going out in the rain with a pair of scissors, getting his socks soaking wet as he cuts off a couple of mint leaves for mojitos

taking his sweet time looking at packets of seeds in the store, reading the backs to see if he would be able to actually keep them alive in the current season, shaking his head no and frowning because “it’s too wet for these now, maybe in a month or two”
