Do you ever just go ✨deaf west spring awakening✨

Something about spring awakening is just so appealing. The Dark/Light Accadamia aesthetics, the fuck society vibes, the inherent queerness of the characters, it's just all very nice.

It's strange how much of a rabbit hole enjoying one thing can cause. Through hamilton I found dear evan hansen. Through dear evan hansesn I found falsettos and spring awakening. Through those I fell in love with their actors and followed their projects.

Falsettos and Spring Awakening are my comfort shows which is ironic considering the fact that the plots are fucking sad as hell but this is where we are right now

Listening to the spring awakening cast album gives me such whiplash. At one point you are listening to a really sad and heartfelt song and then it is just a group of angsty german teenagers saying fuck over and over again

So.... is everyone else also regressing back to the musicals that they hyperfixated on through middle school?
