Happy 7th Anniversary to the Ben 10 Reboot!!!
This series is (unpopular opinion I'm probs gonna get killed for) one of my favorite shows to watch, as well as one of my comfort shows. I've been a fan of it since I was in middle school and am still a fan of it to this day as a sophomore in college. While it does have its flaws, I still have fond memories of it and always will.
Fun Fact/Update: I was originally going to post a post (no pun intended) talking about a B10RB rewrite/au project of mine I'm developing called Ben 10 Reboot Reimagined, but I couldn't finish it in time for the 7th anniversary (which I truly apologize for), but I do plan on posting it sometime this month when I finish it.

After I saw these two take on of Ben's Chimerain form, I tried to figure it out what could be the differences

Sucker punch
Kuro the artist's (5yl)
His elastic body allows him to do enchanted movement; like hight jump or stronger punches
This also makes him more resistant to hits, because his body absorbs the blows
Besides, he posess enchanted strengh
He can swim, breath underwater and transform into a giant, octopus-like monster
But;
Smaller in size
Possibly weaker
Doesn't posess any other superpower

Posess an impressive strengh and durability
Able to shapeshift his arms separeted tentacles
Can shoot lasers from his eyes
Not flexible, but still agile
But;
Less agile and a little bit bulky
He doesn't posess aquatic form

Cannon-bolt
So, I realised one thing: the seria treat Cannonbolt as Hell. And why? Let me explain;

First, he is the 11th alien who was ever used
Secound, you hardly found any other transformation who appeared in every form in all the frendchiles. But literally:
The classic seria (he even replaced Ghostfreak in the intro)
Also as Ben 10.000's
Alien force
He was used in the crossover "Heroes United"
Got an Ultimate form
Appeared in Omniverse (even in flashbacks)
Rolleway (Ben 23) and Gwenonbolt (Gwen 10, just fun name, not offical)
He also an useable alien in the Reboot
He was Omni-enchanted
Got an Omi-kix
Also, there is Wreckingbolt
Interesting fact 1: The original designe of him was totaly different
Interesting fact 2: he was in the original ten, but the creatores replaced him with Diamondhead
Also, there was a pun about this; in the Reboot S1 E1/ Waterfilter, Ben was about to choose an alien for his Niagara waterfall - jump. While he was selecting, he saied the next; "Diamondhead; no, Cannonbolt; yes"
In the Reboot, Ben used Cannonbolt as the first transformation, such as Kevin, who used Wreckingbolt
Maybe it's just my personal oppinion, but he can thank his popularity to the panda-like appearance
But all together, I like this rolly-polly warrior and glad we can see him in various ways, weaponized and armored. So, let's rock and roll 😎

Ten fun
So, not so far the 5yl chapter 9 came out, and I'm in a Ben 10 Mode, so, here are ten interesting fact about the show. Maybe you know, maybe you not, hope you enjoy it;
One of Ben's strongest enemy in Omniverse was Exo-skull. But we could see him earlyer; he appeard for a short time in the original seria, in a future timeline. Also; did you know he isn't an alien, but a human-rhino hybrid, created by non other than Dr. Animo? (Even if we never saw them together)
Remember the time when Ben confessed it would be awesome to be Vilgax? Actually, he could do it. The Omnitrix numerous times allert him, when an uncategorised DNA sample was near by. But it not even lighted up on the home planet of the species. This leads us to the conclusion: he had all along a chimera sui generis transformation
Manna and Magic are not the same. Manna is energy, what is possesed by most of the species and can be manipulated. Magic is a power, what some species can learn. However, they are related, because manna using can boost spells and magic abilityes.
The lost of Feedback was the reason why Ben took off the Omnitrix for five years. However, it wasn't really comfirmed officaly
Way Big's transformation size adapts to the given space. He fills out it and only than starts growing to his full size (due to the fact To'kustars are unable to sizechanging)
Maybe strange, but the Omnitrix can imitate accents. It posess an inter galactical translator, wich makes possible to Ben's transformation to speak in human language. Hovever keeps the species specific sound effects like cricking or gibbing and sometimes gives human accents to them (like Brainstorm's or Molestache's)
The Omnitrix is a techo-organic device, being able to adapt to the used species; becomes intangible with Ghostfreak or Big chill; liquifieing with Goop and can be multiplied by Echo Echo (also by Ditto, but he fuse togeter at detransformation)
So far, Ben temporary had the Mastercontrol in every seria (including the Reboot) except in Omniverse
The original ten aliens almost included Cannonbolt (who would replaced Diamondhead). In the end he technicly replaced Ghostfreak after he gets out of the Omnitrix.
And for last, but certainly not least; it's a less known fact, that Ben originally would have an other kind of designe, and he would turn into ten different human superhero instead of aliens. Some of them were the same name as later the original seria's aliens, like Ghostfreak

Two of the newest villain of the Ben 10 Reboot are the twins; Plus and Minus. They not bad, but neigter exciting, the tipical bad siblings with magnetic power. But if you look them closer...
If you are familiar the Ben 10 commericals alien, you know these three;

Bob the Blob
Plantapokalipse
So, mine point is;
There's a two headed one, how's heads independent and arguing what should they do
An adult with electromagnetic power, capable of flight
And a creature with the want of word wilde domination and cause a planetery desaster
All of these are true for the Polar twins too. Maybe these ideas are worked in these characters. Maybe not. However, it's funny, at least for me. Have a good time 😁
Bug in the brotherhood
So, we know a cocroach named Sydney and Maurice, the human scientist swaped head/body in an accident
But in episode "Heads of the family", they used a head swaping machine... So, the creators want to say they supose to look like this? 🤔

Kevin and Charmcaster!!!
in my au charmcaster is much younger and while the storylines from the original series still happen like in change of face she and Gwen body swap and shenanigans like that still happen she’s just much younger being 12 instead of 15 I plan on making a redemption arc for both her and Kevin in the events of this au but I still have to plan those out
Kevin will end up escaping the null void much sooner and his muatation form would have run its course already he and charmcaster will probably end up teaming up for a while but will eventually part ways only to be teammates again when they join the Tennyson
some fun illustration practice with team omniforce + an idea for glitches design since I have an idea for his role in this storyline

For me personally I think the classic is the best with omniverse and RAT tying for second
Here's a funky drawing I did a while ago of Overflow with water balloons for guts. I was in the midst of a candygore fixation at that point so this was a product of interests colliding (something you'll see a lot on this blog)
