*manifests into existence graphically & gruesomely* *walks over to mic* Pokémon A.U ideas I’ve had buzzing around in my brain for a bit (that I will also explain rlly poorly) haha cough dies:
-Sycamore & Diantha are funni siblings, Xerneas is their smooshy grandmother, real world mythology (specifically Norse) exists, Yveltal does not like Lysandre or his ancestors (…also Fae & similar forces exist & are hungry :))
-Rainbow Rocket keeps getting its arse beat by (some not so anymore) trauma fuelled children, Sycamore, R.S.E! Maxie & Colress are friends (and really should not of been God Save Us), the Ultrabeasts share one braincell (and Guzzlord ate it)
-the world is an unknowable horror filled with nothing but pain and suffering, forcing those who dare to think themselves above it and the power it holds to choke on their hearts, their voices, their thoughts, until all they can perceive is that nothing is for them and all shall be as it is, cursed and shattered because of arrogance and ignorance, tortured and twisted, swallowed up by the light and the fire that should not of been.. And oh how You should of Known, oh how You all should of Thought better than That and now you are Here and there will be no escape from The Voið øF Wħő Ý ò ų ÆŘß —- (AKA Cyrus calls an ambulance, the others eat shit, Lysandre gets scammed by love & Xerneas is a amazing mum AND baker 🥰)

-typical fantasy adventure turned sideways then promptly trampled. Augustine HATES the ‘damsel in distress’ trope, Lysandre just wanted to court normally, Cyrus is forced to third wheel everyone & Diantha is all here for the chaos 👍
-“Cynthia! This is suppose to be a celebration! Where is everyone?????” “Alder is in a coma, Sycamore is being held captive by Legendaries or something, Rainbow Rocket has gone cuckoo & Kanto (& soon the rest of the East Continent) is basically fucked.” “😨” “anymore questions smartass?”
-the Ultrabeasts adopt Lillie + evolved, kinda not human anymore Lillie
-Eggman’s announcement but it’s Arceus (+ Cyrus w/ the Space Police (Ultra Recon Squad or whatever their called)

Pokemon: Legends of Platinum
(I think goofy mashup titles are neat) (This can also just be called the Wrong Warp AU)
Sometime after the end of Platinum, Cynthia discovers another entrance to the Distortion World, finds Cyrus inside waiting for death, and decides to bring him out of it
Cyrus makes no attempt to get up or do anything other than be grumpy, so Cynthia has to alternate between dragging him around and having him in a bridal carry
By the time they get to where Cynthia entered the realm, the exit... has already closed back up
Fuck
After searching around, Cynthia ends up finding another exit, so she throws Cyrus in and leaps through
The two end up on a cold as shit mountain, but because they’re both from Sinnoh it’s just a normal mountain to them
Neither of them really recognize where they are, though Cyrus wasn’t making an effort anyways
Cynthia can’t shake the feeling it’s somewhat familiar, but other than that she’s got no clue
So, roadtrip time, with the goal of finding someone who can tell them where they are
Of course, it’s mostly Cynthia carrying Cyrus around because he still refuses to do anything other than ask Cynthia to just leave him for dead
It’s not even like a pathetic last request to stop prolonged suffering or anything, he’s just annoyed that he can’t sit in nothingness anymore
“Let me die, Cynthia.” “Shut up, Cyrus.”
At the very least, Cynthia was able to figure out how to maneuver him onto her back so he’s easier to transport
Eventually, the two stumble upon a small village with people in traditional Sinnoh clothing
Cynthia goes up to ask an older woman where this place is, and has an... enlightening conversation
“Oh, are you with the Galaxy Team, dearie?” “Uh... yes?” “Oh, that’s wonderful! They’ve done such good work in helping our little slice of Hisui. On behalf of the rest of Jubilife Village, please, take these!”
The lady ends up giving her some apples, and wandering off as Cynthia is locked in place processing the information
Jubilife Village? Hisui, like in that one historical text?
She does a 180 and looks at the mountain that, from this angle, is a dead ringer for Mt. Coronet

Hehehe, the first appearance of Cynthia! Who, again, Ansy / I first encountered years ago in Unova XD
The Plates in this one may need a little extra explaining - the Mind Plate is found in the Solaceon Ruins, where there are a bunch of Unown. According to Bulbapedia, when detected by the Pokegear Radio, their psychic communication “is interpreted as the melody of the Azure Flute.”
The Fist Plate is found on the rainy Route 215 where a lot of Black Belts are just hanging out, one being right next to it. My thought was that they were making a pilgrimage to this little Lilligant shrine (there’s one for each Lord & Lady), & on sensing the presence of Ansy’s Azure Flute, it gave the team the Fist Plate.
Also, Maylene’s Lucario is busted. :T
