Announcing DAVEKAT WEEK 2024 running from September 16th to September 22nd!

Davekat week is an annual event with the purpose of celebrating and creating content (be it drawings, music, fanfic, crafts, etc.) around the pairing between Dave Strider and Karkat Vantas, each day of the week encouraging a unique theme for your art!

DAY 1

Monday, September 16th: PLUSH (Show off your own plushies or creations, tell us about davekat's collections, or design a Dave to go with the Kat! Any drawings, writings, photography etc. related to plush, toys, or soft sculptures!)

DAY 2

Tuesday, September 17th: GAME (Whether they're fucking around on Minecraft or experiencing the horrors of SBURB, Tuesday is for all things Gaming.)

DAY 3

Wednesday, September 18th: SEASONS (Pick a season, any season! Give us a nostalgic vibe or have them face the weather- or pick your favorite holiday for them to celebrate!)

DAY 4

Thursday, September 19th: FREE DAY (Do whatever you want forever!)

DAY 5

Friday, September 20th: FATE (For Leave it to Fate Friday we highly encourage using a prompt randomizer to decide what you create, check out our Resources page on Tumblr or go out and find your own!)

DAY 6

Saturday, September 21st: SADSTUCK (so sad like if you cryed…)

DAY 7

Sunday, September 22nd: FLUFF (Do a quick 180 with something bittersweet or sickeningly sweet. Go out on a high note!)
