fact, that when Marinette finds out Adrien is Chat Noir she can't stop seeing him AS Chat Noir, also that kinda nerves me, just a bit. Not to mention, the fact that Luka was the only one to notice that Marinette is bothered by something is another quality that I love about him :). Also, we just caught confirmation that Luka is indeed still inlove with Marinette and that he loves even more now, but he is still actively trying to help her find herself, whether or not it's about her love life. (sad fan moments 。゚(゚´Д`゚)゚。). Also, this the one time that I really hate Luka giving advice to Marinette, wait scratch that maybe the second moment (I just remembered the time he told her to go after Adrien in "Frozer"). It's the fact that upon hearing Luka's advice does she start to see him differently, that makes me unbelievably sad because my ship...。゚(゚´Д`゚)゚。(If it wasn't obvious I'm a lukanette stan)
Now, I just want to mention this once, because I know that if I say this the Adrinette shippers will track me down and probably murder me on the spot, but here goes nothing. Let's just notice the fact that Adrien says that he can't believe the fact that one of his bestfriend's is his "one true love"....BESTFRIEND. Here it is, the confirmation Adrien did NOT see Marinette as anything BUT a FRIEND! Even it took Marinette a couple of days to get her feelings sorted out, but NoOoOo Adrien already knows that his bestfriend being his love interest is valid enough to establish your in love with said person. (hehehe this pisses me off a little if you can't tell) Now, I'm gonna end that there before anyone comes to murder me.
Not them acting lovey dovey after one day of knowing each other's identities (or at least for Adrien it's one day). Also, what the heck did he put in that frickin note? I'm curious now.
So, it only takes one word, ONE WORD for him to figure out that Adrien is Chat Noir. I SWEAR TO GOSH THIS SHOW JUST LOVES TO PISS ME OFF BY NOT MAKING SENSE! Not to mention, Gabriel has no remorse in what he is doing to his son to just get his miraculous. And I thought he was trying to be a good father. PFFT who am I kidding, this dude was barely even trying.
This is the fourth time that the number 100 has come up, the FOURTH time. I think they're shoving the fact that it's the 100th episode a little to much.
AND AGAIN, we see Gabriel using the ring that he is wearing, which is supposedly a family heirloom to control Adrien into subduing into his commands. I mean, at this point what else are we supposed to believe, it's right there, Gabriel is clearly controlling Adrien, and with that we can easily infer that he is a sentimonster. All we need is canon confirmation, but are we going to get that? Probably not.
Not Luka being the one that Marinette contacts instead of Alya (¬‿¬). Also the fact that he immediately jumps into action and legit runs and bikes all the way to her home. I'm just like AWWWHHHHH. LUKA IS THE REAL MVP OF THE SHOW!! (Meanwhile, Shadowmoth throwing a legit child like, four feet away, after getting the miraculous) The way that Sass says "My master!" with his arms out, just shows how proud he is and that just melts my heart.(〜^∇^ )〜 Not to mention, the fact that all the kwamis are already comfortable with him, then again they're in a dire sitiuation, but still T3T. Though, we also got a glimpse of what the other Ladybug holders look liked before so that was a cool treat, I guess.
You know, I just got the irony that this episode came out during day light savings and they to bring everything back to normal they have to reset the time, clever, I guess. The transformation sequence was cool, but it was pretty short, to be honest, so I wasn't really impressed by it.
After they fix the time and everything goes back to normal and Marinette has a final talk with Su-han the episode ends. But wait a second, did Ladybug retrieve Luka's miraculous? Looks like we'll never know....*ominous ghost music*
AnYwAy! All in all, this episode was interesting and very amusing to watch if I'm going to be honest. BUT I was very pissed off during the episode because of some of the scene. Though, Luka being the MVP really balanced everything out. Now, don't get me wrong this is not going to be one of my favorite episodes, but it's also not going to go into my least favorite episodes (mainly because of the involvement of Luka). So this episode probably will land in the middle of my list.
Anyway! that is the end of this rant, I hope everyone has a great rest of their day or morning(?) and always remeber...
But that's just my opinion (・ε・)
(Btw I'll be doing my rant on the latest trailer that came out for the "Gabriel Agreste" episode later tonight ((or morining really)) Man, it seems like the creators are releasing these trailers and episodes like hotcakes.)
Damn, what is this the third spoiler this week?
So, the "Gabriel Agreste" trailer AND synopsis of the episode just came out recently and as alway we're here to talk about my inner opinions (and maybe some theories along the way) of the episode.
If you've haven't seen/read the synopsis here it is:
"Nathaniel and Marc have a plan for Marinette to declare her feelings to Adrien. They sat it up at school, where Adrien is free of his father's control. But Chloe films their meeting and threatens to reveal everything to Gabriel, who would forbid Adrien to go back to school. Chloe will spend the evening at Gabriel's, where Marinette cannot enter. But Nath and Marc's imagination is limitless, and Marinette, disguised as a waitress, sneaks into the Agreste home... where a supervillian is also crashing the party. Will Ladybug save the soiree?"
So as you can see, this episode is just going to be another episode where I'm going to be so pissed. Not to mention that the trailer, is already giving me dramatic vibes (with chloe kicking a whole ass door down). Let's just dive into it, I guess!
First of all, let's talk about the one main upside of the episode, the Marcthaniel moment! They look so cute, and the fact that they did something together for Marinette is so cute! (even if the thing they came up with is to push Marinette to Adrien even more heheheehe... :,)). The first scene in the trailer shows a table with many masks on top of it, I wonder what the significance of the masks are to the episode because no one at the party is wearing them so I wonder...
AnYwAy! The fact that Thomas Astruc is making Chloe do stuff that would deem her nonredeemable is just sad in my opinion. Because in the first few seasons it seemed she could be redeemed (she even avoided being akumatized again) but now, with everything that happened in season 4, it does not seem possible anymore. It just so sad because she could've had so much potential. Now, don't get me wrong I still don't like how Chloe acts and how she treats other characters in the show, but all I'm saying is that her character could've had a better role in season 4 other that stereo typical bully *(plus the chaos that is happening in this trailer ALONE.)
Okay, now let's dive into the family drama between Felix and Gabriel! As we all know Gabriel's and Felix's relationship isn't a friendly one and it's definitely more prominent in the episode with the stink eye they give each other (probably because Felix stole the ring from Gabriel)((wait I just realized that if Felix didn't steal the ring from Gabriel we wouldn't have found out that Adrien is a sentimonster because the ring that Emilie had was obviously the object to control the sentimonster/Adrien. So, if Felix didn't steal that ring Adrien would've been able to have more freedom of choice :0) Also, I believe that this is the episode that Felix finds out that Gabriel is Shadowmoth and whether he plans on using that information against Gabriel or just keep it to himself is up to him ( but I believe that Felix is just going to keep it to himself.)
Wait a second did Gabriel make a sentimonster version of himself or at least his akumatized self (I forgot the akuma's name :p). Also not the fact that even after all the things that boi has done he still being saved T3T. Wait, of Marinette is supposed to be "disgused as a waitress" why the heck is she wearing a mustache. Well, I guess no one would recognize her with that disguise (maybe Kagami would find out?). Also, I bet that Marinette will not be able to confess to Adrien I mean, if this show has taught me anything is that anything that has to do with the LS now is probably end in one in two ways. One being that it just doesn't work out and Marinette fails to confess properly to Adrien (aka the way she wants to) or Adrien just misunderstands the whole thing and thinks that Marinette is being "good friend". Two being that they pull an "Oblivio" and forget the whole thing even happened.
Not to mention, we love Kagami trying to fight on her own! Yess, Queen! (btw I am starting to love Kagami even more because of her ability to be independent :)). Even if punching the book straight ahead was kinda stupid T3T. Still, you go girl!
I know the only reason that Felix smiles at the painting is because it looks like his mother, but like it be kinda suspicious though. Not that Gabriel arriving at the exact moment Felix was to press the buttons to open the "gateway" to the butterfly basement is not suspicious. (Also, I just realized that maybe Emilie when she created Adrien ((if the theory that Adrien is a sentimoneter is correct.)) she probably based it off of Felix, which is why they look so similar :0)
I just realized that we don't know why their's a party at the Agreste household. Eh, it's probably for Gabriel Agreste's 100th collection.
And with that, the trailer is done!
All in all, just with the trailer and the synopsis of the episode I can already tell that I will be very annoyed and intrigued by the episode. The one half being that there is going to be a part of the episode that will be cliche as heck, which is code for Marinette and her friends making a plan for her to confess her "undying love" for AdRieN and fail miserably in the end, which is no doubt going to annoy the heck out of me. And the other half being the drama in the Agreste household and the theory that Felix may find out that Gabriel is Shadowmoth, which will no doubt intrigue the heck out of me. But, in the end I can't wait for my questions and theories to be answered.
Anyway! That has been my whole rant about the new released synopsis and I still stand with my opinion. I hope everyone has a great rest of their day or morning(?) (Because I'm doing this at like 3:00 in the morning :0) and as always remember...
But that's just my opinion (・ε・)
(I swear if this episode gets released this weekend I will be so freaking pissed, mainly because this show just doesn't give us a minute to recover from an episode, especially with the fact that the last episode had so many things to unpack :p)
"Gabriel Agreste" recently came out, so you know what that means...
So the episode "Gabriel Agreste" came out and I have some thoughts about it (as usual). And we all know what that usually leads to... A RANT! So let's just dive into it!
(And yes I skipped doing the usual overly detailed summary because I am really sleep deprived right now and I just want to get my thoughts out now, and it's totally not because I forgot what happened in the episode heheheheheh :))
Warning: Spoilers from the episode "Gabriel Agreste"
(Also, as always I am re-watching the episode as I type this so I might have some unnecessary details. Anyway! Let's get into it!)
First things, first all the scenes in which Gabriel talks to Emilie, who is in a glass case while she is in a comatose state might I add never seems to creep the heck out of me. It also goes to show how Gabriel is slowly falling deeper into the hole we like to call insanity (heheheheh totally didn't see that coming :l). Not the fact that Felix actually watches the Ladyblog. I mean I get the fact that Felix is very resentful to Gabriel, but like him watching the Ladyblog just to add onto the blackmail list that he has against him (I'm guessing) would have to infer that he's been already suspecting that Gabriel is Hawkmoth or Shadowmoth. Which I guess makes sense already because of the whole still obsessed with my supposedly "dead" wife thing being already a pretty big red flag. But, why would he want to know whether or not Gabriel is indeed Shadowmoth. I mean, he doesn't really seem to have any ulterior motive to even target Gabriel because he already practically got what he wanted, which was the family heirloom that Emilie had before she "died" or more accurately disappeared. Unless Felix does have another motive or he just wants blackmail against Gabriel, which could be the more accurate answer with him resenting Gabriel. But I digress.
I also love the fact that Felix adores his mother so much to the point he would do anything for her. Which tells us that he is a Mama's Boy. #MamaboyFelix ¬‿¬ . Not to mention, that Gabriel admits to the fact that he can't do everything without Natalie and that there is no one that can replace her. Now all we need is for him to realize that he doesn't need to do all the things he is doing to "resurrect" his wife, when he already has Natalie, which will probably never happen. Also, props to Natalie already having everything set for the party, but not only that, but also a list of what he needs to do. Natalie is the true brains of the show no doubt. Not to mention, that she reminded him to eat! That girl is wife material no doubt.
Now here's the part of the episode that I would much rather skip because all it's doing is putting another unnecessary scene in another episode in the season. I mean sure, it gives Marinette a reason to be there in the first place, but all really does is put a side plot into the episode that really doesn't contribute to anything in the plot of whole show itself. It's also just another example if how the show is just trying to make the love square present in every episode of the show, even if it doesn't contribute to anything in the actual episode. But, don't get me wrong I appreciate the Marc x Nathaniel moment that wasn't really prominent, which kinda makes sense, I guess. Also, I just realized that Marc is taller than Nathaniel and I LOVE that (ㅅ´ ˘ `)♡. Not to mention the fact, that Marinette still hasn't realized that her crush on Adrien isn't really a secret anymore and that everybody and I mean EVERYBODY in the show is already aware of it. How are Marc and Nathaniel the specialists of romantic comedies? What even qualifies them, other than being a writer and an artists duo. And is this just a way to admit that Love Square or at least Marinette's love life is a romantic comedy? Wow, didn't see that coming.
I know Chloe is supposed to be the big bad villaness in the episode, for at least the side plot of the episode, but like, again was this really necessary.
I'm just gonna say that Marinette looks good in any hairstyle; a bun, space buns, a ponytail, a low ponytail, pigtails, or just hair down, she looks like an absolute queen.
I don't see why the masks are needed, but I'm lowkey getting squid game vibes from this. The Felix X Chloe moment though was kinda cute, but I gotta admit it was kinda weak. This whole episode just shows how smart Felix is and I love that because if Shadowmoth does get defeated and we are introduced to another Butterfly villain he would make a great candidate.
Also not Kagami giving Felix the side eye. What's going on there hmmmm? I wonder... Maybe Fekix and Kagami have met before and they didn't get along, we'll just have to see if this ever brought up again. We also stan that Kagami even though she helps the LS she still kinda resents him after their whole break up in "Lies".
I swear anyone can just refuse a akuma at this point. I mean at first with Alya it was kinda surprising because she was the only one able to do it, but then Nino was able to do it, which didn't make it a whole once in a lifetime thing anymore. And now that Felix was able to do it, it doesn't make it a surprising moment anymore, it only makes it predictable. You know this akuma would be more entertaining if he used all the people he captured or "collected" as pokemon, like "Chloe, I choose you!" Damn that would've been so funny. Also, we stan bodyguard Kagami. Look at her protect, she so graceful! We Stan!! or at least I stan :). Wait, does Gabriel grow like a foot taller when he is transformed? What in the heck?!
Wow, Now what Felix did was smart. He deliberately ripped Gabriel's pant cuff with his arm cuffs to see if whether or not Gabriel was up to something, aka whether he was a sentimomster made by Shadowmoth. And it's finally canon that Felix knows that Gabriel is Shadowmoth. What a twist (note the sarcasm). Not to mention, Marc and Nathaniel making a whole ass comic on Marinette's or Marino's misfortune. ALSO, Gabriel has something planned for Felix, I wonder what that could be! And with that the episode ends.
All in all, the episode was kinda interesting with Felix showing off his intelligence and us finally getting canon confirmation that Felix is indeed the one that finds out. But, the side plot as I have stated before kinda seems very unnecessary and it was probably just for comic relief. Though the episode was interesting it still doesn't go in my top ten list.
Anyway! Those were my thoughts on the episode "Gabriel Agreste". I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of there day or night and always remember. . .
But that's just my opinion (・ε・)
(I'm so sleep deprived right now with everything going on in school and all the miraculous updates, I'm just glad that my Fall Break is coming soon :))
Guess who's back baby!
Surprise, Surprise! I'm not dead! Sorry for not being as active as I used to be recently I have been very busy with school, extracurricular's, and other stuff. But I'm back now and I'm here to talk about the newest MLB episode "Kuro Neko".
So "Kuro Neko" was recently released and I have many, MANY things to say about this episode. And as we all know from the many posts about MLB this will lead to a. . .
A RANT! So let's just dive in!
(And yes I skipped doing the usual overly detailed summary ((again)) because I am really sleep deprived right now and I just want to get my thoughts out now, and it's totally not because I forgot what happened in the episode heheheheheh :))
Warning: Spoilers from the episode "Kuro Neko"
(Also, as always I am re-watching the episode as I type this so I might have some unnecessary details. Anyway! Let's get into it!)
Also another warning this rant is going to contain a lot of Adrien salt, so be prepared.
First things first, why is AdRieN so butt hurt about being called a "parntner like any other"? He should be grateful that she even said anything about him, and being called a "partner like any other", in my opinion, is a compliment, in his case, because of how he hasn't been involved in many battles, and she basically is saying he's as good as the other temporary heroes (who are actually doing something to save paris). Not to mention, the fact that he's not even helping in the fight while the other heroes are, when this is live on the news and all he's doing is moping in his room, while all this is happening outside. Like, at this point you don't have the right to complain about you not being on a higher label then the other heroes, when your not doing anything.
And I know that some people will say "but since he's a young model his schedule is occupied with photo-shoots and he's so busy all the time" well Ladybug/Marinette has a pretty occupied schedule with her having to keep up with school, be guardian, and still have the time to hang out with friends so they don't have another "Gang of Secrets" incident (not to mention, her stress levels being so high, but she still finds a way to keep her composure.). Not to mention, Adrien's schedule didn't seem to stop him from helping out in battles in the last three seasons. And he's not even doing anything in this scene, let alone this episode, he's just sitting on the couch, watching TV, doing absolutely nothing, while Ladybug has to figure out how to save Paris and defeat Shadowmoth and his army of akumas.
Then, when there's a perfect chance to prove that he's not just a "partner like any other" he doesn't even do anything because he's so butt hurt about what Ladybug said, saying it's "useless", just because she didn't give him a higher label then the other temp. heroes. Also, not to mention Plagg trying so hard to lift Adrien's spirit's up, while he doesn't even care (I'm also kinda mad at Plagg, but we'll get to that later.).
Okay, so Chat Noir get's to the scene right after the battle and all the temp. heroes disperse. Then, he tries to help out Ladybug by trying to offer to help with collecting the miraculous, so at least he's trying to do the bare minimum. Though, because of Chat's attempts to help she get's mad at him for distracting her and wasting her time. Now, many people may see this as a seen, in which Ladybug got out of line and shouldn't have yelled at Chat and I totally agree with that. I believe that she shouldn't had yelled at Chat in the first place, and should've dealt with him in a more calm, and more civilized manner. BUT (and this is a big one) I think that her getting mad at Chat is justifiable because look at this situation in Ladybug's perspective. Here's a guy, who's supposed to be your partner, but hasn't been helping you like he should, while you have all these responsibilities as guardian of the miracle box (not to mention, while he is in battle he just either flirts or sacrifices without so much as a warning, or even both). And sure maybe she shouldn't have called on so many temporary heroes, but what other choice does she have when she's the only person in battle, she can't just wait for him forever, she's going to have to call for back up. And sure, maybe she should've called him to make sure that he's okay or he's aware of an akuma, but at a certain point, when a person just stops arriving at times of battle and is not answering your calls you just eventually give up and take manners into your own hands.
Then, Adrien just gives up without so much explaining his problems to Ladybug. And sure maybe Ladybug saying for him to give up his miraculous (which was actually Chat's idea in the first place) was a bit insensitive, but this was during the heat of the moment, in which she was already stressed with her responsibilities as guardian. And I get it Adrien feels like he should give up everything because of how Ladybug is pushing him aside, but can you blame her at this point, he has not been helping out like he should be, he doesn't even really pay attention in battle, he sacrifices himself in the worst moments without even consoling her, and so much more. Not to mention, instead of just giving up because someone that you put to a high standard doesn't acknowledge you (because they have better things to do), you should think about what you're doing first and of the reason why you're a hero in the first place, to save Paris from the acts of your father I mean Shadowmoth. So, sure maybe he has the right to be upset but that does NOT give him the right to just give up because he is not acknowledged for doing nothing.
Not to mention, the actual fact that he's giving up the one friend that truly believe he was a great hero, Plagg. And even after Ladybug says her comment, she immediately realizes that she's in the wrong, so in reality she really cares about him. And has to abandon her task as guardian to try and talk to him. Not to mention, all the heroes calling her are just an example of how much stress she's under.
Now, let's talk about Plagg's talk with Ladybug. I get it he's upset that his owner and friend gave him up, but that does not mean he can blame Ladybug for everything. If anything he should understand Ladybug and how much pressures she's under, being guardian and all. And Plagg has seen first hand what Adrien does instead of helping out (via the first scene) sure her pushing Chat's feelings away were insensitive and they should've talked it out. But if Chat had been willing to talk to Ladybug about his role then she totally would have tried to make time and talk to him. Not to mention, it's not even her job to make sure Chat's feelings are at bay and that he's happy. If anything she should work on herself more knowing how much she put's other before herself. Then, Plagg brings up the fact he's in love with her (which is starting to feel more like infatuation as the series goes on). And I said before about the temp. heroes what is she supposed to do when he's not there and things get out of hand, she's going to have to call for back up.
You know at this point, the more the series goes on, the more and more I'm willing to just let Shadowmoth get the miraculouses and let the show be over. The amount of stress that Ladybug is under just because she's worried of breaking Chat's heart is just so stupid because she shouldn't even care anymore. Instead, she should be worrying about the safety of Paris instead of worrying about a broken heart, that can probably healed easily. But I digress.
You know, I get why Plagg want's to have Adrien as Chat Noir again because their friends. But his previous actions in other episodes have proven that he's not as competent as people say he is. Also, was the montage of Adrien throwing everything related to superheroes really necessary? We get it he's sad, what's new. (I'm sorry if I'm salting too hard on Adrien, but this episode really pissed me off).
Marinette, honey, relax and go to sleep and stop worrying about Chat Noir, you look like you've done like 10 different drugs in one sitting. I swear one day she's going to go insane.
I swear, if I hear one more thing about how the LS is in love with each other but Ladybug/Marinette is in denial and can't see it, I will freaking cry myself to sleep (oh what I already do hehehehehe...).
Also, NATALIE IS BACK AND SHE'S ALIVE AND WALKING! We stan a this queen (even if she helps out Shadowmoth) but we still stan. Ahhh, to be rich and not to worry about having to go to school because of a minor inconvenience of a broken heart. I freaking want to dieeeee.
Now, what's with Gabriel's change of attitude because in "Glaciator 2" when Adrien was acting the same way as he is now he was all over that, but now he's like, "He'll be fine by the next photo shoot, in three days". Like, damn that was a fast change in character.
Wow, I guess Thomas Astruc ran out of characters to push the LS even more together, so the last resort are the kwami's yayyyyyy *sarcasm*. You know I just like to say that Plagg legit tricked Marinette by saying every quality of a good and respectful partner to prove that Chat Noir is what she needs in the end. The Chat Noir that has proven multiple times that he is reckless and does not respect Ladybug's wishes to stop doing stuff by saying the alibi "I just can't because I love you to much!", this is just ironic at this point.
Okay, how many times have they used that same screenshot of Shadowmoth taking over the world? I mean, I know it's for humor, and comedic effect, but come on, this show is already so repetitive.
Now we get to see SadAdrien, woohoo, this totally not something we keep seeing over and over again throughout season four. Not to mention, that the main factor of why Adrien is sad in the first place is because of Ladybug. . . AGAIN. I swear one day this show is going to kill me.
You know, I just realized that Adrien was able to not go to school because he had a broken heart. . . A BROKEN HEART. WHAT IS THIS PRIVILEGE.
Kudos to Plagg for sticking up Adrien even if he doesn't acknowledge how much sh*t Plagg is doing just to get back with his "best friend". I mean, at first, I was a bot mad at Plagg, but when Plagg first introduced his idea to Adrien he legit was to "depressed" about even if he became Chat Noir Ladybug would still reject him. I mean, I get it when you get rejected multiple times your going to feel pretty dejected after a while, but that doesn't mean you abandon all your other duties in your life because of it, you get back up and move on with your life. And I feel for Plagg in the episode because Plagg has proven multiple times that he cares for Adrien so much and wants to do what's best for him and to make him happy. But what does Adrien do in return, absolutely nothing. I mean, sure there's the cheese supply, but that's just food. Plagg has actively tried to bring his spirits back up multiple times, and he in the episode he has tricked Ladybug into giving him another chance. But I digress. . .I guess.
Okay, I know that Adrien is trying to learn how to be the "perfect" partner for Ladybug, but was the montage really necessary? Also did they really spend HOURS to just pick a super hero name. . . just WHYYY.
And thus begins the montage of Ladybug saying that Cat walker is "perfect". I swear if I have hear that bs one more time I am going to freak out. Not to mention, in the end of the fight she's all like "I'm sorry Cat Walker, I just can't work with you because you're to perfect and I miss Chat Noir." . . . I'm just going to lay here and wait for something new to happen. Also, Ladybug legit developed a lowkey small crush on this dude, even to the point to when they were parachuting together she legit had a face of like pure pleasure (that just sounds weird, I'll change it later) and was like almost feeling him up. Beach, please. I know this is probably a "tactic" to try and make Ladybug realize she might actually have some type of feelings for Chat Noir but COME ON, as I said before, this show is too repetitive for it's own good.
Now onto my favorite segment, in which we talk about the main akuma or sentimonster! So the main thing I have to say about this sentimonster is that it looks like a Egyptian muscle cat. I mean, look at the biceps of that thing, that dude is ripped, but it looks like it skipped abs day.
I know this might sound weird but I kinda find it funny that the only reason that Ladybug thinks that Kuro Neko is Chat Noir is because of the bell, like that isn't a common thing to have, cat wise. You know every time that Ladybug says that she knows everything about Chat Noir I just want to hit my head on a wall because that line keeps reminding of Chloe, Lila, and Chat Noir. Those characters have said that line so many times throughout the course of the show that at this point every time someone says they no someone so well in an episode its kinda contradicting.
Wait a second. Did this dude really find a way to catch the attention of this huge ass cat by saying, "Meow meow"? And did Ladybug really find it endearing and was also mesmerized by this?. . . I'm so done with this show.
The scene in which Cat walker is like holding out his hand to Ladybug, I can legit hear the screams of the fandom. Both screaming because of the LS and because how Ladybug "fell" for this guy already. I'm legit in the group in the corner that doesn't really care because we probably already know how this going to end *cough* Chat Noir just comes back *cough* cough*.
Meanwhile Ladybug is "starstruck", the cat is just playing with the ferris wheel that could probably destroy many buildings and endanger many peoples lives, but you know what let's just have this unnecessary pause for a minute.
Did this f***king huge cat just spit out a f**cking child? Again I feel like I'm losing brain cells as I watch this. Also, did Ladybug just refer to Chat Noir as "her kitten"?
Me: *hears LS fans screaming*. . . Mamma Mia here we go again. . .
Ok, so its officially canon that Adrien's Chat Noir persona is his actual personality or at least part of it, its not like we already know this but ok. And of course before we end this episode we have to have a LS scene in which each parties apologize, yay not repetitive at all *sarcasm*.
And that's the end of the episode! (finally)
Okay, so throughput my rant you can probably tell this is not my favorite episode, probably on e of my least favorites actually. Sure, this episode some depth into the relationship of the LS, but that's it. Not to mention they mainly focused on SadAdrien, which, in my opinion, we've seen to much of. And all the excuses they point out around on why Chat Noir is important is something that we DON'T need to have shoved in our face again. *In a high pitched voice* "Well at least it didn't have a lot of LS scenes". Ohohoho, Sorry high pitch voice that is totally not me, but we have multiple scenes in which Ladybug is complimenting Cat Walker and even seen crushing on him hehehe not to mention the repetitive ending scene! Man was this episode long (even though it was only 21 minutes.)
All in all, though I really don't care for this episode cause this development might not really have a big impact on episodes and seasons to come because you know character development in this show is a dream.
Anyway, those are all my thoughts on the episode and I have a feeling that I'm going to be writing another rant because a new episode is coming out soon, so I have to be mentally prepared.
I hope everyone has a great rest of their evening/morning/day/whatever and always remember. . .
But that's just my opinion (・ε・) ((so please don't come at me :))
((I'm so sleep deprived rn and I have school in the morning so wish me luck :,))(((Also sorry for the grammatical errors :)))
