Iwaizumi Hajime x GN! Reader
Genre: Fluff, angst if you squint
Warnings: a few curse words
this one came out longer than expected and i honestly didn't know how to cut it short XP anyways enjoy this fluffy fluff with our iwa chan. i finished it early so i posted it. not beta-read (again) constructive criticism is accepted.
Hajime had a crush. Not that he would ever accept it. But, still the fact that he did have a crush would not change. And he hated it.
He hated how his throat closed up whenever he tried to talk to you. Hated the way his hands sweat profusely when he was near you. He hated everything about this.
He thought ignoring you and pretending you didn't exist would make his crush go away. But, how could he ignore you when you were in the same class as him and sat right across from him.
Hajime always caught himself looking at you in between lectures. And now, he had to force himself to look away from you and concentrate in class.
The teacher was talking about a project and said that she would assign everyone in groups of two. Hajime groaned inwardly at the mention of group projects. He had always preferred to work alone.
The teacher was now calling out students' names and their partners. "Iwaizumi and L/N," she announced.
He did a double take and stared at his teacher, wide eyed. Surely he had heard that wrong, right? There was no way you were his partner, right?
His thoughts came to a stop when you turned to look at him. You smiled politely at him. Though it was nothing special, Hajime felt his heart beating faster. His face felt hot when he smiled back at you. You were gonna be the end of him.
"Shut up Shittykawa!" Hajime barked at his best-friend, Oikawa. He was rambling on and on about how popular he was and how many girls were head over heels for him. Hajime had heard this enough times for it to be etched in his mind.
His hand clutched the small piece of paper in his hand which had your phone number scribbled in it. The two of you had exchanged numbers and had agreed to meet up at your house to work on the project. He felt his face heat up again and cursed silently.
"Iwa-chan! I need to use the restroom. Don't leave without me," Oikawa said, already on his way.
Hajime sighed and stood outside their gym. If Oikawa didn't come back within two minutes, he thought, I'm leave his things here and go back home.
"Um, excuse me."
He heard a shy voice from behind him. He turned and saw a red-faced girl clutching what suspiciously looked like a love letter. Oh, how much Hajime hated love letters. He thought they were sappy and ugly, what with the hearts drawn everywhere. He had threatened to burn all the letters Oikawa had kept stashed in his room if he had to deliver one more sappy letter to him. Say goodbye to your letters, Assikawa, Hajime thought.
"It's for Oikawa, right?" He asked. This was nothing out of the ordinary for him.
"Y-Yes! Please give it to him!" She shoved the letter into his hands and ran away to her friend who was smirking wildly.
Everyone liked Oikawa, no doubt. He was handsome and charming but with a shitty personality that only Hajime and their close friends knew. But, that was not what he was worried about. He was worried that you would choose Oikawa instead of him. Everyone always did that.
Your room was the perfect definition of 'organized mess'. There were books and papers scattered on your desk and floor, a pile of clothes on your bed, and your laptop on the floor with numerous tabs open. It was a mess, but a nice mess. Hajime liked it.
Hajime was glad to have you as a partner. You were easy to work with, efficient and broad-minded.
He tried his best not to ogle you all the time, which was practically impossible since you looked so beautiful while you were focused on your work.
Your mom came in, saw all the papers strewn across the expanse of your room, gave the two of you a look, and never came back. You had laughed your head off at this and Hajime couldn't help but laugh with you too. He promised to help you clean later to which you had reluctantly agreed.
The project had turned out great. Hajime smiled proudly at his grade-an A-and decided make Oikawa jealous. You had asked him to have lunch together to which he had agreed right away.
You and Hajime had grown close during the small amount of time you had worked together. Even after finishing it, you would still call him or text him talking about anything and everything. You would even wait for his practice to end and walk home with him.
You had always been talkative around Hajime but today you were eerily silent. Your face was red, too.
"Hey," he said. "Are you sick? Do you want me to take you to the nurse's office?"
"N-No!" You stuttered, waving your hands wildly. "It's just that-that..." you trailed off.
"That what?"
You said something under your breath that Hajime couldn't make out.
Then, there was something covering his face. A piece of paper. "What the-?"
He peeled the paper away from his face and took a good look at it. Hajime's heart sank down to the pit of his stomach. It was not just a piece of paper. It was a love letter. And he knew damn well who it was for. Of course you liked Oikawa. Why had he even thought his feelings would be reciprocated. Dumb, he cursed at himself. Dumbass.
"It's for Oikawa right?" His voice came out more sad and dejected than he had expected. "I can't guarantee a reply-"
"I-It's for you!"
"-but I will give it to him," he continued.
"Don't give it to Oikawa! It's for you Iwaizumi!" You were almost yelling now.
"W-What? This"-he held up the letter-"is for me?"
Hajime was sure his brain had stopped working. You were giving him a love letter?
"Does this mean you like me?" He wanted to make sure it was true. That you were not pranking him.
"Yes!" You sounded so desperate and annoyed. He swore he could see steam rising from your head.
"Thank you!" He almost screamed. "Go out with me, please."
"Y-Yes," you agreed, trying your best to hide your red face.
Hajime's heart melted and he felt like the happiest man on earth. You liked him. Him and not Oikawa. A giddy, love-sick smile formed on his face. He felt weightless like he were floating in space. His chest felt warm.
"Iwa-chan~" Oikawa's voice brought him back. He turned to face Oikawa only to be faced with a teasing smirk. Mattsun and Makki wore similar expressions. Makki whispered something to Mattsun about Hajime getting laid, which Hajime prayed you didn't hear.
"L/N-chan, let me tell you something embarrassing about Iwa-chan," Oikawa giggled and made his way towards you.
"Crappykawa, say one word to L/N about me and I'll make sure you get a concussion during practice," Hajime barked.
You let out a fit of giggles which was soon joined by Mattsun, Makki and Oikawa himself. Hajime smiled a fond smile. He neatly placed the letter in his bag and decided to read it later, in the safety of his room. His chest still felt warm when he sat down and had lunch with the four of you. Maybe love letters aren't all that bad, Hajime thought.

Levi Ackerman x GN! Reader
Genre: Fluff
Warnings: MAJOR MANGA SPOILERS!! a few curse words
this took a lot of time im so sorry. tbh the idea for this fic seemed pretty cute in my head. but it didnt turn out like i had expected. i need to do some character analysis of levi. he's hard to write. anyways! hope you like it ;D
Levi looked up from his newspaper at the sound of a bell ringing. Two young girls entered his tea shop, giggling. One of them had curly red hair that fell over her shoulders. The other was a blonde with hair that reached just past her jaw. He glared at them, trying to silence them.
The girls winced and made their way towards an empty table.
"My, my," you said, wiping your hands with the front of your apron. "What would you pretty girls like to drink?"
Levi noted that your tone was cheerful as ever. The smell of pastries wafted from the kitchen and into the tiny cafe. His stomach let out a tiny inaudible growl. He tch-d silently and waited for you to take the girls' order before he could ask you to make him some tea.
After taking their order, which took forever, you walked towards him. A small smile dancing on your lips you said, "What's the matter Captain?"
"I'm no longer a captain and you know that very well, Y/N." He said. He was getting really hungry now and was debating whether to ask you for the pastries or not.
You waved your hand in front of your face. "Oh, I was just joking. But, seriously, what's the matter? You look constipated."
"Tch, brat. I'm hungry. Make me some tea and bring me a pastry while you're at it." He said, annoyed that his toilet humor was being used against him.
"Now, Levi. You didn't say 'please'. You should be a bit more nice." You smirked.
"Will you make me tea or not?" Levi was getting impatient and you were totally not helping.
"Say the magic word," you said in a sing-song voice.
"Tch, fine. Please make me some tea. Now, scram." Levi said, making you pout.
"Yeah, yeah alright Captain." You went into the kitchen, pouting.
Levi skimmed through the newspaper. It had been a pain learning the Marleyan language. But, the two kids, Gabi and Falco had helped him.
"Uncle Levi!"
Levi heard Falco yelling from outside the cafe. Behind him Gabi was munching on some baked potatoes.
Levi sighed. Speak of the devil, he thought.
Falco was quick to approach Levi and ask him about his day.
"I sit on my ass all day and drink some shitty tea. There is nothing special," Levi said. It was true, though. He was wheelchair bound and could not move unless someone pushed him around. Shitty tea was a lie. He was adamant in tasting every type of tea to exist and so far he had liked all of them. Besides, anything you made would never be shitty.
"O-Oh." Falco rubbed the back of his neck, slightly flushed. "Gabi and I went round the city and had some tasty street food."
"A date, then?" Levi asked.
Falco turned a shade redder than ripe tomatoes and stuttered out something Levi couldn't quite understand. He smirked slightly. The two kids were obviously in love. Young love, Levi had seen many of his cadets being lovey-dovey around each other. He couldn't complain, for he himself was in love with you. You knew it and Levi was spared from confessing.
"Levi~" Your playful voice shook him out of his thoughts. You held a tray in one hand while the other was on your hip. "Here have some special tea I made and some pastries, too! I know you're hungry."
You placed the tea and pastry in front of him. Levi looked at the black liquid in the teacup. He knew he hadn't tried it from it's scent. He put the newspaper down and gently held the cup by its rim. He took a careful sip. Not bad. It was bold, like any other black tea but with a slight citrusy taste. Levi liked it.
"Gabi! Falco! Back from your little date? Wanna try this new tea? Onyankopon sent it a while ago," you chirped.
"No, thank you. I'm full-"
"Yes!" Gabi shoved the remaining of the potatoes into her mouth and looked at you eagerly. "Gabi," Falco sighed.
You chuckled and Levi felt his heart race. "There's some in the kitchen. You can have it."
Gabi marched into the kitchen followed by Falco.
"So, Mr. Ackerman"– you winked at Levi–"do you like the tea?"
"Do not wink at me." Levi swore his heart would burst then and there.
"Oh you poor thing," you said in faux sympathy. "You're jealous you can't wink because when you do, it's just a blink."
"Shut up brat." Levi had to suppress the smile that tried to form on his lips.
"Jealous baby."
"What's the name of the tea?" Levi tried to change the topic. And he was curious, too.
"Uhm I think it is 'Earl Grey'. Or that's what Onyankopon said."
"Earl Grey? Fancy," he commented.
"Fancy tea for my fancy man," you giggled.
My fancy man. The words repeated in his head. This time, however, he didn't hold back his smile. He smiled and sipped his fancy Earl Grey tea.

the sizzling sound of food drowned atsumu's soft humming. the apron that said 'kiss the cook' was no longer its original blue color. red oil stains, black dots of soy sauce and many more mysterious stains were littered across the front.
atsumu gave one last stir to the food and turned off the stove. he turned to look at you, a proud grin on his face. "it's done."
"god, i hope it doesn't kill me," you chuckled. atsumu poured the food into two bowls and walked over to where you were seated on the dining table. "ya will be lickin' your fingers for days after ya finish this," he huffed.
you looked at the plate filled with noodles in front of you. "you made... noodles?"
atsumu had already dug into his bowl. with his mouth stuffed full with food he said, "yesh. but i added exshtra ingredients."
you raised your eyebrows. the noodles looked good and the smell was heavenly. picking up your chopsticks, you ate the small piece of broccoli covered in spices. your taste buds were hit with a wave of different flavors. the broccoli was juicy and had soaked up the spices well. you looked up at atsumu and met his expectant eyes.
you took a few more bites before saying anything. the noodles were perfectly cooked and the broth was savory. overall, the food was delicious. you put your chopsticks down and drank some water.
"atsumu," you said. he leaned in closer and waited for you to speak. "has anyone ever told you you cook good?"
you didn't miss the way the corners of his mouth twitched up. "no."
you nodded. after a moment of silence you said, "then why do you keep cooking?"
atsumu's face went from confusion to realization to horror. he opened his mouth but made no attempts to speak. horrified at your words he looked down at the food, up at you and then back down. after seconds that felt like hours he spoke. "but the food—is it that gross—i like it."
you burst out into laughter which only made your boyfriend more confused. you laughed and laughed till you couldn't breathe. atsumu's face was so precious.
"oh my god, 'tsumu!" you tried to control your laughter. "i was just joking. this–" you pointed to the noodles"–is the best food i have ever had." which was true. atsumu was a really good cook.
atsumu frowned. "wait, so ya were joking?"
"yes!" you still hadn't stopped laughing and atsumu's face was not helping.
"babe, ya gave me heart attack. why'd ya have to prank me?" despite his words, atsumu was grinning.
"your face was so precious. i should've taken a picture."
"shut up!"
giggles filled the kitchen as the two of you had dinner. later, atsumu got his sweet revenge by tickling you till you were begging him to stop. it was followed by atsumu complaining that three days' worth of workout had gone down the drain because of the calorie rich food he had cooked.

Stars and Strawberries
Hinata Shouyou x GN! Reader
Genre: Fluff
Warnings: Mentions of throwing up, mentions of drinking, curse words (?)
hinata, beach and ice cream are my favorite things. why not put them together? also for context: the olympic are on a trip to a beach somewhere in Japan. some of the team members also brought their s/o with them. i changed the title too. hope you all like it :)
The setting sun painted the sea and the sky a beautiful red. The occasional breeze felt like a warm hug. Sounds of seagulls and the waves were drowned out by the loud laughter of the people. You scooped out another spoonful of your ice cream sundae and hummed in satisfaction when the sweet taste flooded your mouth. To your far left, you spotted Hinata laughing at his teammates, who were down on the sand. The laughter, however was short-lived as Kageyama threw a ball at Hinata calling him a dumbass. You chuckled and finished the rest of your sundae.
You decided to walk around till the game was over and you could have Hinata all for yourself. The sand was warm and you spotted tiny crabs digging holes. Kids were looking around for seashells while their parents rested on the sand. You inhaled the salty scent of the sea, feeling completely at peace. Hinata was right, the sea was a great place.
"Y/N!"
You turned around just as something-someone-crashed into you. You fell on the warm sand with a loud oof, along with Hinata-the person who ran into you.
"Hinata, what the hell?" You tried to push him off of you, but he wouldn't budge. Hinata, giggling like a toddler got up and held out his hand for you. He pulled you up into a hug as soon as you held his hand. You could only squeak as his muscular arms wrapped around you, pulling you into his chest.
"I beat Bakageyama! Now I have a 3 point lead!" Hinata beamed. You laughed and congratulated him. Kageyama, who was nearby, yelled, "You only won 'cause it's beach volleyball, dumbass! I'd totally beat your ass on the court."
Hinata stuck his tongue out at him. He turned to you and spoke, a little softly, "Let's head back to our room, yeah?"
"Sure."
Hinata groaned in relief as he plopped down on the bed. "Hinata you're gonna get sand on the bed," you said, though you were too tired to even care. Going to the beach was fun, but energy-draining at the same time.
Hinata whined. "Y/NNN, I'm really tired. We'll dust it off later."
You hummed, closing your eyes and giving in to sleep. Almost. As Hinata shook you awake by the shoulder.
"What is it?" You didn't open your eyes, afraid you would lose the sleepiness that you had.
"Did you try that sundae I told you to? Did you like it? Do you wanna eat it with me again now?"
You let out a loud whine. This was what he woke you up for. You opened your eyes and playfully hit his shoulder. "Hinata you big idiot!"
"I'm very hungry. Can we have it now?" He pouted and rubbed small circles on his stomach.
Sleep had magically left you and you were on your feet before you even registered it. "It's gonna be dinner time soon. So let's have it after dinner?"
He instantly brightened. With an enthusiastic whoop! he went to take a shower. Meanwhile, you took a spare towel and dusted off the sand on the bed.
Dinner was filled with laughter and yelling. Hinata and Kageyama were so, so close to starting a food fight. Atsumu and Bokuto had a drinking contest much to Sakusa's distaste. Akaashi had tried to console him but Sakusa waved him off, saying that a drunk Atsumu was a pain and that he threw up almost everywhere. The entire table erupted in laughter, including Sakusa who smirked at Atsumu. The dyed blond clutched his chest and pretended to be hurt. "You wound me, Omi-kun."
"Your heart is on the left, you idiot." Was all that could be heard from Sakusa as everyone burst out laughing again, even Atsumu.
After finishing his fight with Kageyama, Hinata pulled you away from the crowd. When you questioned him, he silenced you by placing his pointer on your lips. He took you out of the hotel and towards the ocean that looked like dark blue ink in the night. The sky was littered with stars and you spotted a few constellations.
"Come sit here babe." Hinata flopped down on the sand and patted the empty space next to him. You sat down and rested your head on his shoulder.
"I brought the sundae, too! I got a large one so we could share and- Oh! I asked for extra toppings, too!" He held the glass of sundae in front of you. You couldn't care less that you didn't see it before, the ice cream looked wonderful. Hinata had probably ordered a strawberry one, if the pink scoops of ice cream and the dark syrup were to be believed.
"Say ahh, Y/N." He had already brought the spoon towards your mouth. The sweetness of strawberries filled your mouth, making you hum in satisfaction. This was better than the one you had in the afternoon. You looked at Hinata, who was looking at you expectantly.
"This is so good," you exclaimed.
His face lit up. "Of course it is. That's why I get it everytime I'm here."
The two of you ate while watching the stars. You had moved closer to Hinata, craving his warmth. Hinata had a loose arm wrapped around your waist.
"Oh! Y/N look! If you join those stars over there–the ones slightly left to the moon–they look like a volleyball."
You squinted at the small, shining dots. You sighed, slightly amused. Trust Hinata Shouyou to see something volleyball-related in everything. You playfully elbowed him in the ribs. "You only ever think about volleyball, huh?"
He grinned big and wide. "Volleyball and you are the only things on my mind."
You laughed though your face was as red as the strawberries in the sundae. Hinata, who was still grinning, leaned in and kissed your cheek.
Softly, you whispered, "I think about you all the time, too."

Dating Headcanons
Jujutsu Kaisen
Itadori's and Megumi's here
Gojo and Geto's here
Sukuna and Naoya's here
♡ Kugisaki Nobara ♡
She's an aggressive lover. Tackles you to the ground and accidentally breaks your neck, "Y/N I love you so much!" You better book a permanent spot for yourself in the ER.
Shows you off to people 'cause she just loves you so much *sobs* She thinks you're the best person besides Maki. Will NOT hesitate to tell you how proud she is of you. Nobara would never let you talk low about yourself. If you're insecure about your features then she'll kiss them and tell you how much more beautiful they make you.
One time she caught someone flirting with you and would have beaten the shit out of that person if you hadn't stopped her.
You have to stop Nobara and Itadori from doing dumb things, which is like all the time. "Hey Y/N will a person survive if they're thrown off a bridge with a vinyl chord?" "WHERE IS ITADORI?!" something like that yeah
Will take you out for shopping, duh. The two of you have probably visited EVERY clothing store to exist. Even the food stores, you have tried almost all of them.
She's into PDA. Can and will hug you in public in front of lots of people (might also kiss you hehehe)
Nobara will cuddle you when you feel down. She'll buy you some chocolate too and shower kisses on your face.
Overall she's an aggressive but sweet lover :,)
♡ Maki ♡
Unlike Nobara she isn't that aggressive. Sometimes when she can't control what she's feeling she will become more cuddly and more vocal about her feelings. Otherwise you both are just like best friends.
She doesn't say that she loves you much but you know by the way her eyes soften around you.
Hugs!!! She gives you lots of hugs, when she feels happy or sad or just because. She loves how warm you are against her. She likes the scent of your hair, your skin, your clothes.
Dates are usually library dates where the two of you buy your favorite drinks and just sit, reading books together.
Maki likes to have movie nights. The extra soft blanket, shared between the two of you, keeps you both warm. You make hot chocolate and Maki sneakily adds more marshmallows. The movies are mostly half watched as the two of you fall asleep in each other's arms.
Glares and scares away the people who even look at you the wrong way. She isn't that possessive but if she sees someone being extra friendly with you, she won't hesitate to pull you towards her and show the person who's boss.
Inumaki and you tried trolling her once which ended up in Inumaki getting his ass whooped and you getting carried by Maki to her dorm so she could 'teach you a lesson'. she made you clean her whole room with an old toothbrush
She is a queen who will treat you like her equal :)

Day 17289392 of begging for asks😔
When they have a crush on you
Haikyuu!!
♡ Sakusa Kiyoomi ♡
Staaaaaaareeeee
Ssssstaaaaaareeeeeee
Stares at you. A lot. If you happen to be in the same room as him then expect a pair of eye watching you. He doesn't look cute. He looks like he wants to murder you and sell your organs on eBay. One day you caught him staring. He didn't turn away 'cause if he did then it would be evident that he was staring so he ended up having a staring contest with you. He looks bored on the outside but inside he's all oh shit oshitohshit they caught me don't be obvious don't–
Once you sat in the same table as him during lunch. Komori of course knew about Kiyoomi's obvious crush on you and like the good cousin he is decided to set you both up. You were sat in front of Kiyoomi and Komori smiled, slow and evil. Kiyoomi saw him and gave him a look that said don't you dare. Komori smirked. Oh dear cousin of mine, he thought. You will get laid and I will make sure of it.
And so Komori started talking to you. He asked you about your classes and clubs. Kiyoomi listened intently and made list of them in mind. You were in the class next to Kiyoomi's and you weren't in any club yet though you wanted to join one but none of the clubs seemed interesting enough.
Komori's face lit up. Kiyoomi knew what was going on in his head and he had to stop his stupid cousin before he made Kiyoomi's life even more worse. But before he could do anything Komori already asked you if you wanted to be the volleyball team's manager.
Please say no please say no please say no please Kiyoomi prayed. "Is it fun?" You asked Komori. "Of course," he answered.
And that was how you ended up as the volleyball team's manager. Kiyoomi thought he was going to die. Komori told him to talk to you and become closer but everytime Kiyoomi tried his throat closed and no words came out. He hated this. He hated his stupid self for catching feelings. He hated you for being so lovable and adorable and cute and–stop.
Practice went on not as usual because you were there and you were watching him One day Kiyoomi forgot his pack of wet wipes in his hurry to reach school on time. He felt agitated the whole day and felt filthy. You noticed his misery and offered him an unopened packet of wet wipes. Kiyoomi hesitated at first but took it anyways.
Later he asked you why you were carrying them. You said it was because you were his manager and that you had to take care of him. Kiyoomi thought his heart was going to burst. His chest felt warm and his face was on fire. You cared about him. He quickly thanked you and excused himself. He ran to the washroom and splashed his face with water. The cold water stung his hot face. He took out the wet wipes and wiped his face. You gave it to him. Kiyoomi thought he fell harder than ever for you.
The day after you gave Kiyoomi some wet wipes he started acting weird or that's what you thought. He started talking to you and stared at you even more. One day after practice was over Kiyoomi along with Komori stayed back to help you clean up. After finishing you decided to head home but Kiyoomi stopped you.
He called your name and you turned. He pulled out a packet of masks and gave it to you. "Thank you for yesterday. Please keep this," he said. You gave him an awkward smile and accepted the weird gift. He didn't stop at that. He pulled out a set of scented sanitizers and gave it to you. You were confused and before you could ask anything he had already shoved a disinfecting spray bottle towards you. He dumped a few bleach bottles and finally stopped.
"S-Sakusa what is all this?" You were really confused right now. You didn't know what was going on and you looked at Komori for some explanation. He was on the floor laughing soundlessly. He clutched at his stomach and laughed and laughed.
You looked back at Kiyoomi and noticed that his face was red. "L/N," he said. He looked at you with what seemed like a deadly glare. He probably wanted to squash you like a bug right then and there. "Please accept these gifts and go out with me. I like you."
What. The. Heck. You didn't know whether to laugh or cry or be mad. "Yes," was all that came out of you. This wasn't even a proper confession. You had no clue what this was. But, how could you say no to Sakusa Kiyoomi? "T-Thank you for these gifts." You stuttered out.
He nodded and gave you a hard pat on the head. Komori never let him live it down. He'd always bring it up and tease Kiyoomi, even when the two of you were together for almost three years. He's an ass like that :)
♡ Kageyama Tobio ♡
He avoids you at all costs. Can't be in the same room as you without spontaneously combusting. Always gives an excuse to be away from you. Hinata noticed this and asked him about it. Kageyama being Kageyama hit poor Hinata with a volleyball and told him to mind his own business.
When you got paired up with him for a project he thought it was the end of his life. He almost stopped breathing and one of his seat mates had to shake him back to life.
After school you walked up to him and asked him for his number. Kageyama was with Hinata walking to volleyball practice. With shaky hands he typed out his number on your phone. He almost dropped it while handing it to you but Hinata caught it. You told Kageyama that you had already planned out the project in your free time and that you just wanted him to look through it and make any changes. He nodded, running away to the gym.
During practice Hinata asked Kageyama if he was your boyfriend and Kageyama lost it. They ended up fighting and Daichi had to step in to stop them.
The two of you met in a Cafe to do your project. Kageyama ordered plain milk which got him a weird look from you and the waiter. After finishing the work you started asking him about his hobbies, likes and dislikes.
"So, Kageyama, what do you do when you're bored?" "I, uhh, I'm usually occupied with volleyball, but sometimes I drink milk when I'm really bored."
"Drink milk? That's ‐That's a nice... hobby." The dork's eyes lit up and he nodded fast. You complimented him!!! He's a baby I love him
From then on he started talking to you more. He became more comfortable and even invited you to some of his matches. They way you would scream his name whenever he scored a point always put a smile on his face. He would look at you from the court and give you a tiny awkward thumbs up.
The team noticed his obvious crush on you and realized that if they didn't intervene then the two of you would never date. So they decided to take matters to their own hands.
Tanaka and Nishimura asked Hinata to invite you to practice one day. You agreed and came to the gym. You were sitting with Yachi and talking. But your attention was fully on Kageyama. He looked so beautiful when he played.
One by one, the teams headed out giving various excuses leaving only you and Kageyama behind. It was awkward but you were able to hold a conversation with him. Thought you didn't understand anything as it was about volleyball but you loved to hear him talk. Your stomach grumbled loudly and you blushed, apologizing. Kageyama quickly got out a packet of chocolate milk and gave it to you. "I tried this recently and thought you would like it. I have been wanting to give it to you for a long time." His face was redder than a tomato and he refused to meet your eyes.
From then, he would always bring you chocolate milk during lunch and before he left for practice. He even walked you home when he was free.
He stopped midway, while walking with you after school, making you stop too. He swallowed hard and stared at you for a good minute. You were getting worried but before you could ask him anything, he bent down and yelled. "L/N, I REALLY REALLY LIKE YOU. I LIKE YOU MORE THAN MILK. AND I LIKE YOU AS MUCH AS I LIKE VOLLEYBALL. PLEASE LET ME BE YOUR BOYFRIEND."
Some people opened the windows of their house to see what the yelling was about. With so many eyes on you and Kageyama pouring out his heart to you in a rather aggressive manner, you felt your knees go weak. You asked him to quiet down and helped him straighten up.
"L/N do you like me too? Please tell me." "God, yes. But please let's go somewhere else, people are staring at us."
He smiled and his eyes sparkled. He excitedly pulled out something from his bag and handed it to you. It was a pack of chocolate milk, but the packing had small pictures of volleyball on it. Kageyama was holding a similar one. "I-I thought you would like this," he said.
You hugged him tightly, ignoring the squeak he let out. He slowly wrapped his arms around you and hugged you back. "I like you a lot Tobio."

Jujutsu Kaisen
Nobara and Maki's here
Gojo and Geto's here
Sukuna and Naoya's here
❀ Itadori Yuuji ❀
So we all know his type is 'tall girl with a big ass'. But, we also know he's not that shallow. (cue that chapter from the manga i dont remember its name)
He's an absolute sweetheart!!! He would treat you so well
Flowers!!! Yuuji would give you flowers everyday. He tries to write cute notes too but gives up after Megumi and Nobara tell him it's childish and cringe.
(But hey! Itadori is adorable enough to make up for the lack of cute notes)
Instantly becomes your parents' favorite. They love him. Probably more than you but they won't ever say it tho. Gets along well with your dad. They talk about sports, movies etc etc
Movie dates! Lots of them! He also takes you out for food. He'll make you meatballs whenever you feel down. He will give them to you and say "I added an extra ingredient, guess what it is." "What?" "It's lots and lots of love!" He's so adorable
Loooooves cuddles. And cannot fall asleep without you in his arms. Usually he's a big spoon but sometimes, especially when sukuna is taunting him and he gets sad he would want to be the little spoon.
I feel that he likes it when you give him cheek kisses.
Overall he's good boyfriend material and will keep you so happy :')
❀ Fushiguro Megumi ❀
He's kinda awkward and shy. So expect lots of blushing and stuttering. He doesn't say I love you a lot but his affection and kind gestures are enough.
Megumi's not into PDA much. The most he can do is holding hands but his hands get sweaty 'cause he is nervous and it feels kinda weird
He brings you red roses and his face is the same color when he gives them to you XD He asks Nobara for some fashion advice so he can dress up better and impress you. He was extremely quiet when asking and Nobara could hear only bits so she snapped. Poor Megumi then blurted out that he wanted to impress and Nobara burst our laughing and called him a simp. But, she did take him shopping to find new clothes tho
He also took Nobara's help to pick out clothes for you too. The clothes looked great on you and you were really happy (he had to buy Nobara food for a week tho)
His shikigami looooove you. The demon dogs always run to you for head pats. Megumi just sits and watches you play with the dogs with a small smile on his face.
He's a good, shy awkward cute little boyfriend who will look at you like you're his world :,)

the sizzling sound of food drowned atsumu's soft humming. the apron that said 'kiss the cook' was no longer its original blue color. red oil stains, black dots of soy sauce and many more mysterious stains were littered across the front.
atsumu gave one last stir to the food and turned off the stove. he turned to look at you, a proud grin on his face.

Late Night (Early Morning) Calls
Hinata Shouyou x Kageyama Tobio
Genre: pure fluff!
Warnings: Contains manga spoilers
i was smiling like an idiot the entire time i was writing this. i loves these two volleyball dorks SO MUCH. they are my otp :') this fic just makes so happy i can't-
Shouyou tapped his finger lightly on the keyboard, growing impatient with each passing second. His laptop screen was the only light source in his dark room. He squinted and decided to turn on the blue light filter. He didn't want to ruin his eyesight.
"Idiot-yama pick up the call," he murmured.
After seconds that felt like an eternity, the blue-haired, blue-eyed setter, best friend (lover?) appeared on the screen. The messy state of his hair and his groggy eyes said that he had just woken up. Not spotting the collar or sleeves of a shirt, Shouyou realized Kageyama was shirtless. He leaned and looked down as if he could see Kageyama in his shirtless glory. Shouyou mentally kicked himself.
"Sleepy-yama finally woke up!"
"Shut up, dumbass." He yawned and scratched his head. "Shouldn't you be asleep? What's the time there?"
Shouyou turned and picked up his watch from the bedside table. Light from the laptop screen helped him read the time. "It's around 2:45."
Kageyama frowned. "Go to sleep. We can talk some other time."
"Is that worry Kageyama? You worry about me?" The red head wiped a fake tear. Teasing him was the best, after volleyball of course.
Kageyama only tch-d to Shouyou's dismay. The camera moved and now Kageyama seemed to be walking. His room was well organized and clean, unlike Shouyou's, which looked like it had been hit by a storm. The screen went black for a second after which Kageyama's kitchen came into view. It was small but pretty nonetheless. Sunlight seeped in through a window which was out of view. Shouyou's ears perked up when he heard a small meow.
"What was that? Is that a cat? Do you have a cat?" Kageyama having a cat was unbelievable. Kageyama and cat were two words that could never be put together. Shouyou started to think he was hallucinating due to lack of sleep.
However, his thoughts came to a stop when Kageyama entered the camera's view cradling a cat between his forearm and his side. The cat's ginger fur was a stark contrast to Kageyama's pale skin. Pale skin? Wait. Shouyou's eyes widened and his face started to heat up when he realized that the setter was still shirtless.
"God, yes. I have a cat," Kageyama sighed. He brought the cat near the camera. The red head's face was now as bright as his hair. A closeup of the setter's half naked body was not helping. And Shouyou did not burn the image to the back of his mind. Nope.
He gulped and hoped his voice wasn't weird when he spoke. "What's his name? You gave it a name right?"
"Of course!" Kageyama quipped. He looked away, hesitant. His face was light shade of red. (Was he blushing?) Shouyou thought it was because of the sunlight.
He grinned a teasing grin. "You named it something weird didn't you?" Knowing Kageyama, he probably named the cat Orange Milk.
"No, dumbass. I named him Haru. Haru as in sunshine."
Shouyou might be an idiot. He might also be a dumbass. But, he knew when people got really flustered. He knew how to make them blush really hard. (His time in Brazil had taught him a few things other than volleyball). Kageyama was blushing. He was rubbing the back of his neck and avoiding eye contact, a gesture Shouyou was all too familiar with.
Kageyama picked up Haru and brought him in front of the camera. Haru pawed at the screen and meowed. "He's saying hello... ? I don't know, I don't speak cat."
Haru was a cute cat. Shouyou liked him already. "Kageyama finally got a cat to like him? Unbelievable! The sky might as well have turned green."
Kageyama pouted. Hinata smirked when he noticed that Kageyama's face was as bright as Haru's fur. "It was getting lonely here," he said. "I wanted to get a pet but none of the animals would like me. Except this one. He started rubbing against my leg and wouldn't let go. So, I adopted him."
"Aw that's so sweet. I might cry."
They went silent after that. A comfortable one where they just sat and pretended to be near each other. Haru continued pawing at the screen, as if trying to touch Shouyou, who was sadly on the other side of the planet. Kageyama was the one to break the silence.
"When will you be back?"
Shouyou didn't answer right away. When exactly did he plan to come back? Was he ready? Was he better? Most important of all: had he caught up to Kageyama? He wasn't sure. Brazil was a nice place, filled with nice people and nice food and nice volleyball players. Playing beach volleyball everyday was like heaven to him.
But, Brazil wasn't home. It wasn't Miyagi, where he grew up with his sister, Natsu. He didn't have his family here. His friends weren't here, too. There were no meat buns, none of his teammates from Karasuno. There was no Kageyama.
No matter how the situation was, he had come to Brazil to get better. And, he wasn't leaving until he was.
"I'll be back when I have caught up to you. Then, I'll beat you for sure and you'll buy me ten meat buns."
Kageyama smiled. "Keep dreaming. I'll be the one to win."
Shouyou opened his mouth to retort but was cut off by the setter. "Get some sleep, dumbass. How can I play against you when you come back sleep-deprived and looking like a zombie."
"Bakageyama," Shouyou faked annoyance. He laughed and Kageyama did, too. After exchanging good nights and good mornings the two smiled at each other before cutting the call. Shouyou kept his laptop aside and flopped onto his bed. He rubbed his eyes and made a mental note to buy blue light filter glasses.
A huge smile danced on his lips when he remembered Kageyama's bright red face. Next time, Shouyou would definitely mess with Kageyama and make him blush till he looked like tomato. It was finally time to use the flirting skills Heitor had taught him. He let out a soft chuckle and rolled over onto his side.
He would train really hard, become better than everyone and then go back home. He would meet his family, friends and meet Kageyama and his cat Haru. Shouyou fell asleep with a smile on his face and dreamed of living with a certain setter and a certain cat that looked suspiciously like him.

Oh my god this is my first post that reached 100 notes :0
Too Late
Sakusa Kiyoomi x GN! Reader
Genre: Angst
Warnings: Mentions of thorns, i said 'shit' like once
im not dead heh. i lowkey like how it turned out. have some angst after the two fluff fics. sorry not sorry.
Kiyoomi is 15 and lying on his bed, glaring at the ceiling and trying to burn all his feelings for you. He doesn't want to feel this way. It's pathetic. He tries to find something in you to hate. Were you unhygienic? No. Annoying? Sometimes yes. But he found it cute. Did you hate volleyball? Also no. You weren't really interested in it but that was okay. Not everyone had to like volleyball.
He tries and tries to hate you, to find a reason to stay away from you but fails. He stays up all night trying to push down the feelings. He goes to school the next day with bags under his eyes and feelings for you that were ten times stronger than the day before.
Kiyoomi is 16 and sees you cheering for him in the stands. He had scored the game point by spiking the ball into the opposite court with a deadly spin. You're hugging one of your friends and celebrating. Seeing you so happy made the corners of his lips twitch up. Komori gave a hard slap on his back and went on about how good the spike was. Kiyoomi thanked him and complimented some of his saves that prevented his team from losing points.
Komori took him and you to a cafe nearby to celebrate their win the next day. You congratulated the two volleyball players and talked and talked about Kiyoomi's apparently 'killer' spikes and Komori's 'life saving' digs. You awed at Kiyoomi's abnormally flexible wrists. "Cool," you said with wide eyes and an open mouth. Kiyoomi's chest felt warm and he's thankful for the mask that hid his small smile. He decided not push down his feelings anymore.
Kiyoomi is 18 and has finished packing his bags. He leaves for his university in two days. He will still be in Tokyo, which was good because going to a place foreign to him was slightly scary. The thought of being away from his family, Komori and you made his throat tighten up. He shook his head and heads out of his house. The three of you were going to have a farewell party of sorts for Kiyoomi. It turned out to be just a movie night with a shit ton of snacks at Komori's house.
Komori was fast asleep on the beanbag with his mouth open. The movie was still playing on the TV, though no one was watching it. Kiyoomi noticed that you had moved closer to him. He didn't mind it. He closed his eyes and tries to fall asleep. Though he ended up snapping them open at your voice. Your voice was soft and low and even with the noise of the TV he could make out what you said. His heart beats fast at the confession that left your lips. He doesn't say anything for what felt like hours. Finally, he gathered the courage to look at you. Maybe you were joking. Maybe you said that in a platonic way. But your eyes said otherwise.
The rarely used, emotional part of him begged Kiyoomi to tell you that he felt the same way, to hold your beautiful face in his hands and kiss you. Kiyoomi almost listened. Almost. He swallowed down the truth and lied to you. He told you he didn't feel the same way. That he saw you as nothing more than a friend. Your eyes glowed with unshed tears when you told him that it was okay. You apologized in case you made him uncomfortable and left.
Kiyoomi's throat burned with unsaid words. The lies he said wrapped around his neck like vines, it's thorns pricking his neck. I'm not ready, he reassured himself. He's not ready for you. He would be leaving for uni and he also had to focus on volleyball. He hoped you would wait for him.
Kiyoomi is 22 and plays for MSBY Black Jackals. Komori plays for the EJP Raijin. You work as a sports journalist for Japan's popular sports magazine. Kiyoomi has read a few articles and was extremely impressed. He smiled at the tiny picture of you next to the article. You looked even more beautiful now. The smile he loved so much back in high school was still the same.
During the first two years of college the three of you tried to meet up atleast once every two months. Slowly, once every two months became once every six months which turned into a year. You were all busy with college and side jobs which left no time to catch up with your friends. He was surprised when the feelings he had for you didn't fade away even after years of having little to no contact with you.
This time when Kiyoomi met you again he would confess. He was ready now.
Kiyoomi is 25 and lying on his bed, glaring at the ceiling. He's trying burn all his feelings for you. He doesn't want to feel like this anymore. It's pathetic. He's pathetic. His tears leave a burning trail across his cheek. He doesn't bother to wipe them. Kiyoomi's chest feels tight with unrequited love. His emotions have left the tiny cage he locked them in and reached his throat blocking his airway. Kiyoomi can't breathe and his throat hurts.
He's holding a piece of paper in his hand. He brings it up to his face and sobs harder than ever. He reads what's written on the paper again, just to make sure. It's a wedding invitation. You were going to marry someone who was not Kiyoomi. Kageyama Tobio. You were going to marry Kageyama Tobio, setter of Schweiden Adlers and not Kiyoomi. Kiyoomi looks at it and tries to imagine his name in the place of Kageyama's. It makes him cry even more—the thought of what could have been.
Maybe if he hadn't made you wait, it would have been him marrying you. He wouldn't be crying in his bed and probably would have been cuddling you. If he was ready back then it would have been him with you. But now even though he was ready, you had moved on.

you raised your eyebrows. the noodles looked good and the smell was heavenly. picking up your chopsticks, you ate the small piece of broccoli covered in spices. your taste buds were hit with a wave of different flavors. the broccoli was juicy and had soaked up the spices well. you looked up at atsumu and met his expectant eyes.
you took a few more bites before saying anything. the noodles were perfectly cooked and the broth was savory. overall, the food was delicious. you put your chopsticks down and drank some water.

Chapter III
Kuroo Tetsurou x GN! Reader
Tokyo Ghoul AU
Genre: Angst
Warnings: mentions of blood, a bit of gore
yeah im alive. i have no excuse for not posting but im deeply sorry. here's a long-ish chapter. please enjoy :)
Kuroo had called that night. The night after that, and for every night for about three weeks now. Since you were busy with the investigation and Kuroo with college, you two talked more through phone calls and texts than meeting up.
Maeda Akako and Ishii Fujita were the two other squad members. They weren't much trouble, except for how restless and reckless the two were. They seemed to be perfectly disciplined, which was a good thing. The squad had warmed up to you as much as you had to them.
You alternated patrolling the city with your squad so as to get to know them more. It worked with everyone except Suzuki. She answered to only what was asked, nothing more nothing less. Her answers were vague and she never talked about herself. You let it pass as it did not interfere with the investigation. And also, she had extraordinary skills and followed orders without questioning.
"L/N-san," Ishii called. "Inoue and I have a lead about Nekoma's whereabouts. We came across another ghoul during today's morning patrol. We got some info outta him."
Inoue handed you a notepad. The scribbled handwriting was hard to read but you could make out what was written.
"Are you two sure she's not lying? What if this was some false information to throw us off?" Maeda asked.
"Maeda is right," said Suzuki. "Usually, ghoul organizations give false information to the weak ghouls. This way, if they're caught by us it would be no threat to the organization."
"You're right Suzuki," you said. You were having second thoughts about your opinion. What if it was the real hideout? Or what if it was the hideout for the weaker ghouls? Surely, you could not let it go. You had to see the place empty of ghouls with your own eyes to believe the information was false.
"But, Suzuki and I will go there and make sure it's not a hideout. We can't rule out the possibility that the ghouls are there, right? Inoue, Ishii thank you for getting us a lead."
Inoue blushed and muttered a small thank you. Ishii, however, was frowning. "But, if that place turns out to be their actual hideout then how will you fight them? Won't you be overpowered?"
You opened your mouth to answer, but Suzuki was already talking. "We will be going undercover. And we will just be checking the area for ghoul activity. If our suspicions are confirmed, we will get back immediately and plan an attack. Am I right, L/N-san?"
You couldn't help but smile. "Yes, you are."
"Kuroo Tetsurou."
Yaku sounded dangerously calm. This was bad news.
"It has been four fucking weeks and you still haven't an idea how much the Doves know about us. Are you playing a joke?"
Tetsurou swallowed. Yaku was a total demon when he was angry. And Yaku looked beyond angry now. He looked at Kenma for help, but he smirked at Tetsurou and continued to play on his phone.
He smiled and hoped to lighten the mood. "Now, now. I can't just ask L/N-chan how much they know. It'll blow my cover."
Yaku looked unimpressed. Tetsurou continued.
"I'm gaining their trust. This takes some time, of course. L/N-chan is a Dove. One small slip up and I'll be rotting in Cochlea. I need more time Yaku, rushing things won't be good. I have to make sure they trust me. And then, slowly I'll leak everything they know about us."
Yaku raised an eyebrow. "And then?"
"Then what?"
"What will you do after getting what we want?"
Tetsurou laughed. It was cold and the sound bounced off the walls of the room. "You act so smart even though you are so stupid deep down. I'll kill them, of course! What else am I supposed to do?"
"You better."
The address Ishii and Inoue gave led to an abandoned, half-finished apartment complex. It was pretty far away from both the CCG and your home so you had made sure to carry your quinque. Apparently, the construction was stopped as the builder was involved in a sort of a gamble, lost all his money and could not pay his workers.
A few homeless people slept in sleeping bags near the thick cement pillars of the building. The sound of rain drops falling on the ground was audible despite the snoring.
Suzuki tugged on your sleeve causing you to stop walking. She pointed to a flight of stairs and tilted her head. Let's go upstairs.
You agreed and made your way as silently as possible. The stairs had no railings and were narrow. One had to be careful while climbing.
The next floor was empty. However, it stank of something rotten. You looked at Suzuki, she too seemed to notice something was off.
"L/N-san," Suzuki whispered. "I'll go check that side. You check here."
You agreed even though you knew splitting up was a bad idea. "If something bad happens, yell. Okay?"
Suzuki nodded, and the two of you split. You walked silently on the dust covered cement. Small spots of red caught your attention. Bending down, you rubbed a gloved finger over it. Dry. The reddish brown color was proof that someone was here not long ago. You looked around for more and found a few more spots that led you to an empty room. Or so you thought.
There was a soft gasp, which you later realized was your own. A body lay on the ground. The woman—you could tell from the unscratched face—had her throat slit open. Her arms and legs were bitten all over. The wall behind the corpse was painted in blood.
The smell of rotting flesh made bile rise up to your throat. As a ghoul investigator, you had seen worse than this. But, you could never get used to this.
The woman's eyes stared up at you, devoid of life. You bent down slowly and closed her eyes. Uttering a quick prayer, you searched the area for any kagune secretions or markings. You sent a quick text to your squad asking them come as soon as possible.
You got out of the room and searched for Suzuki. You found her talking to a man kneeling on the floor, with his hands behind his head.
"Suzuki, what's going on?" you asked.
She turned, which made it easy for you to get a look at the man. Your blood ran cold when the all-too-familiar hazel eyes met yours. Messy hair that stuck out in all directions, slanted eyebrows, broad shoulders-were too familiar.
Kuroo Tetsurou was kneeling behind Suzuki, hands behind his head, blood across his face and shirt.
"L/N?" Kuroo's eyes were wide like saucers.
Before you could speak, Suzuki asked, "You know L/N-san?"
He nodded. "Yes. We met in a cafe, I spilled their coffee. We met again and we became friends."
"Is what he's saying true L/N-san?"
"That's not how you put it, but, it's true nonetheless." You agreed.
A lopsided grin spread on Kuroo's face. When he spoke, he sounded like he was talking to a lost child. "You shouldn't be here, L/N-chan. It's dangerous."
You ignored him. Job first, Kuroo later.
"Why are you covered in blood? What are you even doing here?" A bloody corpse and a suspect covered in blood. You knew what it was, but, god you wanted to be wrong. You did not want Kuroo to be a ghoul.
"Uhh, I'll start with the second question first." Kuroo licked his lips. "A friend—enemy, to be precise—called me here. Said they wanted to 'set things right'. However, I did not know he wanted to do it by stabbing me." He shrugged a little at the end.
"Enemy? Stab you?"
"I have a lot of enemies. Most of them want me dead."
You took a deep breath. "You are a college student, Kuroo. Why would anyone want to kill you?"
"I may have pissed off the members of yakuza." He wouldn't look at you. His bangs covered one of eyes as he looked down.
"You-what?"
Kuroo opened his mouth to explain, but you cut him off. "No. Forget that. Don't talk- no. And stay here."
You dragged Suzuki away from him, stopping when you were out of his earshot. You whispered to her as low as possible: "I found a body of a woman in a room, on the other side of the building. I'm positive it was done by a ghoul."
Suzuki nodded, eyes dark. "Do you think he has anything to do with it?"
"I'm not a hundred percent sure he's human. We are somewhat friends, and-and why would a ghoul befriend an investigator?"
"I don't know, L/N-san. With what we have, it's safe to say he is a ghoul. And the story he told us is crap."
You rubbed your temples in frustration. His explanation was not true and you knew it. Kuroo Tetsurou was a cocky, laid back man with a heart of gold. Or so you thought. Or so he made you think.
Kuroo Tetsurou was not a ruthless, cold hearted ghoul who preyed on the innocent. Or so you wanted to believe.
"L/N-chan!" Kuroo's voice echoed in the empty building. "You might want to save me."
Surrounding Kuroo were five masked ghouls, their kagune ready to attack you three. Four of them slowly walked towards you and Suzuki. Their masks had the outline of a green snake curled on the side. The fifth one pulled up Kuroo by his shirt.
You had sent a text to your squad, you remembered. They must be on their way.
Kuroo looked at you, fear etched across his face. The ghoul holding him, shoved him forward. Kuroo stumbled.
"It's been a while since I have had some meat," he muttered. He had a gold snake on his mask unlike the others. The ghoul pushed his mask up a little and bit Kuroo's shoulder.

Chapter II
"Rank 2 Investigator, Suzuki Akemi!"
The dyed blonde gave a bow. She was of average height and had a lean build. Her tan skin was stark contrast to her hair.
"And I'm, Senior Investigator, L/N Y/N. Nice to meet you."
You shook hands with Suzuki. She seemed like a nice person.
"Ahem! Rank 1 Investigator, Inoue Kentaro. I look forward to working with you," said a short boy with electric blue hair. He was rather jumpy and overly enthusiastic. You smiled and shook hands with him.
Only two of your squad members were here today. The other two, Rank 3 Investigators, would be meeting you the next day. Ms. Rei said it had something to do with disciplinary training.
The thought itself sent chills down your spine. What if you won't be able to control them? Would they think you were incompetent? You had to make a good first impression. You groaned.
Inoue perked up. "Something's wrong, L/N-san? Are you sick? Do you need medical attention?" He asked a never ending string of questions about your health.
You waved your arms in front of him and tried your best to calm him down. "Inoue! It's not like that. Don't overthink."
Suzuki scoffed.
The short male flushed. "I'm sorry, L/N-san. I was concerned, that's all."
"I appreciate your concern. But, you don't need to be that concerned. Get it?"
"Yes."
"Yaku~" Tetsurou called out in a sing-song voice. "I have some good news."
"God, I hope the good news is that you died." Yaku rolled his eyes.
"I wouldn't be here if I were dead, you know. And why would you wish death upon me?" Tetsurou threw a look of faux betrayal.
"Just spit out that good news."
Tetsurou smirked. "So, the Doves are looking for us, right? And the other day I bumped into this cute Investigator in the cafe. Their things fell down and I caught a glimpse of this file. A file about us, Yaku. It was red what with the name 'Nekoma' written on it."
Yaku's eyes were filled with disbelief. "You're lying."
"Why would I? I wouldn't joke about this. You know I care about Nekoma more than anything."
That was true. Nekoma was Testurou's life. He had joined it with Kenma when they were kids, who had nowhere to go. After Nekomata, the old leader of the organization, was killed in a raid by the Doves, Nekoma was leaderless. Many other organizations and Doves tried to kill them. Tetsurou, at that time, had stepped up and took the role of the leader. With Yaku's help, he was able to stabilize the organization and strengthen their defense, all the while managing to stay hidden from the Doves.
Well, that was until last week, when one of their weak members got caught by the Doves and spewed information about Nekoma. Thankfully, the new and weak members only knew the name of the organization they were in. They were shown a false hideout to throw off the spies. Only the closest few members like Kenma, Taketora, Fukunaga and Nobuyuki knew everything about Nekoma.
Yaku licked his lips. "Okay, fine. I believe you. How will you get information out of that Investigator?"
"I was planning on cornering them, somewhere secluded. And, you know, torture them 'til they give us what we want." Testurou let out a long breath and ran his hand through his hair.
"But, we don't know their rank, yet. If they turn out to be super powerful, we're dead meat."
Yaku considered this. "You're right. Besides, there's no guarantee the investigator will yield to us. Some of them are too loyal for their own good."
Tetsurou spread out his arms. He grinned and said, "And that's why I came up with a foolproof, extraordinary plan."
"And what would that be?"
"I talk to L/N, the investigator, gain their trust and get them to tell me what they know. I can also get info of what's happening in the CCG."
Yaku looked like a babysitter who was tired of hearing the bullshit the baby said. "That's one fucking horrible plan, your roster brain came up with. What makes you think they'll trust you"
"Charm, Yaku. Charm. They won't be able to resist me and my good looks. They'll be head over heels for me in a week."
"Yeah. Only if they are into rooster-ghoul hybrids like you, then they will."
"You're saying that 'cause you are jealous."
Before Yaku could retort, Tetsurou said, completely serious, "No matter how bad or risky the plan is, I'll do anything to save Nekoma."
The CCG had provided a home for you and your squad. It was spacious with 5 bedrooms, a large kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Each room had a bed and closet.
You chose the room nearest to the kitchen and told Suzuki and Inoue to choose from the remaining 4. Arranging your things quickly, you went to the living room to be met with an angry Inoue telling off Suzuki.
You cleared your throat to get their attention. They shut up immediately and turned to you, expectant of news. "We'll be starting our investigation as of tomorrow. I want you all to be prepared. I believe you have received your quinques?"
"Yes!" The two yelled.
"Inoue, what's your quinque?" You asked.
"Mine's a bikaku type, rated A."
"You, Suzuki?"
"Koukaku, rated A." She said.
"Alright. Nice quinques. Mine is an ukaku type, rated S. I received it recently. Apparently, it was made from the kagune of the former leader of Nekoma, Nekomata."
"Oh!' Inoue piped up. "That's so cool, L/N-san. I think it will be very useful against the ghouls of Nekoma."
"Stop stating the obvious, shorty." Suzuki deadpanned.
"I'm not short. You're just too tall!"
They continued to bicker. Tired of this already, you decided to take a walk.
It was cold outside and you cursed at yourself for not wearing your jacket. You contemplated going back, but the thought of listening to Suzuki and Inoue argue for even a second made the cold bearable. You reached a park, and sat under the farthest tree.
There were not much kids playing. You spotted a few college students talking animatedly near the swings.
"Y/N-chan!"
You turned and saw–was he Kuroo Tetsurou from that cafe?
Your doubts were confirmed when he came closer to you. He was dressed better this time, and his hair looked tamer. He was wearing a black shirt under a blood red jacket. Black jeans and running shoes completed his look.
He flopped down right beside you and grinned. "Damn, we meet again. Is it fate?"
"I'd call it a coincidence." Kuroo was warm. You leaned into his warmth, unconsciously.
"I believe there is no such thing as coincidence. Everything happens for a reason."
Impressed, you raised your eyebrows. "Are you a philosopher of sorts?"
Kuroo laughed. "God, no. I'm just a college student."
At this point, your arm was in complete contact with his. You couldn't help it. He was warm and you were in need of warmth.
"I reckon you are a college student, too?" He asked.
You took a moment to answer. You weren't sure whether or not to tell him you were a ghoul investigator. So, you went with the safest option. "I'm a college student, too." For some reason he didn't ask which college you went to. You were grateful.
A cold wind blew past, leaving you shivering.
Kuroo straightened up. "Aww, Y/N-chan. You should've worn a jacket. Winter's close you know."
"It isn't that cold," you lied. It was, in fact, very cold. As if on cue, you sneezed.
Kuroo laughed. "Here, have my jacket." He removed his jacket and draped it around your shoulders. The jacket was warm and cozy. You let yourself drown in it.
Putting it on, you thanked him. The jacket was at least 2 sizes bigger which made you feel extremely small.
Kuroo smirked. "You can keep it. Looks good on you."
Your face heated up alarmingly, making you look away from him. It was silent for a moment, before he spoke up.
"Can I have your number? I want to get to know you more."
You agreed and exchanged numbers with him. With a promise to call you later that night, he went home. You went back shortly after.
You had to explain to Inoue and Suzuki that the jacket did not belong to your boyfriend or girlfriend, but instead belonged to an acquaintance of yours. The explanation, however, fell on deaf ears as your subordinates flashed you knowing smirks.

Chapter I
Tetsurou laughed coldly at the man struggling below him. Pathetic. The man knew he would be eaten any second, but he still fought back. Tetsurou ignored his pleas and clicked his tongue, deep in thought. Humans were interesting. They struggled and struggled until last, knowing it would be less painful if they just give up.
All that thinking had made him curious now. He loosened his grip on the man. He pulled his head up by the hair and leaned in close to him. "Hey. Tell me," the man's face was a bloody mess. He didn't smell that tasty. Middle-aged, bald people never did. "Why are you not giving up? You're gonna die in the end anyways. So, why do you want it to be so painful?"
"P-Please. Let me go, please," the man stuttered out. He was shaking in Tetsurou's hold and had probably soiled his pants. Tetsurou tsked, annoyed for not getting answers and snapped the man's neck in half.
His appetite was gone now and no way was he eating a gross old man who stinked of shit.
"Kuro."
Tetsurou turned and found Kenma typing away on his phone. He smirked. It was rare to see Kenma outside.
"Were you worried I got caught by the CCG? Is that why you're here?" Tetsurou said, wiping a fake tear.
Kenma sent him a look of disgust. "Shut up. Yaku wanted to talk to you about something important, I don't know. He sent me to come get you."
Yaku? Something important? Tetsurou instantly regretted not hiding the expensive coffee he stole from Yaku. And Kenma agreeing to even step out of the building was news too. "About what?" he asked.
"You'll know when you get there."
"Mr. Hayase!"
The elevator's doors had started to close. You ran, yelling at the person inside, Mr. Hayase, to hold it open. Thankfully, he did and you were able to get in. Panting, you thanked him and leaned against the wall of the elevator.
"Jeez, L/N!" Mr. Hayase hissed. "Why are you in such a hurry?"
You took a moment to control your breathing before answering him. "I have an important meeting in 2 minutes."
He hummed. "You got promoted recently, right?"
"Yeah. I'm a Senior Investigator now."
Mr. Hayase flashed you a grin. "Be careful out there. Promotion means more danger."
You grinned back. "I know. I didn't get promoted for nothing, you know. I'll be able to handle it."
You were on your floor now. You bowed quick and low to Mr. Hayase and rushed to the meeting room. Mr. Hayase was one of the scientists who worked for the CCG. He was also the one who made you your quinque.
You were lucky the meeting had not started yet. Apologizing, you sat down in your place.
"First day as a Senior Investigator and you're pathetically late." Nakamura Yuuichi, smirked.
You raised your eyebrow. Checking your watch you said, "Actually, I'm 17 seconds early. Well, it's 16 now."
"Don't act smart L/N," Nakamura hissed. You and Nakamura always had a sort of enmity since your trainee days. Always, trying to mock each other, insults would be thrown around without actually meaning them. Why it was like this, you had no idea.
"I'm not acting, Nakamura. I am smart."
Nakamura looked like he wanted to strangle you then and there. It was your turn to smirk.
"Now, if you both could shut up so we can actually start with the meeting," Ms. Rei said, voice deadly serious.
You made a show of pursing your lips and Nakamura clenched his fist and leaned back on his chair.
Ms. Rei eyed the two of you before beginning the meeting. "We received reports of a new ghoul organization," she started.
"Actually, it's not new. We got to know about only recently. The ghouls have been doing a good job laying low. They call themselves Nekoma. They're like Fukurodani—the one which was brought down by the CCG only recently."
Fukurodani was a pain in the ass to subdue. Their leader, Bokuto was an S-rated ghoul with immense strength. His mood swings–a blessing to the CCG–would slow him down. But, ever since Akaashi, an A-rated ghoul, joined their ranks, Bokuto's mood swings were lessened. The pretty ghoul knew how to control Bokuto.
"We don't have much details on the leader or members of Nekoma. We need to find their hide out and hunt them down. We can't let them take over Tokyo." Ms. Rei sat down and rummaged through the pile of files.
"Excuse me," you spoke up. Ms. Rei stopped and looked at you. "Do we have any info on the ranks of the ghouls?"
She sighed and shook her head. "Like I said before, Nekoma has laid low for a long time now. Some investigators caught one of their underlings and managed to get some information out of him. That ghoul only knew the name of the organization and nothing else. Not even the names of his fellow members."
You nodded a thank you and looked down at the file placed on your desk. This investigation will be hard, you thought. You opened the file and found the picture of a man-ghoul-staring back at you. He was a B-rated bikaku, according to the details below his picture. Satoshi Kimura, the ghoul, was caught near one of the garbage dumps in the outskirts of the city. Satoshi was in his late twenties, a few years older than you.
Ms. Rei cleared her throat and everyone turned to look at her. "Nekoma's investigation will be handed to L/N and L/N's squad. Senior Investigator L/N, you can visit Cochlea, where the ghoul from Nekoma is being kept, to gather more information. You will also be assigned a squad of 5 members. I wish you luck on this investigation."
You stood up from your place and shook hands with her. "You will not be disappointed." She gave you a red colored file saying that it had the most details about Nekoma. You thanked her and sat down. Excitement was coursing through your veins. You were going to be a squad leader! You refrained yourself from doing a victory dance.
You were going to find out Nekoma's base and capture all of them.
"Now," Ms. Rei started. "Moving on to the age old case of Itachiyama. Nakamura, like Y/N, you will also be assigned a squad. You are to bring Itachiyama down."
Mr. Minamoto, Assistant Special Investigator spoke up. "But, Rei! Even the Assistant Special Investigator Nishimura and his squad weren't able to kill them. How can you assign this to a Senior Investigator? That too Nakamura was promoted not long ago."
A cold shiver ran down your spine. Ms. Nishimura's squad was brutally murdered by the ghouls of Itachiyama, Ms. Nishimura being the only survivor. She had retired after the incident and had left the country. You couldn't blame her, though. Watching your squad, your comrades die in front you was the bad enough. But, being the only survivor was the worst.
Ms. Rei nodded. "You're right Minamoto. But, that was 2 years ago. Itachiyama has weakened since then. Since the two S-rated ghouls, Sakusa Kiyoomi and Komori Motoya, left Itachiyama and joined another organization. It's safe to say now that Itachiyama is easy to take down. There's mostly A to B-rated ghouls. No S-rated either. That's why Nakamura and his squad are assigned with this."
Mr. Minamoto didn't look convinced. Yet he nodded and looked at Nakamura, silently asking him if he was okay with it.
Nakamura wasn't fazed in the slightest. Instead, he bounced in his seat with pure enthusiasm. That was so Nakamura-ish. Always getting excited at difficult challenges. You had to suppress a smile.
"However," Ms. Rei looked at Nakamura, eyebrows raised. "If you don't want to do it, we can give it to some-"
"I'll do it!" Nakamura bounced up from his seat.
Ms. Rei took a step back. "Alright, then." She said and handed him the files.
Nakamura smirked at you. I'm gonna win Y/N, he mouthed.
Not if I kick your ass first Yuuichi, you mouthed back.
The café was warm and cozy. You placed your order and sat at your table, in the far corner. You would be meeting your squad tomorrow and you were nervous. Very nervous. After collecting the necessary files you had decided to get some coffee before heading back home. So, here you were, in your favorite cafe, files tucked neatly in your bag, waiting for your coffee.
The waiter called your name saying that your order was ready. You got in a hurry and grabbed your bag. You didn't want to leave it alone and risk the files getting leaked. Thanking the waiter, you walked out of the cafe while adjusting your bag on your shoulder. You took a sip and the next you knew was that you had collided into something and were on the ground, coffee spilled, files askew. You had zipped the bag, right?
The files spread across the café's floor said otherwise. You mentally kicked yourself, and scrambled up. You shoved the files in your bag and stood up straight, ready to apologize to the person you collided into.
"I'm sorry!"
"I'm sorry!"
The person–a man–was apologizing with his head bent low. He looked up and spoke.
"I spilled your drink. Let me buy you another one."
You shook your head no. You were disappointed that your coffee was spilled, but you didn't want to trouble a stranger.
"I insist, please," the man said. He looked like he just woke up and put on whatever he had in his closet. His unkempt hair was spiky and fell over one of his eyes. His hazel colored, cat-like eyes scanned you up and down.
"Uhh, okay. If you insist." You agreed.
The man smiled, satisfied. "I'll get you your coffee."
After getting the drinks (he took coffee, too) he sat in front of you. Thanking him, you took the warm plastic cup and were about to leave when he stopped you.
"What's your name?" He asked.
You blinked. "L/N Y/N." After a beat, you asked, "What's yours?"
"Kuroo Tetsurou."

Sakusa Kiyoomi x GN! Reader
Genre: Angst and fluff
Warnings: none
not beta-read. also English isn't my first language so I'm sorry for the grammatical errors. constructive criticism is accepted.
Kiyoomi twisted and turned in his bed, not able to sleep. He finally gave up and brought his hand towards his face. The moonlight that escaped through his curtains fell on his hand. A faint red glow was emitted by the String around his pinky.
He let out a deep breath and sat up, back resting against the headboard. He was wide awake and was sure that he won't be able to sleep even if he tried. Kiyoomi wondered if you were already asleep and waiting for him.
His mind wandered back to the day-night, actually- he first met you. It was in his dreams. He was surprised to see a complete stranger in his dreams. He usually dreamed about the events which had happened the day before.
He didn't think you were special or beautiful or anything. You were just an ordinary teenager who, somehow, had appeared in his dream.
Then, Kiyoomi saw it. The Red String that connected the two. Surprise would be an understatement to describe how Kiyoomi felt. He'd heard from his father, as a child, that the String connected soulmates. And, that he, with the help of the String, had found Kiyoomi's mother.
You had approached him with a smile, and stood a safe distance away from him.
"So, you are my soulmate, Sakusa Kiyoomi," you had said with a fond smile.
"How do you know my name?" asked him, straightforward as ever.
"Why, you're my favorite character." You had then proceeded to explain how he was a character in a show you loved. Kiyoomi had scoffed, not believing a single word that left your mouth.
He only believed you when the dreams started getting repetitive, and when he saw the String glowing brighter when he was near you.
When he fell in love with you, he didn't know. But he knew it was not sudden. It was slow and gradual and increased with every word exchanged between the two, every laugh from your side and every not-so-subtle snort from his.
Oh, but the universe was cruel, very cruel.
The two of you, separated by dimensions, could only meet in dreams. You could not travel to his world and nor could he travel to yours. The dreams, sometimes, were short and ended abruptly. The most he could do was hold your hand. He remembered wanting to hug you when you were upset after a bad day. But he had passed right through you like you were nothing but a mere projection. For someone who was disgusted by physical contact, Kiyoomi wished for nothing more than to hug you and kiss you.
"It's alright, Kiyoomi," you had said. "I'm happy for having you as my soulmate. There's nothing more I want."
You had smiled, but he could hear the sadness tinting your voice, the unshed tears in your eyes. And when he had woken up from his dream, he had cursed at the universe, at whatever being that had decided this. He cried, even, until he was sure he had no tears left.
Somewhere along the way, he had accepted his fate. And he was sure you had too. You both had no say in this and decided to make the most of what little you had.
After all, how could he keep complaining when he saw glimpses of you in his mirror. When he felt happy for no reason and when his hand felt warm, like he was holding hands. He knew that it was you. And he also knew that you caught glimpses of him. Felt his hand wrapped around yours.
Kiyoomi wished for nothing more. He was happy with you, and you with him. Though being separated by dimensions, your hearts beat for each other. He may not be able to be with you in this life, but he was sure, so damn sure, that he will find you in the next one, the one after that and all the other lives he was destined to live. For, the Red String of Fate, connecting two souls, was permanent.

Atsumu isn't who you think he is
I don't know why, but every time I'm on tik Tok, and someone brings up Atsumu kinnies, I just cringe.
People like to say Atsumu is insecure and stuff, but that honestly couldn't be further from the truth. At least to me.
Atsumu is a goddamn hard worker. He has a passion for volleyball, and he couldn't give a shit about who hates him due to his attitude, as long as he has people who can hit his sets properly. He takes pride in his position. He's always reaching for new heights, always trying to be better and better. He has that hunger, drive, passion for volleyball that you see in the other volleyball idiots.
I don't know if I ever really see him get super insecure about really anything (except maybe his jokes that fall flat, but that's not just a him thing, that's everybody). He knows he's the best, and he doesn't take shit from anyone. He will do what he can to make sure his sets are matched perfectly, but unlike Oikawa, Atsumu calculates them in his mind instead of abiding to the spiker.
Atsumu doesn't falter in his journey. He knows what he wants, and he goes after it. So it kind of irks me to see people characterize Atsumu as someone who gets insecure and only puts up a facade. He doesn't have the emotional intelligence to do that.
He's such a sincere guy. He's loud, boisterous, passionate, CONFIDENT, and caring. He can't express his feelings in words all the time, but he doesn't take things half-assed. He wants to be applauded when he does things right, and he wants to be booed and told off when he does things wrong. That's how he lives. It's probably due to the fact that Osamu always kept him grounded and never let Atsumu lose sight of reality.
I'm not trying to tell people that they can't characterize Atsumu as probably insecure, because if that fanon version gives them comfort, fine. Everyone has moments where they don't feel like they're the best or that they are good enough, but I just don't like it when they make that Atsumu's personality. Because never once in the show does he ever get insecure. He just pushes on and works to his goal.
I love Atsumu's character, because his pompous nature is something that's almost endearing. He's such a great support to whatever team he's on, he loves his position, and he is ambitious. The difference between him and Oikawa is that Atsumu never gets that burden of "not being good enough" and instead just doesn't let anything hold him back. He's not worried about anything except volleyball.
