What Are Your Unpopular Dis Opinions + Mine?
I’m curious to know what you guys are going to say. I don’t have any in mind tbh except for a few. Also wanted to say that my opinions are not meant to offend anyone. These are just harmless opinions, and you can like what you like as long as it’s not hurting you or others.
Here are some of mine:
1. I prefer An Extremely Goofy Movie.
I mostly prefer it because it focuses on Goofy and it’s set in college(I’m going there soon). I also relate to Max’s wish to have his own life. Though, I prefer the first movies soundtrack by a lot.
2. Moana is an okay movie.
It’s a fine movie. The plot was cool, the soundtrack was nice, and the twist was good. Moana is not as outstanding as other Disney movies like Tangled.
3. I prefer Frozen 2 over the first one.
I like the world building and the discovery of Elsa’s powers. It was more interesting than Frozen’s plot.
4. Toy Story 4 was not needed.
In my opinion, Toy Story 3 was a perfect ending to the series. It had heart and solidified the characters as a family. Toy Story 4 kind of ruins that for me.
5. I don’t like Naveen that much.
His character change was a bit too quick and was not as well done as I thought when watching the Princess & the Frog for the first time.

Hansanna: My OTP! Well I was watching a bunch of trailers, back in my freshman year of high school and was wondering why Hans didn’t appear that often in the trailers, like he appeared in one for a couple of seconds then none. Turns out they were setting him up to be a “villain,” and I loved him already which grew strongly after the Love is an open door song, and with every scene of him even when he revealed to be the villain, I think this would be the first Disney Princess: Hero x Villain ship I had. I always love the ships that are not obviously going to be endgame, but have their subtle moments that keep you locked in.

Kristanna: They’re great friendship wise, but if I was Anna, I’d be annoyed with Kristoff as a friend and lover. I don’t think you should be insulted in your choices for romance, but KINDLY offering advice ALWAYS helps.
Hansoff: Potential romantic rivals, but I’d like to read some fanfic where they’re hanging out as friends, can be aus (like any for example canon divergent or compliant, or just your general aus like coffee shop or whatever)
Olaf x Hans: A singer I knew (who dated an old crush of mine) compared me to Olaf, now I can have Hans all to myself lol, canon or oc lmao.

Elsanna: I feel those who ship it are most likely normalizing incest ships in kids media and I’m not ok with that. If this was an adult show and an anime or cartoon, I’d understand, but there has been a weird community that’s been normalizing incest in Disney ships. Cmon guys make a private community so we don’t normalize it. Ok to be fair I know I have questionable taste in ships but not to this extent.
I think we need more Luisa x Anna so well

Personally, I have conflicted feelings on Frozen and Frozen. It’s my childhood, and has plenty of good aspects… but… it’s not the best Disney movie, and I’m not sure if it deserved the international fame and love it got. Just my 2 cents 🤷♀️
