It's about time more companies took a political stand in favour of democracy! They should be against right-wing extremist parties that have nothing other in mind than to undermine democracy in order to ultimately abolish it.

But there are exceptions: State elections will soon be held in Germany, and it is likely that an extreme right-wing party, the AFD, whose chairman Höcke* can officially be labelled a fascist according to a court ruling, could achieve an absolute majority, so a food company EDEKA is sending a clear message against the right and in favour of democracy.
Not only that, it is taking a clear and unambiguous stand against the far-right party in all the major established print media in Germany nationwide.
Hats off, you democrats..... Diversity is always better than monotony!
The appeal is packaged with vegetables, but is nevertheless clear in the end: the retail chain Edeka has taken a bold stance against the electoral success of the AfD in the state elections in Saxony, Thuringia and Brandenburg with a post on social media and a full-page advert in the 'Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung' and the weekly newspaper 'Die Zeit'.
The print advert is entitled 'Why Edeka doesn't vote blue'. This is an allusion to the AfD, which has used blue as its party colour since it was founded. The advert shows a wonderful variety of fruit and vegetables such as cucumbers, broccoli, bananas, cherries and strawberries. The text explains that there is a colourful variety in the fruit and vegetable section. But blue food is a warning sign from nature.
'Evolution has taught us that blue is not a good choice,' the advert declares. 'And that brings us to the topic of choices: Blue is the natural enemy of healthy diversity, and not just when it comes to fruit and vegetables. In Germany, 'the blues' are already the biggest threat to a diverse society.'
This is followed by a direct reference to the upcoming elections: 'So let's read the warnings about the state elections in Saxony, Thuringia and Brandenburg in September correctly - and make sure we can live together in harmony. Because we love diversity.
EDEKA.....
The right-wing media outlet ‘Junge Freiheit’ picked up on Edeka's advert and wrote that the company was making a fool of itself. After all, there are blueberries. Edeka itself has already made this argument in the advert and writes: Blueberries or blue cabbage may have ‘blue’ in their name, but not in the colour pigments. This is followed by the smug postscript: ‘At least that's what science says - and, as we all know, we should listen to science much more often.’ The hashtag ‘blueberries’ trended on X at midday.
In recent days, more and more voices in the German business community have been raised against the AfD. Colette Boos-John, state chairwoman of the family business organisation in Thuringia, called the party ‘anti-business’

That was once punk and in the end everything ends up in the capitalist sausage machine and all that's left is a can, if it doesn't get any worse, a limited edition.
Which is actually completely meaningless in a mass society, but there are only two cans!
Punk has thus ended up where it never wanted to go, every subculture is ultimately eaten by capitalism... that's the cruel evolution of things.

Artists want attention and that means money 💰 was and is cruel to those who cling to ideals.
In the end, punk is just a can.
The ‘fuck nazi punk’ is nice, but Nazi punks are a contradiction in terms! Then just a caffeinated soft drink with taurine.
Cheers, have a good weekend punx 🍻
