urgent update: Hurricane Milton

Home is the main show tent for the “traveling neighborhood” ( that’s the name of their traveling circus )
don’t ask anyone how or why, but when they pack up and get ready to move to the next location, all the tents, props, ect ect- get packed into home, then how becomes a big ol clown car! So everyone can hop in and be driven to the next show spot!

Sammi has a lot of ghost stories in stock to tell; the seas always have your eye out looking for something, especially in cursed waters
They take any neighbors who dare to join them for a haunted boat ride, sailing out much further out to sea than normal, telling near-death tall tales of sirens or banshees
Sammi would then lighten the mood with some songs on their accordion, but they never fully assure that their tales are real, just so that anyone listening can still have some instilled fear post-voyage
The feather on their hat isn’t real, no birds were harms in the making of their costume lol

Jeanette “Jeanie” Dear is Eddie’s Mama. She is a writer and comic book artist, most often writing and drawing for newspaper columns. Jeanie is 4ft tall and bi and trans!
Evelyn Dear is Eddie’s Mom. She’s a friendly and hardworking mail-carrier who ain’t afraid to speak her mind. Evelyn is 3.5 ft and bi and demisexual!
There’s other stuff too…they are childhood friends, they have southern accents, and they of course adore their son, Eddie!
