when i beat depression the first time i cried literally every day till the tears just ran out. im not sure if m clinical rn BUT i do be crying literally every day n it's interesting tbh. alas !! a sign that brighter radiant days are ahead pals !!!! how exciting is that

edit: ALSO i am using hyperbole !!! to say i "cried depression out" is Not True. it stopped after lots of work, medication, etc. but it was surprising BC i didn't realize it until i realized i stopped crying daily PLS forgive hyperbole !!!!!!
