“You have school tomorrow. Get. In. Bed!” Tate spoke trying to be stern but Y/n just laughed him off.

“Why do you care? Your a ghost.” Y/n stated turning to look at the blonde haired boy, standing in her room with his arms crossed.

Tate sighed in irritation. “I don't, but I do want you to get your ass in bed so we can snuggle.”

“Fine. Fine.” Y/n raised her hands in defeat. “This better?” She asked sarcastically as she got comfortable in her bed with Tate snuggled up behind her being the big spoon.

“Hmmmm hmmmm” he hummed very satisfied.

“You know I need to sleep right?” Y/n scoffed as Tate just kept nudging her with his head.

“Yeah, sadly.” Tate grumbled.

Y/n laughed at his actions. “Night, Tate.”

“Night, Y/n.” he sighed with a huge smile on his face.

“Oh… Hey Elle.” Y/n said as she came downstairs. Her and Noah were hanging out up stairs in his room, the door open per his mom's request. Y/n came downstairs to get them a couple of drinks when she saw her boyfriend's younger brother's best friend also getting drinks from the kitchen.

All Elle did was give a slight nodd, Y/n could tell her face held a tight expression. That's all her face ever looked like when Y/n was around. Tight grimaces and fake smiles. Y/n doesn’t know whatever it is that she did that made Elle dislike her.

“Hey.” Was all that came out of the short haired brunettes mouth, before she turned around and left back outside where the younger Flynn was waiting.

With that Y/n bit her lip with a tilt of her head. Y/n continued on with the task of getting the pair of them something to drink from the fridge before heading back up to Noah’s room.

Upon reentering her boyfriends bedroom, Y/n set down the drinks before asking. “Is it just me or does Elle like carry some serious hatred towards me?”

Noah squinted his eyes in question. “What do you mean?”

Y/n shrugged “I don’t know, its just that everytime we’re in the same room she glares at me and we’ve never had a real conversation. Its a bunch of things.”

Noah sighed nodding. “I’ve noticed… An I think I know why.”

Y/n’s eyes widened at this revelation and she moved to sit on his bed beside him. “You gonna tell me or hold back this useful information.”

Noah nodded again in agreement, turning to face her a little bit more on the bed. He placed his hand down on her thigh, rubbing gently with his thumb. “She told me a couple of months ago- I think about 4 months ago. She- Elle, she told me that she has a crush on me. That she wanted us to be together, romantically.”

Y/n licked her lips, looking anywhere but in Noah’s eyes. “An-An what, what did you say?”

Noah noticed how Y/n gulped and was looking anywhere but at him. “Hey, hey. Look at me.” Noah spoke gently, reaching up to cup her cheeks. “I told her that I have a girlfriend. That I’m immensely in love with, and that me and her are never gonna happen.”

Y/n smiled at him, nodding along with what he recounted. “I love you too. Immensely.”

“I don’t want anyone but you, Y/n. I promise. You never have to worry about that, ok? Elle’s just jealous. She’ll get over it eventually. But you and me? We belong together. Your mine just as I am yours.” Noah stated, brushing her hair back behind her ears. Smiling just as wide as Y/n was after hearing him say all that.

“Your mine. An I’m yours.” Y/n stated back, cupping his cheek. Both Noah and y/n leaned in for a passionate kiss.

Little did the two know that Elle had come up to use the bathroom and heard the whole thing. It hurt to hear Noah say all that again. Elle continued on with going to the bathroom once the two started making out. Noah seemed to really care about and love Y/n. That much Elle was sure of , no matter how much it hurt her.

“BB, what's wrong?!” Y/n asked as BB-8zoomed over to her in the giant Rebel hanger. BB-8 started talking so fast but Y/n was able to understand him so she nodded. “Ok, ok. I’m going, I’m going.”

Y/n got up and followed the little orange and white droid. BB ended up leading her outside a good walk away from the base but not to far. Once coming upon an open space where all the trees were surrounding a clearing with her pilot standing in the middle of a romantic little set up around him. “Poe, what's all this?”

“Thanks BB-8.” Poe smiled at his droid who made a beep of acknowledgment before turning around and leaving the couple alone.

“Poe?” Y/n spoke, gaining his attention. “This is beautiful.” She gestured with her hands to the area around them that he had decorated with lanterns, blankets, etc etc.

Poe smiled at her, even blushing a bit at her compliments of his handy work. “I’m glad you like it.”

Y/n walked over to him, raising her hands to cup his cheeks. “I love it.”

After she spoke Y/n noticed how her words seemed to let him relax as he let out a breath of relief. “Ok, Poe. What's going on?” Y/n asked pulling back to look him in the eyes.

“The first order hasn’t been on our ass’s as of late. So I wanted to take this opportunity to do something I’ve been wanting to do for a while now.” Poe stated making Y/n slightly confused, but she kept quiet to listen and Poe noticed. “Y/n, we’ve known each other since we were teens, and we only got closer once I came here to help and to join the Resistance. An since we got together it has been some of the best years of my life.”

Y/n smiled bashfully. “Mine too.”

“I don’t want to live without you. We’ve been through so much. Especially in the last couple of years and months.” Poe stared into her eyes with pure adoration as he got down onto one knee. “I don’t want to ever be without you and I’d love for us to be more than just dating, boyfriend and girlfriend, however you want to put it. I would like to be bonded for the rest of our lives. Family.”

Y/n gasped. “Poe…”

“Y/n Solo, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?” Poe pulled out an all too familiar ring. A ring that Poe's has shown her before. His mothers ring.

“Yes! Poe. Yes, of course!” Y/n nodded, breaking into a huge smile full of pure love, adoration and happiness.

Poe quickly but gently slipped the ring onto her finger before standing up and pulling her into a tight hug, even lifting her off the ground in the process. “I love you Y/n Solo.”

“Soon to be Y/n Dameron.” Y/n giggled brushing his hair back with her fingers gently.

Poe smirked, humming. “Hmmm I like the sound of that.”

“I love you too Poe.” Y/n smiled, leaning down to kiss her now future husband.

Little did the two know that Leia, Bb-s and R2-D2 were watching in the distance.
