(But seriously; this screenshot is from the island base section, if I’m correct. At this point in the game, Leon’s been infected for a hot minute and that parasite’s had some time to fuck around in there. He’s not turned yet but some of his wires are getting crossed, and as shown by the ganados in the village, the plagas isn’t put off by rotting meat)
