Junko Enoshima Is Dead.
Junko Enoshima is dead.
All the remaining survivors saw how she was crushed, how despair colored all nearby objects, how the gates to the outside world were open now. Everything is fine now, from small things it’s worth moving on to big things, from surviving a killing game to curing the whole world from despair. In the end, the main culprit has been eliminated, all that remains is to deal with her, despair, followers, right?
Makoto isn't sure about this.
The person who has become Ultimate Hope is not sure of Ultimate Despair's death.
He still feels her presence in his entire being and sees her silhouette walking behind him, like his own shadow.
Once her warm embrace is now cold, her playful voice has become ominous, making one shiver, her blue eyes are bloodshot, giving a hint of madness. It feels foreign and familiar at the same time. So close and so far at the same time.
Junko Enoshima is still alive for him.
Makoto Naegi will have to hold his face in front of his friends while a ghost coos in his ear. While he is busy capturing the Remnants of Despair, and then defending their right to a second chance in the form of rehabilitation, he receives caustic comments, with a bit of pleasure, addressed to him from his “companion”. She also keeps causing him trouble, trying to take his life so that luck will be on his side again.
And again, Junko loves to wrap herself around her living lover’s body and give him deathly cold kisses. This sends shivers down Makoto's body.
How has he not gone crazy over this yet?
His fortitude is much stronger than it seems. That's definitely true. And it won't break him. For this, Junko loves and hates him at the same time, and this is mutual. And she will never leave him alone until the end of his life. Nothing will make her leave... Not even the peace that has come to this hopeless world.

Oh, no big deal, these are siblings who just love each other. Pretty much.
reactions to being kissed (or touched. whatever.)
Teen Michael and Vanny form a FNAF alliance,,
As I've said, I love a scenario where Makoto accidentally gives Junko ideas for her various crimes and acts of despair. Like, overhearing her, thinking she's talking about a work of fiction, and directly suggesting things.
And she loves his ideas.
(Sometimes. Sometimes she's like, "Ugh, no! I'm doing it like this because ____!" and he's just like, "Whoa, whoa! It's fine! I mean, it's your book. I was just making a suggestion.")
She asks him for input pretty often, like "What song would be the creepiest to play when I ____?" (His very mainstream pop-leaning music tastes really work for the creepy dissonance she's going for.) "What's the most tragic way to kill a husband and wife?" (He has a very specific kind of highly domestic lived experience, and also she loves getting answers out of him that she knows he'll regret. Like, she's definitely using his answer on his parents specifically.)
All the better if Makoto's suggestions consistently include ways for the good guys to overcome the bad guys, and Junko takes these into account, too, as something to defend against.
After watching the video and reading this description of the background of Richard Sterling (Knight) from Identity V, a thought immediately came to mind. Try to pull this on despaircest. Let's see.
Twins are born, Junko (by personality, Ryoko, but let's accept this convention) and Mukuro. In one day they disappear when they were only 4 years old. Mukuro is found quickly, but Junko is found only after 3 years. To prove that she is real, she talks about her unfinished sand castle and some moments with her sister. Everything is fine, this child is real, we accept it.
At first everything goes well until Mukuro begins to suspect that something is wrong with her little sister. Junko began to quarrel between the children, provoked a quarrel between their parents and a suicide attempt by their mother. And she watched all this like an emperor watching gladiator fights. And Mukuro witnessed her "sister's" antics, but she was ordered to remain silent.
The day of coming of age comes, Mukuro can be married off, but nothing is simple. Junko pushes her sister down the stairs, leaving her bedridden. She clearly wanted her precious sister by her side... Even if she had to do this.
The truth is revealed to the others over time: Junko is the real monster behind the machinations of the past. In the end, when Mukuro was sent to a wedding elsewhere, they locked Junko in the guardhouse. Of course, this didn't stop the girl. Soon all life in the house died out, except for Junko, who, with her inheritance and a smile on her face, went to look for her sister, Mukuro.
