What If Instead Of Writing Someone's Name In The Death Note You Actually Have To Write The Name Most

What if instead of writing someone's name in the Death Note you actually have to write the name most people know them by.

Like, imagine how much faster the show would have ended.

The moment L revealed himself he would've been a goner.

Y'all are always saying "ash doesn't age" but you never talk about how Jesse James and meowth also haven't aged a day in the last 24 years.

You've been refusing my gifts for years and yet you wonder why I've stopped giving them.

I want a show about an expert assassin who gets hired to kill this person and they stalk them for a while to get a feel for their schedule. But it turns out that the person has adhd and _no_ concept of time or space and the assassin keeps trying to find increasingly hilarious ways to get them alone and get the job over with and they fail every single time. And at the end of each episode the assassin angrily scratches out one of the ways they tried to kill this guy. Like they straight up got their mark a position of power with a very strict schedule and the person _still_ finds a way not to abide by said schedule.

Can you imagine the shenanigans that would ensue

Oh

Ohhhhh

So that's why

the reason why other ppl with learning/developmental disabilities can't read like they did in middle school & high school was because books were the easiest way to access serotonin & dopamine since you weren't allowed to use your phone, & they also gave you something to hyperfocus on as a means of mental escape. entering college & the adult world means you can freely use your tech so you can access serotonin/dopamine faster, making books seem less "interesting" in comparison when in reality your mind is just used to the instant gratification, which isn't bad at all. it's like making your own dinner vs ordering out.
