John Partridge and Jacob Brent who played in the 1998 filmed version get a lot of attention in the CATS fandom for being gay role models.

Here’s a proud shout-out to the others in the 1998 version who’s also openly gay and representing the LGBTQ+ community in theater, dance and show business, in a big or small way.

but i am upset i didn't get my 1998 boys in there silly little pirate costumes
