Was she asking for it?
You're fucking up big time
society if jane and jesse never met: 🦾🤖🚀🛸🪐
jesse’s crazy because if my girlfriend died after i inadvertently caused her to relapse it would take me a bit longer to make my next meth customer base people in rehab
people hating marie in season 5 is so stupid to me. walt just got jesse to be tortured by neo nazis and you hate MARIE. for STEALING! are you insane
and on youtube theyll comment the most evil things on videos of her just being normal (shout out to the guy who was GLAD hank died because it would fuck her up)
hmm todd locking up jesse and making him his slave but being nice about it (kinda) vs walter manipulating jesse but also being like a father to him something something invisible cage
so called free thinkers when seeing jesse and skyler hug
While I understand why Andrea's death happened it is by far the weakest death/(harm being caused) of people close to Jesse.
I think part of it is when it happens. Jesse has been tortured and became a slave besides the scene of Jesse seeing her death there is little fallout within the show due to his situation.
Compare this to Jane, her death is what made him clean and in simplest terms changed him. It also is the cause of the 'mystery' in the openings of many episodes in season 2. The effect Jane's death had on her dad caused a massive crash that would kill over 100 people. This traumatises so many people that wouldn't even know her. But with Andrea we don't even see Brock's reaction to this.
Brock's poisoning made Jesse almost kill Walter and the only reason he didn't was to kill the man Walt convinced him did it- without his poisoning Jesse might not have joined Walter against Gus.
Additionally, both of these events tell us something about Walter. Jane's shows how far he will go to both protect his secret and keep control over Jesse. And Brock shows how much damage he will cause to save himself- and unlike Jane's it is an planned 'attack' so it shows Walt's progression.
But what does Andrea's death tell us about Todd and the Neo-Nazis? It only reminds us of facts that we already know. These are the men who killed a kid to keep their secret, the men who killed Hank despite the fact the man they were paid to protect told them not to, the men who have made Jesse his slave.
This isn't to say her death shouldn't of happened because I think it makes sense given the what we know about Jesse's captors I just think compared to the other actions we see taken against Jesse it is underwhelming.
When you don't want to be pathetic so you end up just being evil (and pathetic)
Your drug is a heartbreaker
I was born hungry
thinking about how walt dies from a machine he made. for so long people wished he would be gone. so many people wanted him dead. but even through everything he had the last blow. he killed himself trying to fix things. he was always the biggest danger to himself
y'know whenever the topic of ted comes up on reddit people always say 'well he's lucky its not season 5 walt' because he slept with skyler but i really don't think he would kill him.
i mean from what we see the reason walt decides to make things right in the end is because elliot reduces his work on gray matter yet he never hurts him or gretchen. the worse he does is set fake hitmen on them and that really only an empty threat.
i think in season 1 was probably at his most petty (blowing up some guys car, hurting a teenager) but throughout the series walt kills people with clear purposes. even at his most morally questionable all his kills are connected to his drug empire (tho some more loosely than others).
its one of the reason he does stay as likeable as he does. while not all his death are self defence it is plausible to suspect if the victims had lived on they would have ruined walt or his families life in one way or another.
really the only situation i can see walt killing ted is because he refused to pay taxes but even then i feel like then im not sure he would.
I am drowning There is no sign of land You are coming down with me Hand in unlovable hand
for the entirety of breaking bad there’s a threat that one of walt’s enemies will hurt his family but in the end it is walt’s call that killed hank
‘someone has to protect this family from the man who protects this family’
