I take Krav Maga 2 times a week and go to the gym 5 days a week. Krav Maga is ALWAYS fun even when we’re doing ground work, which I hate, it’s still fun because we laugh and joke around and sensei is really engaging.

The gym has become fun because my trainer always puts one fun exercise or an exercise that I love in my daily sets. I have been working out since December and this is the longest I have kept up with it because I enjoy it now, some days it’s a chore but I’m always glad I went.

You just have to find something you enjoy. In college and grad school my go to was Zumba, I have no coordination but I loved both of my instructors. There is joyful movement out there for you!!

more people would exercise if this culture didn't make it absolute hell
