gender segregated bathrooms are OUT instead i'm proposing a new way of dividing up public bathroom spaces:

1. unisex general adult bathrooms - these should have a variety of stalls and sinks and (where space allows) a separate, screened-off urinal area for your dedicated stand-up pee-ers. it should also have at least a couple of fully self contained stalls with a toilet and sink inside (behind a lockable door) that can double as a changing room for people who need a costume change on the fly

2. children's bathroom - with low-level toilets and sinks and stalls big enough to allow an adult to comfortably help a lil buddy pee. include some toilets with those potty seats for toddlers. the kids bathroom would also have some designated baby-change booths. adjacent to the kids bathroom should be a room for feeding babies and/or pumping breast milk and it should have facilities for heating water and cleaning out baby bottles

3. accessible bathroom - for elderly and/or disabled people. larger toilet stalls, hand rails, emergency alarms etc. the accessible bathroom should also have facilities for e.g. changing out colostomy or catheter bags and for hygienically changing and disposing of adult diapers/incontinence pads etc, including some stalls big enough to allow a carer to come in and help a brother out if necessary

all bathrooms should also have enclosed shower facilities and free sanitary products. thank you for coming to my TED talk entitled "i just wanna take a piss in peace is that too much to ask"

; I can't believe I have to say this but pride flags are not exclusively a LGBTQIA+ thing. They're pride flags, they're for showing pride of who you are or about something ( like a disability, etc ) that is apart of you or significant to a community. Especially real for minorities that are often forgotten or discriminated against !!

; I'm saying this because someone on Tiktok posted an intro and included the disabled pride flag ( along with some other pride flags ) and someone asked what it meant, and when told by a few people that it was the disabled pride flag, their response was literally " the lgbt is getting out of hand. What are you, attracted to disabilities ?? Or what you want to be disabled ?? " like no. The lgbtqia+ was literally not mentioned once. It's a pride flag, but not necessarily a pride flag meant to represent an lgbtqia+ identity. Thank you.

; the flag in question was this btw

a grey rectangle with the colours green, light blue, white, yellow and desaturated red going vertically from the top left to the bottom right of the flag.

; the problem is I've started assuming people don't actually want my honest opinion when they ask for it because I've been called rude or had people be offended when I do, but now people have started complaining that I'm " lying to them " when I compliment them instead and I'm like. ☹️ what.

Why are neurotypicals always like "What do you think? Give me your honest opinion." and then they get upset when you tell them your honest opinion? You can just. Ask. For a compliment. You can ask for support.

Why do they do it? Do they think they sound selfish if they ask for compliments?? Do they think *I* sound selfish when I ask for compliments??

If you're neurotypical and you're reading this, please just ask for compliments when you want them and ask for people's honest opinions when you actually want them.

Thanks for reading!

"Validity" should not have to be given. "Validity" should not have to be declared by the majority. "Validity" is a made-up qualifier and positions whoever is outside that label as having needed to give approval for someone to exist and take part. I am not "valid", because I was already here. We were already here, approved or unapproved.

Every microlabel, allospec identities of all kinds, the loveless, the aspec-allos, everyone who has ever been the subject of debate or been accused of making us all look bad; the stereotype, the asshole, the mold-breaker, the discourse topic, and the invisible. Validity is sold to us to put down some as pending approval and lift others as the gatekeepers, to pit us against each other to pick each other apart.

Don't seek approval. Just be.
