Motherfuckers of the Shameless and, more specifically, the Gallavich fandom listen up. Just because you like the ship, does not mean you get to comment rude stuff about Cameron's and Noel's girlfriends and wife under their social media posts. I love the ship too. It gives me incredible amounts of serotonin. BUT THERE IS A VERY CLEAR DISTINCTION BETWEEN THE SHOW AND REAL LIFE. The actors behind your favourite characters are humans too. They can see the stuff you comment and so can their loved ones. I thought we all learned that a character is not the same as the actor that portrays them when we were like 10, but apparently some of us are still struggling. I've seen so many comments bashing on Noel's wife and like. Why? What in the actual fuck is wrong with you that you can't distinguish between a SHOW, a literal work of fiction, and the ACTUAL every day life we are all living? If your media literacy is so incredibly low or if you are actually this delusional please get off social media for a little bit. It will probably be good for you.

I mean yeah. I don't think the Shameless fandom is toxic in general. Obsessed yes. Opinionated yes. In constant disagreement yes. But i thought that in its vast majority it was logical. If you look at some of the comments under Noel's photos with his wife you will be fucking disgusted. Again, REAL people. NOT fictional characters. They don't deserve to be hated for literally no reason. Thanks for agreeing with my rant though.
