 I study design in college, and my homework for rendering class was to draw a sort of instructions manual for an item (in traditional art). Aaaaand my teacher allowed me to draw a videogame item :D  translation for the text is: “The Sheikah Slate is a tablet built with the high technology of the sheikah people. It’s purpose is helping adventurer heroes in their travels, using its runes to overcome challenges found in the wild.  It’s made of slate, and metals of the ancients. Measurements are 24mm X 14 mm X 6mm (these are not canon, but it was required to put a measurement) ”
