he's immediately able to tell when you're slipping and he just coos at you, telling you how cute you are.

if you're ever struggling to regress, he loves helping you !! he puts on a show for you and the two of you cuddle

i think he likes being called papa or just by his first name!! thinks your pretty little voice calling him "tooru" or just "'ru" is the cutest thing ever!

he calls you baby, little one, sweetheart, etc. he'll call you anything you want. he loves calling you pet names.

he loooooves playing with you! he'll do anything you want frfr. loves making forts and cuddling with you while the two of you watch movies!!

everything had seemed doable when you first accepted. your friends needing help with an assignment for class, the teachers assigning extra classwork for extra credit (which you needed), and your own homework. but things just kept piling up on top of that. you needed a shower, you had forgotten lunch, your computer was almost dead, and nobody would leave you alone.

it was to the point that you were close to crying by the time oikawa walked through the door of your shared apartment. he immediately noticed your teary eyes as he slipped off his shoes, making his way over to you.

"my sweet boy, c'mere. what's wrong?" he pulls you into a hug, petting your hair and smoothing out any loose hairs that were sticking up.

"jus' stressed. i dunno what to do." you sniffle, hands forming fists as you cling to his shirt. your mind was racing as you tried to figure out the best way to finish everything you needed to get done. "so many things to do. gotta keep working."

you could feel the stress getting to you, and in turn you could feel yourself slipping. that was the last thing you needed right now! you blinked back your tears, whining and sniffling quietly as you scooted closer to tooru. him being so gentle with you as he held you definitely wasn't helping your regressing mind, but you couldn't bring yourself to pull away. he was just so comforting.

"have you eaten today?" he questions, pressing gentle kisses to your forehead. a playful sigh leaves him as you slowly shake your head no. "alright, that's okay. you're not in trouble. you hungry?" he gets a nod in response. words must be hard for you right now.

"how about i make you a snack and i'll help you with this later?" tooru hummed, voice soft as he continued to run his fingers through your hair. you hesitated for a moment, before nodding your head. if he was suggesting it, surely a break would do you some good. your tooru always knew what was best for you.

he reaches over you to carefully save your tabs and work, before closing your computer. you point wordlessly towards the charger and he nods, seemingly understanding you as he plugs in the device before placing a few more kisses on your face.

"why don't you go get some toys and i'll get started on your snack?" he smiles wide, playfully rubbing his nose against yours as you giggle. "my sweet baby. so cute! i could just eat you up." tooru tickles at your sides as you squirm to get away from him, continuous giggles leaving you as he let's you scoot away.

once the two of you had returned to the living room after eating, you spread out your toys in front of the two of you, playing for as long as you'd like.
