Rules

- NO REAL PEOPLE. no youtubers etc

- canon is dead i killed it!!! obviously this rule doesnt really apply here (you can argue that everybody has pronouns and canonical hair color/color-coding is important) but mentioning it anyway :p if a character only has slightly blue hair or a mix of hair colors but they have INCREDIBLE pronoun vibes they count the same as any full bluehead

- no discourse, obviously

- you are free to submit multiple characters, but please do not rig the voting by submiting the same character multiple times!

- Hatsune Miku is the only one i'm preemptively giving a definite spot, so other than her, send em in!!

Ok he's the revised list under the cut. Premise is still the same though. The number on the left is just where it's on in the list which will be the number when I ask Google hey pick a number for the first round. The number on the right is how many votes they got. If there's more than one person, the number by the person is the vote and the number at the end is the average. The list is also in alphabetical order.
