But also Charles has another one-

Just Charles during a charity stream during the summer break and a small baby walking into the room with something in his hands. Carlos also comes into the room and apologises for the interuotion, but their baby "Maxy" needs his insulin pump changed and wouldn't take "No mama" for an answer.

So, Charles has to change this little kid's pump while Carlos kisses the kid's head.
