💔 - A heartbreak

Orion walked fast through the sparkling walls of a temple of the Veron Mystics. He wanted to leave the place as soon as he could. The cold air hit him on the face as he opened the heavy metal door and walked outside. He supposed it was nighttime already, but it was hard to tell. The skies in Koraladol were always clear by the reflection of the gems of the planet.   

Of course, he didn’t have time to look at the sky or anything. The black monkey just was desperate to find an exit of this damned planet. And he knew he had to be fast, because if he didn’t she would– 

“Orion!”

Well, it didn’t matter anymore. 

He refused to turn his back to the female voice that called out to him and kept walking. He only stopped when she grabbed him by the arm.

“Orion! I’m talking to you!” Althea exclaimed, gasping in between, as she ran to reach him. “Where are you going at a time like this?”

The black monkey didn’t answer. He didn’t need to.

“… Are you really leaving us?” The white monkey mumbled softly… almost apprehensive . That didn’t last long, as the rage suddenly fired up inside her. 

“Are you out of your mind!? We’re supposed to be a team! What’s if something happens?– You’re our main attack strength! Without you, we’re done for!” 

“Like it matters!” Orion finally replied, turning back to her and pulling her hand away from him. He was clearly infuriated. “Nothing ever happens here! I’m tired of all this— Pretending we’re some kind of heroes or something like that!– We’re nothing but a joke!”  

A moment of awkward silence surrounded them. Both of them were aware of their situation, but they never really addressed it before.

“Still…” Althea said, calming herself as she broke the silence. “I have the duty to protect my team.” “I’m not stopping you.” Orion replied, gritting his teeth as he spoke. “Do as you please.”

He turned around and started to walk away again, only to be held back by her once more. This time, her grip was soft. 

“That means you too… I need to protect you as well…” She said, unsure of what her voice tone was trying to tell him. 

“I don’t need your protection.” He answered, coldly. “Also, I couldn’t care any less about this team facade we’ve been holding up until now.”   

“And what about me?” She interrupted him. Orion glanced quickly at her, she seemed really uneasy. “…Don’t you care about me?”   

He felt a shiver. Whether was hers or his… he didn’t know. So far, he has never seen her like this. Orion knew that she had her own insecurities, but she didn’t let it show. But now, she seemed so scared… so helpless.   

“Please, don’t go…” Althea insisted, trying her best to keep the composure. “You know I can’t do this without you.” Her grip tightened around his wrist. 

And for a moment, Orion doubted. He was about to lose all he knew up until now, and even if he never felt he belonged there…Was it really worth it to risk it all now? 

Was it really alright to ignore what he felt for her until now?

“…” Orion stood quiet for a few minutes that felt like hours. “… That is not my problem anymore.” He replied coldly, as he pulled away from her and walked away. 

The black monkey didn’t look back and she didn’t try to stop him again. He felt his chest heavy, but that wasn’t going to make him go back. Back then, he was sure that it was the best choice to make.

If he knew that that would be the last time he would saw her, he might have looked back…   

Srmthfg World building in Season 5

During the war and mayhem that most of us agree would go down in season 5 lots of buildings and businesses would be destroyed. It's a sad reality but just one of the many ripple affects of war.

Among the destroyed businesses is Mr. Gakslapper's hover burger joint. Thankfully citizens evacuated the area long before the incident but not without leaving much of their livihoods behind.

It is at the distruction of the poor eatery that many of Mr. Gakslapper's "Secret Ingredients" escaped. The small population Thingy creatures scurried into the alleyways of Shugazoom (or what was left of them at the time) and there they find life much more enriching. A war isn't the ideal living situation for any being but with no natural predators the Thingies bred and flourished to the point of infestation. They out compete vermin for food and dwindle the general populations and put themselves on top for the most part. But the Thingies mind set is prey not predictor. So it avoids most things bigger than itself and doesn't disrupt lives beyond local alley vermin (and cats). It actually may or may not have been an advantage for the Hyperforce on occasion as once or twice formless would take alleys which threatened the thingys forcing them to take on a more "monsterous" nature.

Even after the war ends and lives start being rebuilt: Every home has had at least one Thingy fur related electric problem. Cats learned very quickly how their life could be cut short if they were dumb enough to chase what seemed like a quick meal into a corner.

I'd imagine that in the background of many scenes taking place with the team a group of Thingies can be seen eating from a trash can or when entering a dark house you'd see one scurry across the floor.

The Thingy creatures become accepted as a daily part of life for then most part and people addapt to dealing with what happens inadvertently when they're around. Life goes on and every now and again the hyperforce has to deal with a citizen being chased by a Thingy they stepped on by mistake.

I love this design it is the best

I’ve loved @crackmccraigen ‘s Powerpuff Girls since I was a little kid, although I haven’t really drawn much fanart for them.  But recently I realized that I hardly ever saw any fanart of the girls aged-up where they actually looked like superheroes.  Usually when the girls are drawn older they are either sexualized versions of their younger selves, or else they are drawn fighting crime in street clothes or living average lives.  I wanted to draw them like a real powerful superhero team - so that’s what I did!  

I tried to stick to the art style used in the show, and although the curvy figure isn’t as streamlined as their childhood shape, I aimed for a bullet design that would still be somewhat aerodynamic. I also added the futurized versions of a few other characters like Professor Utonium, Mayor Bellum, and her assistant Mr. Mayor.  And after years of battle, Mojo Jojo now has a prosthetic arm powered by the nodes on his brain that can convert into a variety of weapons and gadgets!

Like, all there personalities are similar but there is just a lot more cursing and being "over this shit"

And the skeleton king is just rick like he made them and then wasn't currupted and then just was "fuck it I wanna be pursue darkness cuz its way more fun for me"

I just made the worst crossover/AU in the world’s history. And I am trash so I just have to draw this and submit it. I just have a dream about this crossover and wake up with the idea of Antauri helping little Beth with her sociopath conduct…? And now I am like, “Yeah, the AU is Rick… being… the alchemist…. and creating the ciber monkeys… yes…” Whatever, I was thinking and yes, probably this is shit but I weirdly want to draw more…? Maybe I will submit another thing with this other day xD
