I’m getting better with things being quiet.

Finding peace in stillness. In rest that is not sleep.

There is joy here, it’s not “nothing” or “empty” like I used to feel like it was.

I used to think that if I didn’t have plans that that was a bad thing… but now I’m content with it. I seek out plans when I want to, not because I feel like I should. Agree to the the things that come and say no when it’s not the right thing for me.

It’s nice. It’s enough.

Hug your friends and family a little tighter… you never know when it’s the last time…

Stay the course, follow the path✨

I am owed nothing.

I am promised nothing.

I can only control myself, in the way I act and react to the circumstances and people that surround me.

I can make it better or worse; I could even do nothing and accept situations as is.

But let me meet all these changes with kindness and compassion, so that I can grow where The Path takes me.

As Siddharta said “This path is stupid, it goes in spirals, perhaps in circles, but whichever way it goes, I will follow it.”

Today I followed my path, and I am all the better for it.
