🎪 Introducing... Puffy & Fluffy!
Created by me in 2019, they are a duo of rockstar clowns. They sing and dance at the Great Jolly Circus (Gran Circo da Alegria). Puffy is the shorter, buck-toothed clown – dressed in white (detail for Bozo the Clown’s pictures in his suit, it's his idol), he is the silliest of the duo. While his partner, Fluffy, is the taller clown – smart and 💅🏼✨ diva, kind of Bochum Elektra’s personality (in fact, he was drawn over actor Adam Lake, who played Elektra in 2019). Fun fact: They were inspired by a very famous Brazilian clown duo from the 80s, Atchim & Espirro (A-choo & Sneezy, in free translation). Listen to their theme song here!

Hello, I came to talk about something very serious that's happening here in Brazil, specifically in Rio Grande do Sul.
Basically, a few days ago there were floods in this state. Unfortunately, it's not new that this happens, but only now something more serious happened. Many people lost their homes, their city, and some unfortunately died in this flood. Bodies floating in the river, including adults, animals, children, and even babies.
Many are still homeless, without clothes, food, without family... Fortunately, the waters have receded, but it seems that Rio Grande do Sul may have new storms this week, which is extremely worrying. Please help them, any money is greatly appreciated.

The man was returning and saw four children on the roof shouting. He went back to rescue them. One of them asked, "Are you going to take all of us, right?" He replied that he would, he would take all of them. Then the girl asked, "Are you going to take my two sisters?" The man realized that two of them were dead. He took them too. In the video, he says he couldn't leave them there.
This is just one of MANY other accounts of rescues like this.

I don't make these kinds of posts, but Rio Grande do Sul (a brazilian estate) is going through its worst natural catastrophe in recorded history and I need everyone to know about this. Its currently looking like this:
What is going on
Most of Brazil suffers from yearly floods during the rain season. These floods most of the time aren't bad, with water going away a few hours later. Sometimes they are a nightmare, with people losing their homes and most if not all belongings. But this?
This is not fucking normal.
Currently (May 6th, 2024) there's +80 confirmed deaths and 873 thousand people are being affected by these historical floods. Eight hundred and seventy three THOUSAND people. Once again: THIS. IS. NOT. NORMAL.
Rio Grande has 496 cities, and currently, 364 are reporting problems related to this. It's almost the entirety of Rio Grande - and you know how big Rio Grande is? If you're from the USA, its just a bit bigger than Colorado, and just a bit smaller than Nevada. If you are European, Rio Grande is bigger than the United Kingdom. Can you imagine if almost the entirety of the UK was underwater? Because I sure fucking can just by watching brazilian news!
Rio Grande expects floods. It rains a lot in Brazil. What no one expect is having to deal with 2,30 meters - 7'7 feet for reference - ABOVE the expected flooding level, which is 3 meters (9'10 feet). This means that there were 5,26 meters (17'3 ft) of water. Chart for comparison:
I live in São Paulo, which is completely unaffected by what is going on over there, but I need people to be aware of this. Why?
